My mom comes to stay with my kids every couple weeks. She forgot her insulin syringes at home and they would not sell me any for her. I have never had any issues from any other Walgreens when she is in town. They were rude, and made me feel like some type of drug user. HELLO THEY Aren't FOR ME... MY MOMS BEEN INJECTING HER OWN INSULIN FOR YEARS AND THIS Store IS VERY Judgmental FOR THE SIDE OF TOWN ITS ON... GET WITH IT WALGREENS, NOT EVERYONE IS ON DRUGS!

The techs AND PHARMACIST will bold face lie to you and tell you that they don't have your insurance on file (moments after filling a separate prescription USING THE INSURANCE) to make you pay out of pocket. They also will like and say your prescription is not there/not ready after you've already gotten confirmation that they are. THESE PEOPLE WILL LIE TO YOU. The most spiteful, childish, unprofessional interaction I've had with anyone in customer service. And these are the people we're trusting to take care of our medication? I'm the opposite of a Karen but I will be calling corporate on every one of them.

I went online to order my shingles vaccine at this location. I received confirmation emails and texts and even went through the pre-check-in pages on the site and filled everything out.I got there a bit early. They had no record of my appointment, (despite the confirmation and reminder emails and texts) and no vaccine.The young lady behind the counter tried her best, but she can't do something she doesn't have paperwork for. She suggested I try again tomorrow, but I told her to never mind.I don't know if the fault is in this store, or Walgreen's system.

So my wife had a UTI and we got the prescription sent here, when we went to go pick it up they were closed; I came back the next morning at opening and was told by the tech at the front counter that there was nothing there for her. I had to drive all the way back to my wife’s doctors office to make sure they sent it to the right place, indeed they had and even resent it! When I get back to Walgreens the lady Adana was her name; told me that it still was not in the system. After speaking with the pharmacist I learned not only was it there but my wife has an entire profile.so here I am wasting time and gas all because some lady doesn’t know how to do her job and the pharmacist or whoever is supposed to train her did not make sure she was properly trained. Walgreens needs to do better!

This is pharmacy is a joke!! Always closed and when you do manage to speak to someone after being on hold forever and hung up on they are rude. Every month they tell me prescriptions wasnt sent when i know they was. Pharmacy staff obviously needs to be retrained or find another job since they act like they dont want to be there anyways. Only reason they get 1 star because they dont run out of meds like the others do.

I had returned bad drink I couldn’t get my money back because the drink was opened well you couldn’t tell the damn drink was bad until you try it , cvs from now on , bad management!!!!

The worst about answering a phone, or sending notifications about prescriptions being ready. I waited on hold for 20mins earlier to check on my son's Amoxicillan which was called in at 2pm, the lady would say please hold, 3mins later it rings again she says please hold. That continued for the 20min duration. So I drive up there only to be told his prescription isn't ready yet and I could have called to check. Smh. I about flipped a lid.

Walgreens @ 5100 Dixie Hwy, Louisville KY has the best customer service. The fabulous and very knowledgeable Sharita helped me at checkout. She brought wit, humor, patience and some spice to my Walgreens experience.

I'm not sure what the lady's name was who helped me at the photo counter, (a little shorter, glasses, African American lady) but she was the nicest woman who put a smile on my face and was just lovely. I accidentally ordered pictures further from home than I wanted but I will drive the extra miles just to come back to this location.

I scheduled a COVID test for 1:00 p.m. I arrived 5 minutes early and they wouldn't see me until 1:30p.m. because they were closed for lunch. Why schedule an appointment at 1:00 p.m. when that is your lunch? Then when the finally did see me they couldn't test me because their systems were down.

Workers there have lots of attitude about everything whether it’s pharmacy or checkout. Only reason I gave 3 stars is because of its location and the fact that it’s in stock more than most Walgreens I’ve been too.
