Tonight at 23:00 hours my friend and I went it to get a phone charger and a few other things from this Walgreens location. I asked the 3 cashiers to come unlock the charger for me as my friend went back to her car to get her money. The lady unlocked and grabbed the charger then I told her I had a few other things to get so i'll be up there in a few. My friend came back into the store and we went to get cheddar penguins, Walgreens tampons. As we made our way to the dry shampoo section the intercom came on. They said 'you are under surveillance'. Shortly after that, one of the cashiers that was stuffing her face with chips screamed out to my friend 'I seen you put something in your purse!' I immediately said 'what are you talking about, I said we were getting a few things then we would be up there to buy the charger. My friend was going to purchase some dry shampoo but that bull dog of a cashier prevented that sale from happening. We then proceeded to walk from the hair isle to check out so we could get out of there.After I purchased my items, I had to wait for my friend buy the charger. While my friend was checking out the bull dog let some guy behind us walk out of the store with a pack of toilet paper....Roll the tapes back to approximately23:05 you will see that. F this walgreens if I could rate it lower I would.

Depending on what time you call, some of the pharmacy staff are rude. They Leave you hold for long periods at a time, while picking it up and hanging up. Very disappointing, especially for those whom cannot personally come to the store to get a prescription refilled

Rude store manager. Doesn’t try to resolve issues. Won’t return. Returned entire purchase at another Walgreens because the manager didn’t honor coupons and the other store manager did. What a joke this location is

Sad; I had pretty good experiences with their pharmacy before, but the last few months, it's like a ghost town. Just today I tried to call about the status of a new prescription, and was on hold for 20 minutes before giving up and going in... where I found out they did have it there; they just hadn't bothered to contact me. Glad I got it, but I may have to look elsewhere for somewhere that won't try to make me read their minds.

I use the drive-thru pharmacy it was very fast and efficient.The staff was friendly and courteous.I will most definitely be returning here after having a wonderful experience and I'm truly looking forward to seeing their friendly faces once again upon my next visit.And of course I would highly recommend this Walgreens to anyone looking for a local pharmacy or just a quick stop to get the essentials.

Waiting on the phone with walgreens when the message "we are sorry our staff is answering other calls" every min on the min. So when your on hold for 25 mins. You've heard the message 25 times. Then they come on phone and don't EVER have your meds. Good luck going into the store because it's even worse and the customer service is Absolutely horrid!

The worst possible experience ever. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE & Definitely DO NOT GO TO THEIR PHARMACY!!!! If you care about your health and your medication, please go to Kroger, CVS or Walmart. But stay far away from this place if you don’t want issues or a headache. I’m so sorry we did. Horrible customer service experience in the store and pharmacy

I was here to pick up some prescriptions and they told me to wait 45 minutes so I went home and when I got here the told me to wait another 20 minutes, so I’m here again and the line doesn’t move, I’ve been here for 20 minutes already. The worst costumer service ever.

As I sit in this line that is all the way out to dixie and wrapping around the building. I'm wondering what the hell is going on. They changed the hours of the pharmacy to close at 10pm. Cool its supposed to be 24 hours but whatever. I went to pick up my prescriptions the other day at 630 and lo and behold the pharmacy is closed. I have a friend stop to pick them up the next day thinking it was just something weird happening and nope. They now close at 6pm. Looks like this store is on its death throes. Time to change pharmacies.

This is the worst Walgreens on Dixie Hwy. I give it -2 stars. Husband Went to go pick up my prescription at 6:15 PM. Husband called me at 6:50 and said they said it isn’t ready. I will be ready in 30 mins. I called at 5:24p.m they said it was ready. He’s been standing in line for 35 minutes for nothing. Cant never go through drive thru because it’s always backed up. It makes No sense. Its absolutely ridiculous. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. I’ll just travel a little further to get better service. SWITCHING pharmacies ASAP!!

Terrible service. They robo called me to say there was problem with insurance to process my husband's prescription. . I called right back to give new insurance information. I was put on hold. For 30 minutes I listened to the hold music and robo attendant say the staff was answering another call and there were more than three people ahead of me. Finally it went to two people ahead of me. And then the recording said the pharmacy was closed for meal break, but I could continue to hold until they reopened in 30 minutes. So I waited, another 30 minutes,. Finally the recording said thank you for calling Walgreens we will be with you shortly. After another 5 minutes on hold. I was hung up on! So I called back and now I am back on hold, with the recording telling me there are more than three caller ahead of me. Walgreens is the absolute worst pharmacy. After being a customer for over 25 years they have just lost my business! Once this prescription is gotten I will NEVER spend another dollar at Walgreens again!!!! Terrible service!!!

I enjoy going to Walgreens: I generally can get any cosmetic item and prescription.The wine and spirits collection is a good addition, not all stores carry spirits. Coupons are readily used and accepted. The staff has always been helpful... Drive thru line is always long😔2 nuisances: 1. lock boxes on various items; therefore need assistance ( don’t like others speculating over my choices😬) 2. The parking lot is extremely unsanitary for such a business; gives me the creeps😩

I never leave reviews but I was compelled to after I dropped off my medicine a few days prior, came back and waited in the drive-thru for about 40 minutes and when they gave me my medicine, it was SOMEONE ELSE’S medicine! I came back and gave it back to the girl and asked for MY medicine.She said they have no history of it being ‘ordered to be refilled’ in their system. Mind you, I dropped off my prescription 4 days earlier so 1. they definitely had time to get the medicine ready and 2. A different lady took my medicine on the day I dropped it off and she even told me it’d be done later that afternoon, but I didn’t get around to it until a few days later. So I even gave them extra time and they still messed up.They said it’ll take another couple days because they need to fax the doctor. The girl didn’t even apologize for giving me the wrong medicine. Walgreens, how about you hire people that can actually do their job right lol. Worst experience. Switching pharmacies ASAP.

Walgreens on dixie and crums needs help. They are rude they hung up on me 5 times today. Unacceptable. I went to another store. Been at this store for years. Can't take it anymore!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Was there for 90mins being given the run around regarding scripts. Weenie pharmacy manager as well as staff kept talking out of both sides of their mouths. Saying whatever to just try and get me to go away, inconsistent. Manager kept hiding, using staff to relay msgs to me instead of speaking w me directly. While there, we saw countless others come in and have to deal w the same issue. Meds screwed up, not available despite surgery that day or upcomg surgery the next day. Ridiculous excuses and incompetent staff that don't know how to do their job, much less care. Avoid this location at all costs if you value your time and sanity...and need your scripts on time and correctly!! It's seriously that bad!

I would give it a zero if I could. I'm 9 months pregnant, high risk and Ive been waiting over a month for medication !!! I go there, sit in drive thru line for 2 hours, just to be told "we are 300 prescriptions behind and you didn't pick it up so now its back behind the 300" EVEN THOUGH IVE BEEN TRYING TO PICK IT UP SINCE IT WAS FILLED. and I was never notified that anything was ready. Please do not go here. Ever. Can't even get someone on the phone so I can transfer prescriptions to another pharmacy. Pathetic.

Just trying to talk to someone. Been on hold over 15 minutes. Every once in a while the call music stops, the phone rings, and they put you right back on hold. Happened 7-8 times now. Someone is there. Ready to push a button to put you back on hold, but they won’t answer the phone.

Terrible !! Took me 20 minutes to get through drive through line just for them to go on lunch and tell me to come back. When I come back I had to spend another 20-30 minutes in line. Also two days prior to this incident I ordered pictures that was never printed !! I came to pick them up and they said come back in 20 minutes just to tell me the printer was broke and the pictures never printed !! Terrible service and need better employees

Showed up after my friend had surgery to pick up his prescription and waited an hour only to be told they were out of the product. Tried to contact them via phone to see if they got it in. So far after 20 minutes twice it robo hangs up. Called the store and basically told to F off nothing we can do but transfer you to hold with the pharmacy and get hung up on again.

This Walgreens is the worst one that I ever dealt with in the state of Kentucky. The pharmacy staff is slow as hell then they'll shutdown without notice or anything. If you really needs your medicine don't mess with them I suggest any other Walgreens.

Still have people working there that cannot spell common last names no matter how many times you tell them, they give people wrong medications. Very rude staff that will bud into conversations that have nothing to do with them... When they are out of the medication you need they are ZERO help. I called Walgreens at another location and got it filled the same day. You need to watch who you hire at this location.

The store itself it ok, never had any issues there. But the pharmacy, it's horrible! Anytime you call, the wait time is ridiculously long, my grandmothers prescriptions have been wrong a few times (which is a major issues) and the staff just doesn't really seem to care about what they do at times. I won't do business with Walgreens any longer, but my grandmother just wanted her meds transferred to a different Walgreens. Which is a total inconvenience... Hope the new location isn't as bad as this one.....'
