This location had plenty carts just not very clean. The employees were polite. I had one who didn’t speak English very well but still was helpful when finding the products I needed. It was pretty busy but plenty of self checkout lanes. Ended up leaving my bag by accident. When I went back it obviously wasn’t there but customer service did give my money back.I do think if you have to self check out $200 worth of products the receipt checker at the door should obviously get on a register.The Team leader at this location was obviously Missing in Action. I watched 8 employees page for him.

Their pickup and delivery service is a joke. I have been having deliveries issues since I payed for the membership one day I decided to go to the pick up option because I had a newborn baby the experience was heartbreaking 💔 My order could have been picked up between 9am to 10 am . I receive an email saying that my order was ready for pick up, I got at the location that 9:20 am no one showed up with my order until 11:15 am I tried to call them several times no one answered. save your time and your membership money go in the store by yourself.Time is money because have a lot of things to do that’s why they pay for the membership.

Store is filthy. It's been like this for several years. I tried calling them 3 times while I was in the bathroom.....of course, no on answered....imagine that.I did bring it to customer service attention. That was a joke. They really don't care.Apparently, they've had a huge leak in the lady's restroom ever since the re-model.Things such as that nature can be fixed. It's bad enough we check ourselves out.I was going to shop here, but I changed my mind. I will never be back here.

Was scheduled for a 4pm pick up, finally called the store at 4:45 to ask why I hadn’t received my order but people that arrived after me did. The nasty little girl on the phone had an attitude and said there were still several people ahead of me and they were just busy. I watched them deliver 4 cars their groceries in the matter of 45 minutes. Pick-up is supposed to be a convenience but for this store it’s pointless and their employees have horrible attitudes and move at the slowest pace they possibly can.

It had a very large selection of just about everything. The greeter when you walk in, I loved. He was in such a great mood. He welcomed you & he sang & danced. Which I really loved. He made you smile & if you wasn't in a good mood he brought it out of you. I believe he made the visit worth it. Just seeing him in such a great mood & loving life.

One person working curbside is insane! Worst experience with Walmart ever!! That’s saying a lot! When you call no one answers the phone! Horrible !! Been waiting for curbside for 1.5 hours! And instead of the manager helping get things out he walked around the parking lot writing ppls names down for nothing! Didn’t offer a gift card no I’m sorry or nothing just it will be 30 more minutes!! The worst !!

Busy but had everything we needed. The only issue I had was not being able to obtain a scooter to use while shopping. Can't understand how you can go in other local Walmarts and always get a scooter, but in some there don't ever seem to be any available.

Worse place to make an order from. Today is the 3rd time they have had taken until last minute for anything. I'll probably end up with my frozen stuff about thawed out whenever they decide to deliver it today. I already had half thawed stuff last week so why not again.

Walmart was great but the nail shop inside of Walmart sucked. The staff was very rude and prejudice. Not friendly at all. They took there Friends before waiting customer. It took them forever to acknowledge waiting customer

you can’t buy a candy bar without someone wanting to check ur bag and receipt at the door. treating paying customers like criminals is poor business. I’d understand if I walked out with a TV, but one bagged item? ridiculous.

Can be very crowded at times, but can find what I need. Very exhausting shopping trip. The best time to go is early in the morning.

Employee's can be lazy and rude at times... Got stoped on my out with reasonable suspicion... But after I was proven to not have stolen anything this employee still acted like I was getting away with something saying "you got lucky"... unprofessional and it's sad that he probably doesn't care it's just another job to him. Also good luck getting your items, some are locked behind cases and only specific people can unlock... Takes forever to get help if your not just left stranded there. Don't recommend this Walmart I've never enjoyed going in it and I hope it shuts down 👍.

Day after Christmas one of the young girls that was working was he he ha ha making fun of me then gonna try to make me pay 5 dollars on a Christmas card because it had no bar code. They think because they had the control and are able to charge u whatever they want! I don’t understand where this world has gone to? So rude.

Keep your hands off people im referring to closing time security.i watch a incident go down and ease believe me the old lady came close to a beating from a couple she accused of stealing and they had nothing on them....ridiculous

Do not pay for any membership services!!! Deliveries are never on time. If they show up. If you cancel an order because they never show it does not mean that you will instantly get your money back. No one ever answers the phone. Even corporate customer service cannot get anyone to answer the phone.

Was there Tues nt. After 10pm Store was packed, lines were long, large orders. I went to the line a very sweet white haired pretty little lady was working on. She was quick, friendly deserves .Recognition for Doing a Great Job..

I can't stop saying that it is a good place to shop but the customer service is terrible at best when you need them on liabilities, for example, my experience was very bad.

Make sure you have all day to make a return in this store the service is terrible there are 4 boxes to make returns but it will only work 1 come when you come it will always be like thisPlease minus 10 stars for this place 🤮🤮🤮🤢

This Walmart is mediocre when you look online to see if they have the item, even if it says it does you can guarantee it's probably not going to be there........ and in the beauty section where the makeup is even though there's a counter there there's no one that's going to be able to help you and if they do they might not be able to communicate with you due to language barrier

Not sure if this is a regular thing here, but had a cart full of groceries ready to check out, and not 1 register open to help. Only self check out. Several "team members" around the front of the store, but most of them are just talking to other employees. But of course, there was someone by the door to check my receipt; yet somehow, not 1 cashier. What a joke.

laporcha and benfry (might be spelling their names wrong sorry)were awesome.Laporsha didnt even check me out I went to a different line,and she still stood out to me.She was walking around with a smile on her face helipng customers.Benfry checked my reciept and got me out quickly while being friendly.

All I needed was a gas can to help my friend out and when asked if we just ordered it and could pick up the item now since we were here they told us no we would have to wait for the time of pick up they gave us

Worst walmart in Louisville no one cares about assisting customer. I waited 30 minutes to have a case unlocked to purchase speaker wire and after 30 minutes no employee ever came to unlock case. 45 minutes total in this store and did not purchase anything all because employees were to lazy to unlock a case. Why put products in a locked case if no employee will unlock the case to get an item to sell a customer? Crappiest Walmart in Louisville. Take your money down the road to Meijer where they will at least sell you products they have on the shelves

This is for the pharmacy at 175 Outer Loop, they are amazing. Scrips are usually filled the same day, I usually have less than a 5 minute wait, and Staff is always professional and friendly.

This place sucks cause their rude immature and I get kicked out because I reacted to your rude employees and my power is out and needed a flash light and thermos canteen. Your employees can walk away and play and nothing happens. It's just a matter of time before this place goes out of business.

I was scheduled for 6:09pm pick up. I arrive and the order is still pending. It’s 6:33. I’ve called the number on the parking sign to let them know I’m here 3 times and no one is answering. Called customer service and they told me to go inside. What is the point of pickup if you have to go through this? At 6:45 I went to the door where they come out with deliveries and saw two associates so I knocked on the door over and over because there was at least 3-4 associates a few feet from the door. They looked at me, ignored me and kept going about their business. I went back to my car and waited on the phone for over 20 minutes for a manager and she said there was nothing she could do. At almost 7:00, a guy comes out with 2 of my 4 items. When asked where the rest was, he looked confused and took my order back inside and never came back out. At this point I was beyond fed up and went inside to shop for my stuff myself. Ridiculous! This is my first and last time using this store for pick up.

If you’re going to make the entire store just self checkout at least let us be able to get our items. $30 film behind a glass case that you can’t buy till 730. Even though multiple managers are there that could unlock that.
