The story is fine handy when you live around the corner. For those little random things. The clerks at the checkout have always been very polite to me. But the pharmacy that's a hole different story. My wife has had a horrible time getting her medicine her. I have witnessed first hand very salty attuned towards hur when she was trying. We had to switch pharmasy because of it. The pharmasy was trying to give her half her rx because they didn't have the other half. And if she accepted the half now she would not get the other half. That's not cool at all! She needs those meds.

I usually hit the pharmacy drive thru. Most of the staff is nice. There's one gal that always has a bad attitude. Other than that, pleasant experience

Transfer your meds to Greenwood. Employees treat you like roaches and will hang up on you before you the moment they answer the phone. Honestly, this entire Walgreen’s deserves to be shut down and the pharmacists need their licenses revoked.

Terrible employees, they arrive late, they open the store very late outside of opening hours like hboy who opened their doors 45 minutes late first at 8:05 the employee said we will open in a few minutes and then at 8:15 he told me that the system It had fallen that they had no system and they were talking very happily and it opened 45 minutes late a gentleman who arrived cut his foot on some glass that was there and no one came out to clean the trash that was there in the time I waited and arrived at the store at 7:45 am and all the employees arrived at 7:50 am and the boy arrived at 8:00 am. It is a shame that such a large chain does not respect the policies of its own company and as a customer you lose your time

This Walgreens is one of worst you could call or go too the west end pharmacy is so unprofessional, from management to staff the pharmacy staff will hold back your medication because they don’t like the way you look or sound, this should not be allowed.

This is the worst Walgreens. RUDE, DIRTY, AND NOT TO MENTION THIS IS THE 2ND TIME IN LESS THAN A YEAR THEIR FREEZERS HAVE BROKE AND THE FOOD IS STILL IN THERE 2 WEEKS LATER???!!!??!!! This Walgreens stole $30+ from us i want my money back. Charged us for Enfamil milk we never even bought. We wanted the money to be put on the greendot card and she claimed she definitely put it on the greendot card. No money was ever put on the card. Tried contacting customer service no one ever responded. Plus the cashier was very rude. Racist

The pharmacy won't talk to you on the phone and instead of actually taking calls they repeatedly pickup the phone for a few seconds so you can hear them and put it back on hold for almost 20 minutes and then they just hang up the phone extremely unprofessional and rude.

The Walgreens staff here are always polite professional and very helpful. Usual in and out time depends of course on your shopping needs from visit to visit. My usual shopping time takes 30 minutes or less. Would highly recommend shopping at this Walgreens location.
