The woman in the picture is one of the two employees in the Pharmacy that were very rude and condescending to my elderly mom. We visited the Greenwood Walgreens store on Sunday evening. It was about 20 minutes before closing time. My mom had to pick up her blood pressure meds. She usually picked up at another store but her doctor told her to go to this one in particular. The woman in picture "tried" to locate meds and acted like it wasn't in system at first. Then miraculously found it under her name. Imagine that. Then another light color haired white woman came up and asked why her doctor sent her thereWe had no idea except maybe the other Walgreens was on back order for it. She then said in a not so friendly tone that they were closing in 17 minutes and they were not going to fill it. She wasn't apologetic, not smiling, didn't offer any customer service care of any sort. Just plain rude and cruel. I'm not sure how long it takes to fill a prescription. Other Walgreens tell us to come back in 10 minutes even if it's not our regular store. This woman showed no empathy what so ever. I truly believe that She enjoyed being mean to my mother. Walgreens closed at 6:00. She had plenty of time to fill prescription she just choose not to and instead refuse service to my mom. My mom is an elderly woman that doesn't dress well all the time. She doesn't feel good. I believe this pharmacist woman was prejudice against my mom. She should be reprimanded and start treating customers with the most upmost respect. It's not right to treat people with not any dignity . We will take our business elsewhere and will be taking this situation to a higher in command.

The pharmacy is no good. They will shut the door on you until you come back tomorrow. You can wait in line 15 to 20 minutes because they cannot get to you. When it's time to go, they will shut the door in your face and tell you come back tomorrow and you need your medicine. This place is not real. They need to figure out a better way of doing this. I advise you to go early and don't wait too late because they shut the door my face today and told me I had to come back tomorrow. Get there early. I was 15 minutes before time to quit. But they would not let me go in. They shut the door my face, but I'm okay. This place needs a better manager. Do not wait too late to get in if you do. You will be locked out This place have sorry management in the pharmacy's. No good pay attention, get there early. Otherwise you will have to wait until the next day. To get your medicine, do not let them shut you down in your face lock you out Walgreens is sorry From the management to the employees sorry

The pharmacy had me on hold for one hour and forty minutes so I had to drive there to ask why my prescriptions still have not been filled. I usually get texts alerts if prescription is delayed for any reason but I didn’t receive any. When I got there the line was 10 people deep. I have chronic pain and it was hard for me to stand in line that long. When I got to the front of the line I asked if I had any prescriptions ready and the woman said no. I informed her that my dr sent over prescription 5 days ago for the third time, she said they didn’t have it. She told me rudely to tell the nurse to call it in for verbal confirmation, I said how she going to call when they don’t answer the phone, she said “ma’am if there’s nothing else ….., as you can see we’re kinda busy here”! I was floored by the amount of rudeness and unprofessionalism. I'm taking my business elsewhere and I’m sure they can care less. It’s so sad that this is the norm in society today.

Literally pathetic! No Pharmacist on staff and so many cars wrapped around the building out to the road. Can't pick up meds that are ready, the close at 6 today. I will be here past that before I can get to the window!Here's second review been on hold 35 minutes to see why they are having an issue with the prescriptions. The automatic recorder sent me to the pharmacy. 35 minutes later still no answer? What is the point of the automatic person telling you to hang on they will connect you to someone? It should have said hang up get in your car drive up here because no one is going to answer!!

I received a text that my prescriptions were ready. But out of the 3 times I went to pick it up, I was either told they could not find it or it did not exist. I reordered it and 3 other. I received a text that they were ready. Then I received a text that 2 of them were not ready. I called the store to see what was the issue. I was on hold for 38 minutes then hung up on due to it being lunch time.I stopped by the store on the way to work. I was there for a total of 25 minutes. During this time I see 9 people working. 1 a the drive thru window, 2 at the counter, and 6 working on prescriptions. The whole 25 minutes I was there the phones rang and rang, but no one would answer them. When I was finally waited on I was told that management told them not to answer the phones. Very sad way to run a business.I told the young lady my issue and that I tried to call but was put on ignore. She was very polite and apologized for the corporate greed causing all of these issues. She could not explain why 2 of my 4 prescriptions were not filled and told me that I would have to come back tomorrow at the earliest to pick them up. I asked if I could have the two that were ready and have at least a couple of the pills that wasn't ready since I have been without them for 2 days due to Walgreens incompetency! She went and asked a lady who told her no and that I would have to come back tomorrow.I asked if there was anyway possible that they could do it now? She asked and told me that they could but it would be 30 minutes before they could get to them. I told her that I was on my way to work and could not wait 30 minutes. So I leave without the medication that I needed and have done without due to Walgreens incompetency. 10 minutes later I get a text telling me that the medication that would not be ready for at least 30 minutes was ready for pick up. Imagine that!!!Very sad customer service. I can definitely believe now the rumors that Walgreens is Going Out of Business or going to be bought out are true. If not, they should be.

Whoever worked the register tonight had a major attitude for no reason. Asked a question and she just gave a rude gesture like "Sure, whatever." But didn't talk once.

If you value you time and sanity DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION to fill your prescriptions. The pharmacy is always backed up. The Pharmacy will close before they’re supposed to. And most recently, their pharmacist was a no show on 5-27-23. Meaning no one could pick up their prescriptions. And if your prescription was already ran through your insurance, you can’t get it at another location unless you call corporate and go through the hassle of backing out your order and placing it at another location. Which I was able to do, thankfully.

I have been going to this Walgreens (7338 Dixie Hwy) for years! I have never had any problems with any part of this pharmacy. During all these yrs they may have been out of the med I needed, twice. I do know there has been several times where they have been short staffed but the ones at work stepped up and took care of business! A+

This Walgreens is very busy but they move in a quick manner. And try to get your prescriptions filled as quickly as possible they are very nice and kind here. I highly recommend this Walgreens. (The Walgreens in valley station I do not recommend they are very rude and take for ever) but this Walgreens on greenwood are very caring and respectful to the customers. My daughter was having allergic reaction the Walgreens on valley station did not care. I transferred my daughter's prescription to this greenwood Walgreens and they saw what was happening to my daughter and they actually cared and we're very concerned and rushed her prescription for me because the other place I had waited 3 hours and my daughter was having hives all over her body she needed her steroid right away the greenwood Walgreens I highly recommend do not go to the Walgreens at valley station.

DONT GO HERE FOR MEDS. They never have anything on time. The app isn't accurate. You will wait in line for hours, wait on the phone for hours. If you don't want to spend a full day messing with the pharmacy, GO ANYWHERE ELSE

The attitude of the people that work in here is a joke. It takes everything I have to keep my cool with these people every time I’m in here it seems. That’s the end of it though. I’ll never do any business with any Walgreens ever again under any circumstances.

Two lanes deep and 15 cars in line at the drive through pharmacy and have waited 15 minutes and no movement at all. If people need to take that long to be helped at the drive through make them go inside. Walgreens should get out of the pharmacy business. Going home to transfer my scripts to another provider.

This place is literally a hindrance to getting my medications. Every time I went there is lunchtime, after work, there was always a big line and having to wait 30 min or more for your meds. The only time I have gotten out of there in under 15 minutes is when I went in there at 9 p.m. They open at 9 a.m. so I couldn't ever swing by there early before work. Any time you call, they seldom answer the phone. Plenty of times I phoned it in prior only to find that it wasn't actually filled and had to wait. An antibiotic that needed to be refrigerated for our daughter wasn't clearly labeled so we ended up having to throw it out and start over. It is literally never been an in and out thing of 10 min or less despite my better efforts, even in the drive thru. It got so bad that I would put off getting meds because I just didn't have the time to wait, especially with an infant child. I switched all my meds to express scripts, and we will be finding a new pharmacy for all our other non-maintenance meds, and I suggest you do the same. I don't know if it's a staffing issue or too many clients/volume, but it's a problem.

pharmacy always has an attitude very very rude even the manager of this store ive seen yell at customers complete chaos ! they will have about 15 people back there and still have a line running thru the back of the store if your prescription says its ready once you go up there they say it will take over ANOTHER 2 hours ridiculous !!!! would not recommend using this pharmacy !

super slow. all pharmacy help just talks behind the counter while they’re 10 people waiting for their prescriptions. i look behind the counter and i’m glad they’re having a great time while everyone is standing in line while one person is checking everyone out.

I already left a review and it was never posted. They have robbed everyone who saved up points(as I did for Christmas). I will not shop here anymore. Shame on you Walgreens, you sure want us to earn those points by spending, just don’t want to honor them. I understand that the terms changed but that shouldn’t have happened at least til after the holidays and with more notice, if at all. You all knew what you were doing...sad...greed

They have cleaned house and hired all these people who are not friendly, short tempered, smart mouthed and not fast at all. You dont ever get your medicine and are always out or some other excuse on why you cant get the medicine you need. Do not like this new staff!!! Ive been coming to this walgreens for 20+ years and i am switching pharmacys. Good bye walgreens.

Terrible Walgreens. I've never seen a drugstore just pick and choose which days and hours they are open. Why post any hours? They are never open during their stated times, or just randomly close whenever it's inconvenient to be open.Worst drugstore I've ever had to use.Don't get your scripts filled here.

There is a 50% chance the pharmacy will be out of my daily medication. I recommend calling first to be sure they have it in stock before you waste precious time driving to the pharmacy, standing in a long long and being told they won't have it for a week. If your doctor sends prescriptions electronically, don't send it to this Walgreens or your prescription might vanish into thin air if they are out of the medication because Walgreens' system deletes it automatically. I've wasted a day trying to find my prescription and begging my doctor's staff to have a new prescription sent to a different pharmacy.

Went here on Christmas Day on my way to my family after traveling here from Texas. I’m 30 years old. They told me they could not serve me alcohol because of my out of state license. I pointed out my DOB, the manager was even called over, and they would not sell to me. It was also embarrassing to me as everyone else in line watched— Some knowledge on reading out of state licenses could serve this location well. I took my business elsewhere and won’t be returning.

The pharmacist at this location there were no issues with one phone call my medication was ready within 15 minutes no problems understanding I give them five stars over crums Lane don't even want to give them one star they've lost my license mixed up my prescriptions and lied fake text messages just very unprofessional I recommend greenwood over any of the Walgreens but hey if youlike long lines and lost prescriptions stay at crums Lane it's like night and day

I liked this location until I tried to get a prescription refilled. Was on hold for what seemed like forever. No automated system! I hung up and called a different location and was done in no time. Please update your phones!

Disappointed this will no longer be a 24 hour pharmacy. That's why I chose this particular location... Guess I'll have to switch to the one on valley station road. But they were good and efficient at this location before covid-19

I drove all the way from hikes lane Walgreens just because there service is always-sucks . It does worth it driving 30 minutes . Staff are friendly and helpful
