Whenever I go to the pharmacy drive through the wait is outrageous. 30+ minutes every time, and 10 of those minutes are spent at the window after they say “we’ve got one ready for you, be right back.” As someone who has past pharmacy tech retail experience, I can say there is absolutely no reason for that. Can’t find it? Different issue? Have some courtesy and let me know the reason for the delay.Also, the last time I was there they put the wrong prescription in the bag. When I called and told them, I got no apology. “We close in 45 minutes, or you can come back tomorrow to pick it up then.”Unbelievable.

Time to change pharmacies. Since they've closed down so many stores the pharmacy lines are 20 people long at any time of day, and longer at rush hour times. Want to call? Get ready to be on hold 1.5 hours. It will be 20 min before they answer even if you're next. My hospital called in my prescriptions for pneumonia and I've been waiting on one of them for two days while they've been filling newer prescriptions. I'm disgusted. I will never come to this pharmacy again no matter how many years I've been coming here. Go to Kroger or Walmart. Literally anywhere else.

The absolute worst Pharmacy EVER!! Waited on phone for over 2 hours (not exaggerating literally 2 hours and couldn’t wait no longer) Lines to even pick scripts up are horrible, be prepared to wait no less than 30 minutes and Drive through is the same if not worse! I’ve had enough moving to Kroger or somewhere else that doesn’t say WALGREENS! They could care less about you!! Horrible SERVICE!

Pharmacy is lacking you check before you get your medicine scent there and they don't even actually even have it n I've had it done 2 me 2 times why say u have them n then make some go with out making the person who needs they meds can't get them

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever used. They are constantly out of stock of medication. When you call the robot constantly tells you that your prescription will be filled “tomorrow” and it isn’t. When you finally talk to a pharmacist, they are rude and completely unhelpful. No one who works at this pharmacy deserves their job.

Nick the pharmacist should be terminated and be stripped of his license. He was verbally abusive to multiple customers yesterday. I have video of him screaming at a woman and telling her to go to hell because he was stressed out. Reports have been filed to the board of pharmacies in KY as well as a report made to the police department. Abuse of any kind is unacceptable.

The delay in RX being filled was 3 days, out of stock, and I understand many businesses are experiencing the same issues. They kept me informed everyday via text which I appreciate. However, waiting 3 days for an RX is not optimal. The pharmacist was very helpful and very courteous to help me with an insurance issue, I really didn't have to do anything, he did it for me which was greatly appreciated.

This pharmacy is terribly understaffed for the volume of customers they have. This results in mistakes, delays, aggravated customers and employees. This pharmacy has always been busy but, since they bought out and closed the local Rite-aid and the local Kmart pharmacy closed. They're overwhelmed and unable to provide good timely service to their customers. I don't blame the employee's...I blame Walgreens for dropping the ball and not finding help or unwilling to hire more employees and or pharmacist. This is what happens when the competition is ran out of business or someone has a monopoly. Customers always suffer!!!

I absolutely love Walgreens for all of my make-up & skin care needs. They always have a great selection, good sales, and if you get the product home, ecstatic about your new matte lipstick in Nude (because that's what's trending on TikTok) but you look nothing like the gorgeous girl with the full lips, as a matter of fact, the matte nude lipstick has made your lips disappear into the oblivion!!!But Walgreens will gladly accept your return as long as you have your receipt.

They need someone to be more responsible I’ve been calling them all day. I wait on the line and over 30 minutes on each time they never answer the phone and it’s so hard to get done what you need please guys be more responsible.

Maybe it’s just the pharmacy but they’ve been putting people on hold more recently and that’s not the issue. These wait times have been lasting close to an hour. Maybe they’re understaffed but I don’t think I should be waiting for this long only to get out on hold again.

My car died yesterday in the Walgreens parking lot, and the security man at the door was so nice. He really went above and beyond. I called my insurance and they sent someone, but it took about an hour and a half. He checked on me multiple times and offered to get me a water, he also said he wouldn’t leave until after I was taken care of—it was getting late and they were about to close. He was just really kind and I really appreciated it. As a 21 year old girl, with the closest person I know over 3 hours away, it was just really nice to feel like someone was looking out for me in a stressful situation. (My phone was on 10% when I realized my car was dead and by the time the road service guys got there it was at 1%.)

They never have my medication is stock. Not one time have I called for a refill did they have it in despite me being the same medication for a while. Then they claim I am the only one on the particular medication and dosage. I guess I am not important enough to preorder for the next month to be sure they have it in stock for me.Also the app constantly sends me a notice that my meds are ready and when I go to get them the staff say they do not have anything for me and they do not know why I am getting notifcations. I moved to Dixie Pharmacy.

I’ll start off by saying that I understand these are trying times for everyone, and there are staff shortages, supply shortages, etc.I put in a prescription refill for my dogs seizure medication several days ago. I was planning on picking it up last night around 7:30 but see on the app that it is delayed, so I decided to call pharmacy to find out why, since I know it has refills. After a 15-20 min hold I’m told there was some kind of verification that needed to be done to make sure it was for a dog and not a human. I asked why since she’s been having this filled for over a year all on the same rx. No clue but was told it wouldn’t be ready for another 3 hours at which point it’d be 10pm and they’d be closed. My dog had to go without her dosage this am. Call again this morning because I still see it’s delayed, on hold for 30 plus mins to find out last nights technician didn’t ever fill it or fix the issue. Todays technician says it would be filled within an hour. Prescriptions gets filled and I send hubby to pick it up, paid for it ahead of time with express pay to save time. When he gets there he gives them code and technician says that the code he gave is for another prescription ready (my own) and not for the dogs rx. He expl that I had not yet paid for my prescription, the only one paid for was the dog’s. She said no. I sent him confirmation on the app and even my bank info showing exact amount for dogs prescription withdrawn. She insisted he go inside, when he gets inside she wanted him to get back in line after being in the drive thru for 1h, he did not, and finally he shows the code to another tech who had no issue verifying it. I don’t often write bad reviews but this was all extremely frustrating and inconvenient to us as the customer/client.

Horribly understaffed. People that are here working obviously do not wanna even look at you. Half hour or more wait everytime we come. Miss rite aid up the street , never spent more then 5 minutes in there and they knew you by name and knew exactly what you were coming in for

Very RUDE uneducated on the field they’re working. Most of women working there that I came across have a very bad attitude. In a small lobby area not even ask customer to put mask on. Not managed how many people can stand in lobby. I was being assisted but two men with no mask walk right next to me asking questions. Instead of ask them to wait to be assist after she finished with me. She keeps talk to those men until I have to step back. After two hours waiting. I reminded them that I still waiting but she just said my prescriptions is not available until 30th of August. When I was calling and confirmed 5 times. Keep going back and forth 5 times. So they decide to just find out it’s not available until 30th. Only the man in charge know how to solve problems and politely respond and helped.

The pharmacy gave my mother the wrong medication after not filling her blood thinner on time. She came in Thursday to refill the ticagrelor. She went back that Friday to pick it up but they still haven’t finished. Then, when she came back after the pharmacy called to confirm her prescription is ready. They have her someone else’s. My mom is 57. She doesn’t need Norethindrone (birth control/hormone therapy). Pharmacy is trash.

I went to buy baby formula Enfamil it was expired three month ago it was still in the shelf for customer to purchase. I bought it for my baby thinking that Walgreens would not sell expired stuff to customer especially baby products it blew my mind. I did the survey left my phone number and everything for them to call me I got a call 4 days after only thing they said is will return it and give me refund back with the write product they didn’t offer me any other stuff for there mistake.

Ordered photo online, use a code that Walgreens provided, but the Manager or whoever she is and her named is Deitra doesn’t want to give me the photos I printed. She doesn’t want to give it to me because I got it for free. Only give me 1 picture out of 6. Not going back to this place again. Worst walgreens.

Worst Walgreens in Louisville ky shawn cant count to 30 i will be leaving and never come back he refused to fill a 30 day script that is due today and is making me wait 1 more day it was filled 1-29-21 next fill is 2-27-21 thats 30 days because jan has 31 days but shawn cant count and he refused my fill so im out to incompetent for me so sad!!!!!

Went into the store and asked a lady in cosmetics if she could scan something for me that did not have a price. She looked at me and said, "It's probably$15 or $20." She would not walk to the register to scan it. I had a few other things to buy so I had it scanned at the register when I checked out. If you don't want to do your job please get out of retail.
