Crazy at times it's like they r sooo bored they literally follow u around sometimes lol.. but good associates very polite group. For sure a go to Walmart, plus they do up to 50 dollars on returns ( no receipt).😃 Recommend

Wouldn't shop here if they were giving everything away. The problem is no one would be there to help. Or they just stand around and don't care. This morning I walked to the help desk where no customers were. Actually I believe I was one of the first customers in the door they're must've been at least 4 of us so I know you ask must've felt slammed 🤔 I asked for someone to help in sporting goods. I asked if she would call for help. She said oh so and so just walked back there they will help you. On the way close to sporting goods I saw 4 more employees talking. I asked for help again no one wanted to help. I walked the test of the way, looked up and down every isle in the department, no one was there. So I pushed the button for help. 10 minutes passed at this point in furious. I don't understand why you even have employees. You should just call them stockers if that's all you all do. I HATE walmart and hope that you don't continue to ruin people's day. Everyone they're should be fired. Top to bottom!

The phone associate at this location are extremely unprofessional and rude !!!! They kept me on hold for 40minutes and never gave me any consideration !!! I was never able to speak with anyone because soon as the phone rang I was immediately put back on hold !!! I will be contacting the District manager about this!!! Completely unexceptable !!! Will not recommend people frequent this location in Valley station !!! Poor customer service at it's finest!!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Still have two checkouts manned by people if you don't like self checkouts. Shelves are stocked well most of the time.

Only one checkout lane with a cashier open; long, slow line. Scanned my 15 gallons of water and a few other items in self checkout under watchful scrutiny of "eye in the sky" surveillance and employee appointed to observe. Was immediately accosted by said employee upon exiting the checkout lane with request/demand to produce my receipt. I replied, "No, thank you," with a smile and kept moving. Employee actually stomped, then shrugged and said, "Fine, I didn't really want to see if anyway!" I responded, "Fine, then don't really ask." (Arthritis causes me to limp slowly through the store, through the parking lot, and everywhere I go. If there was any actual concern about my 60-something-year-old self stealing water, employee would have had ample time to dispatch law enforcement to my car, where I was still struggling to put it all away several minutes later.) My parents taught me as a child to be honest, not cheat, steal or lie--lessons I learned well and have passed on to the next two generations. Save the theatrics, Walmart! Figure out how to implement effective loss prevention procedures and stop actual thefts that are costing you millions! For starters, let's go back to the days of CUSTOMER SERVICE. Hire a few more cashiers and train them well so you can trust that all the merchandise is paid for. Maybe even consider having a few folks on hand to assist customers to their vehicles, help them load up their purchases, and return their shopping carts to one of the few designated areas--or back into the building! You know them: these valued customers who--despite all kinds of challenges-- shop at your store over and over again for many reasons. Appreciate their loyalty and the fact that they choose to shop in your store.

Was great that day, found some decent stuff in the clearing . It's hard to get service at the outdoor/camping area. And most everything is lock and key BK there. So you have to wait. Until someone gets BK there and it's a waiting game there

One of my PlayStation 4 controllers stopped working. Went to Walmart online to check the in-store inventory. The website said they had them in stock. I went to the store and they had a bunch of different colors. I purchased the camouflage and now it's charging. I also bought my second PlayStation 5 controller from this location a long time ago.

I personally avoid this Wal-Mart if possible. Meijer is down the street and there is a little nicer Wal-Mart on Outerloop 10 minutes away. It's small, overpacked/unorganized, busy, service isn't the friendliest, and feels a bit unsafe.

. Can anyone point me in a good director for him. I have already reached out to a food pantry and schedule him some time to work, as well as the little league.. I’m going to call the local animal shelter as well. What other options are there? are plenty empty parking spots due to this. While we are forced to park on the back 40 of the parking lot.

This Walwant is the worst. Its Always too Busy, the Checkout lines are always way to long. you can never find any associate to help and when you do, they Can't lunderstand you. not to mention, it seems the Customers as well as the employees are so very rude. I Will be driving to the Hillview Walmart from Now on. I'll drive a little further to have a good Shopping experience.

Was sitting in curbside pickup for 25 minutes? Never received my items so I had to leave. Because I have somewhere to go. What's the point in carbside pickup? If they're not even coming out of the doors? Plus why do you need two employees for one little item they took to someone before I parked After that line, they never came back out, and there's like a total of 13 cars waiting.

The parking lot at this Walmart location was completely torn up. Everything was roped off in sections. It would have been better if Walmart had closed down for a week to install a new parking lot.

Usually go there and receive money. The woman that work the service area are all real nice and friendly. The lady who Usually helps us is the best knows are dogs name. I just wish I remembered hers. Black lady with a gold tooth..super sweet and nice. Need more people like her in this world.

I bought a battery yesterday, had an old battery with me to cover the core charge, was out the door, boom. Well, I bought the wrong size for the golf cart, so I needed to return it for the right one. I had Eb at customer service try to explain to me the same way 10 times why I needed to pay another core charge. Mind you, her 'not having an attitude yet,' was damn sure having an attitude. After talking to me like I was stupid for 15 minutes, I could not get her to realize that after said transaction, I would have purchased one battery, and turned in one battery, therefore only needing to pay one core charge. Instead of listening to what I wastrying to say, she was too busy making sure other customers in line agreed with her ignorant position. But since 'her picture was on the wall,' her opinion was law, at which point she wouldn't even return the battery I purchased yesterday (and yes I had my receipt). If people would use their ears more than their lips, this world would be such a better place. Her and Jerry Jones share the same opinion that sometimes 1+1=3!! But I'm the dumb one.I did lose my temper and left shouting profanities. I should not have done that, no excuse. Unfortunately, I would prolly respond the same way tomorrow! I respect everyone, until disrespected!

This walmart definitely has an older feel to it which is why we like it. It's a bit smaller, perhaps a bit more claustrophobic.

While it lacks in having a more personal experience in terms of each costumer understandably, costumer service shouldn't feel like prey being stalked by Hyena's (loss prevention)! Not everyone is trying to steal something jus because they enjoy browsing the "clearance" but not so clearance isle!

I had a great experience at this Walmart store! I don't normally shop here, so I was a little disoriented trying to find the groceries I needed. One of the employees (I believe his name was Shane) noticed my confusion. He stopped unloading his supplies and pointed me in the right direction. That man deserves a promotion! With customer service like that, I'd shop here regularly. They had what I was looking for at a good price with great customer service (thank you, Shane!).

I do not like this walmart. Do not try to get in a cage you will be standing for hours. I go out of my way to avoid this walmart. Hands down the worst one I have encountered yet.

Went to Walmart the other day to grab my three year old new shoes and some outfits. I was always taught to pay attention to the prices marked on the shelf and not just the item itself. Well while I was there I had found not one not two but three full racks of little kid shoes marked at only $8 on all three racks. The sticker price on the shoes stated that they cost $12.98. So knowing the policy of the stores I took a photo of the price marked on the rack and went to self check out. After I scanned everything the shoes came up to what was marked on them. So I politely asked the attendant lady at self checkout to come over to help with my issue. She looked at me and told me we don't do price adjustments and that whatever it scanned as was the price I had to pay. So I politely showed her the photo of all three racks of the shoes with the same price marked at $8. She proceeded to argue with me and said they can't do anything about it. I said okay well could I speak with your manager on duty so they can be aware that they have mismarked items and that they might want to get it taken care of so it doesn't happen to other people. As soon as I asked for a manager she changed her tune immediately and did the price adjustment. Keep in mind I wasn't yelling or arguing with her I accepted what she said and was willing to pay but because I asked for the manager she did it. I am assuming this is because the manager would have come over and done it anyways. So long story short make sure you watch your prices cause sometimes they will try to scam you out of money only because of a pricing mistake.
