They need to go ahead and shut this Walgreens down. The service sucks. The pharmacy sucks. Pharmacy always low staff, they always on a lunch break. No phone signal over there. The pharmacy give you the run around. It’s always something with them.

This walgreens is clean and stocked. The young lady that works the front register in the evenings (she was working at 8pm 2/18) is always friendly helpful and knowledgeable. I have seen rude customers talk crazy to her, yet she just continues to have class.

Not the best Walgreens, but they are doing their best with what they have. For all the negative reviewers... If you don't like it, don't go there. There is a nationwide shortage of pharmacists and pharmacy techs. There's a nationwide shortage of workers everywhere. I guarantee you the people working in the pharmacy are doing the work of at least six people each and most likely getting paid very little for their trouble. I've seen how customers treat these poor people. I'd be rude, too, if you came into my job and told me how to do my job. If you think the service is slow... Fill out an application. They need the help.

I went to Walgreens today to get a prescription for my daughter. We were having trouble with my insurance company and getting it verified and dealing with the payment. The pharmacy manager, I think her name was Demesha, she was a gift from god with how much she helped us through this.

The Walgreens on Cane Run Road is a joke. They are really close to my house so I have tried to use them. They are very incompetent. They have given myself and my parents the run around more then once, having us going back multiple times to pick up a single prescription. My mom went to pick up her prescription. They didn’t have the full amount in stock so she is given a partial refill. Fine. She gets a text saying the other half of the prescription is ready. Goes to get it and is told she can’t pick it up until tomorrow bc of insurance. Which is wrong but we say ok. She comes to pick it up today and is told it was put back in stock bc it’s been filled for 10 days and she didn’t pick it up…. Um what? They tell her it will be another twenty minutes before it is ready. She comes home waits 2 HOURS and goes back and it is still not ready. At this point she is beyond frustrated and asks to speak to the manager. The manager never apologized and was extremely rude the entire time. Terrible customer service.

Never answer the phone! My prescription is suppose to be on automatic refill every 30 days. I go in they say it’s not ready and that they will text me and out it on automatic refill. They never text me I wait for 2 weeks they never answer the phone. Finally somebody answers the phone and says it still isn’t ready. A really unprofessional, unorganized pharmacy. As for the rest of the store it’s fine.

Very rude. Prepaid for prescription. I couldn’t get the bar code because the system was down. The manager said no money was taken from my account until I showed the barcode. The lady working the drive thru told me get out of line so sh could wait on other customers. I told the manager that her employee should have told me the money wasn’t taken from my account. She said she didn’t know and hasn’t been trained on everything. After getting off the phone I checked my account and the money was withdrawn.

my Dr. after surgery said to get my prescription asap because the numbness was going to wear off soon and I'd be in a lot of pain.... I have my wife and 6 month old son take me to Walgreens on came run to get the prescription. 40 mins later they tell me they're not going to fill it!!! wbyhat? why? well because the year looks like a 12 not an 18. ok well call my Dr he just wrote in 20 mins ago. I'm not comfortable doing that... really you a pharmacist that's your job. well just go get another one he said. so I call my Dr office and they call the pharmacy speak to him several times the whole time there's a pharmacy tech who's extremely rude saying there all lying it's a 2 don't give them no prescription. really your not a pharmacist your just a tech.finally after two hours the Dr call him and explains it's an 8 look at the other 2's on the prescription and you see. so he fills it them says well I just got out of school and I don't want to make a mistake well I just want a pharmacist that knows what he's doing!!! so we tell the tech she needs to work on her customer service she tells us rudely we mlneed to work on ours and to never come back to walgreens!! while we were there I was was in a great deal of pain no one cared or even apologized. they made us get out of the car line by saying if we didn't they'd call the police. the same tech told an elderly woman "I don't know why your complaining about 20 percent off you're on medicade!" they're ride and don't know how to do there jobs I'd go else where if I where you!!!

Everything you expect your Walgreens to be. It's easily accessible. There usually isn't a long line to the pharmacy. There usually isn't a long line at the cash register either. I've asked them to stock something before and they called me and told me it was in stock if I wanted to come up there and get it. How many places do that?

Hello, Hippa violations!! Pictured here is a list of peoples names, phone numbers, dob, and what date/time, specific vaccine they’re getting right at the pharmacy checkout counter in front of me! I’d be livid. There was trash sprawled all over the floor behind the counter, smudges on the plexiglass, inch of dust on computers, and overflowing trash behind the partition where said vaccines are given. 🤮 Beware!

THE WORST WALGREENS IN THE U.S. Absolutely horrible! Many times was told medication was ready and it wasn’t, missed my appointment because staff said I already picked up medication only for them to apologize and they let me to pick it up the next day. Many days they are closed when they should be open. It’s 2:41 and I have been in line since 2:00 with only 3 cars in front of me this is absolutely ridiculous! They should save money and close this location. Worse pharmacy EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!

The worst customer service at the pharmacy. I called to call in a prescription for a patient and the lady at the pharmacy told me to hang up and leave a voicemail ( she said it so rudely. ) Then I told her that I already had left a voicemail earlier in the day and she said well like I said hang up and leave a voicemail. Just so rude and no respect.
