Worst Walgreens I have ever seen. Customer service is atrocious and super duper ghetto. They actually think they are doing you a favor by taking your money. Straight shameful. Go to Southern Hospitality and get a shot afterwards, you will need it. The whole establishment is a Disgrace. Inconvenience a person actually paying for their alcohol because of theft?! CLOSE YOUR DOORS OR SERVE THE COMMUNITY IN A RESPONSIBLE AND RESPECTFUL MANNER.

I don’t appreciate being followed around the store by an older Black male wearing all brown and glasses. Even waited for me at the checkout I guess to ensure I was going to pay. I hope he gets treated how he judges others. Pharmacy takes forever as well and they’re rude.

THIS PLACE IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST WHEN DEALING WITH PATIENTS OR PRIMARY CARE FACILITIES!!! I AM PLACED ON HOLD FOR OVER 30 MINUTES EVERY SINGLE TIME I CALL! 0/10 SERVICE. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE IN THE WORLD NOT EVEN MY WORST ENEMY! I WOULD RATHER DRIVE TO A DIFFERENT STATE THAN TO GET ANY PRESCRIPTION SENT HERE! THEY NEED TO FIRE EVERYONE ON STAFF FOR THE LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM.

Walgreens held up my prescription because they didn't have correct insurance. Got a text instructing me to call to update it; I did so, and after 20 minutes of waiting, was told they don't update insurance over the phone. Went in, tried to give them my info. They wouldn't put it in because I also handed them an rx discount card (in case they needed it as well). They handed it all back and said "I'm out" and went to lunch, leaving me with no help or further instructions

I hate thus pharmacy it's like they hire anybody or any bumb on the street to work here the staff is super unprofessional and lazy they act like you bothering them the whole time there on the cell phone don't even want to give you a bag for you items instead they will tell you to go to the front and get a bag I will NEVER IN MY LIFE use this pharmacy again I asked could they check on my medicine all of sudden the system went down and I would have to call and check tomorrow they give African American a bad nameWHAT IS THE DISTRICT MANAGERS NUMBER FOR THIS STORE CAUS Atp and how the staff acts I'm starting to think they don't care.

This has to be the worst Walgreens in the state if not the nation. I have been here 4 times for a prescription. Two times they posted a sign they were closed, at 3:30 in the afternoon on a weekday. One time they closed a couple of hours early and today I have been behind 2 cars for 30 minutes. In e future I will be going some where else.

I went there today to get a rapid test. I was 20 min early. I waited with 4 other cars with an appointment. I then called Walgreens to find out the Pharmacy was closed. I got no notification nor was there a sign at the drive through. This was poor communication by Walgreens. The woman who worked at Walgreens told me if I went to another location they would honor my appointment. I drove across town and they woman was not accommodating at all. She told me they were full even though there was no one in their drive through. Walgreens really showed me a not great side today.

Never go to this location. I had ordered some perfume online and it gave me a option to deliver or pickup, so I choose pickup since I live near this particular Walgreens, I went to the store and I had all of my credentials to prove I was the person that ordered the perfume, I had emails in my phone and my driver's license but, still got accused of being a thief and she was very rude. It was clearly and most definitely defamation . Someone please send me the district manager number.

Not only did my Walgreens experience online fail which caused me to go to the 34th St location but my experience only got worse. Upon entering the doors I asked the clerk where her baskets were, she replied that they have all been stolen. I walked around the store in search of something to pack things in so that I could shop semi effectively. I found a box from where a clerk had been stocking. As I approached the cash register to pay for my items I asked some questions regarding my purchase and you have thought I asked the clerk "Patricia" to take a test. She was extremely annoyed by my question regarding my items and her response was totally rude. I had money to spend and needed more things but because I couldn't shop effectively and surely didn't want to ask for further help...I decided I'll take my money elsewhere next time I hope to get better service or I'll go to CVS. Smh is this what I get for pouring in to my community?

The pharmacist working there named Amanda refused to give my aunt and uncle their covid vaccine even after being told their passports where a valid form of ID. This is unacceptable as she clearly does not have the patients best interest. The male manager there was rude and apologetic to us.

I go to this Walgreens to get cash back using my cash app card instead of my own card for certain reasons. Walgreens specifically... Never had an issue until the other day. I always get multiple cash backs at a time. Most the time 2. For some reason I was scolded by the cashier because apparently that isn't allowed. Only one is allowed actually. I would have NO issues with that.if i didn't do that all the time. Really i wouldn't care. However, getting scolded and mocked saying i should use the ATM with a rude attitude..... Ya Ill just stop a kroger or somewhere their employees have respect...... To be honest I'm half way believing she did that for the simple fact i am a different race because Louisville is becoming ill with all the hate being blasted everywhere. Never Walgreens again.

My child’s doctors sent in her prescription around 3pm 1/2/19. I’ve been calling all day ( 5 times and 15 min each) and they will hang up on me! I’m frustrated. When I finally get a hold to someone at 9pm. They told me I wouldn’t get the meds tonight & to bring the insurance card in. 1st off we went thru this last week w/ my other daughter. I had to wait a whole hr and a half THERE cause of the holidays. So they can approve the insurance w/ my other child. The doctor told me they’re 4 hrs behind today. Umm SORRY but that’s not my problem. Hire more people! If we get behind making trucks at Ford. You think they’re going to ignore they’re customers & say forget them? NO THEY’RE GOING TO GET MORE PPL & WORK OUR BUTTS OFF. Worst Walgreens ever & I will be calling corporate.

Worst Walgreens EVER! Leaves you on hold and takes forever to fill prescriptions. Had surgery and needed pain medication. They told me I wouldn't get it until TOMORROW! Wha!? Tomorrow?! They are the worst. Shows how they feel about the community they are supposed to serve. 👎🏼

Pharmacist Amanda was downright rude denying an elderly Mexican couple the Covid-19 vaccine, acting like she’s better then everyone. Right now this is a very scary time and they we’re just trying to be as safe as they can.I am so shocked that this is okay.Honestly If I could rate this 0 stars I would. I feel so bad for that couple.

I had a pickup for an online order. Went I went to pick it up, it was the wrong items so I asked to cancel it. Later I saw they went ahead and charged me for it, and when I called back to ask them about it, they verified that they gave it away to someone else, went ahead and charged me, and told me it’s not their problem. Very shady and rude place. AVOID!

A couple went to this location to get their covid-19 shots. The pharmacist Amanda refused to give them their shot claiming their Mexican passport was not accepted. The manager was called and then her boss was called, all agreeing that their passports where a valid form of ID. Ms. Amanda then decided that she "didn't feel like it" and that she was not comfortable with giving them the shot, she went on saying she wasn't going to do it and her manager couldn't make her. She told them they could come back when someone else was there because she wasn't doing it. This couple was discriminated against, made to feel like they weren't American enough to get the shot. Awful!

6/30/20 was the worse experience of all the pharmacist (AMANDA) and all her counterparts thought they were talking to some uneducated woman until they got schooled, not only are they incompetent they don't even understand the basics of their app. Refused to look at my confirmation stating my prescription would be ready Monday ,then had the nerve to tell me to just wait an hour and ill have it .

Wonderful service, one of the best businesses in west Louisville. Pharmacy is a little slow but not any slower than any other pharmacy I've been to. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. My favorite Walgreens!

Their unethical and unnecessary practice of turning away and denying COVID-19 vaccine to undocumented immigrant families. This type of practice is a harmful and harsh measure that endangers Kentucky’s families.As an immigrant who had to leave her home country as a child to escape a multitude of hardships such as oppressive regime, violence, political and economic instability, and countless other reasons, I identify myself with those families wagering their lives in the search of a better life for themselves and their families. My aunt and uncle (older than 55yeard old) whose names I'm not releasing to protect their privacy, waited months to secure an appointment at Walgreens vaccination site, only to be told by a pharmacist named Amanda that vaccines are exclusive for American citizens and legal residents of this country. My family had their home country passports with them, which is a legal document accepted worldwide. Walgreen's policy is more than unethical and ineffective, it’s inhumane. The aggressive enforcement of such policy would create more barriers for immigrants and their families to seek for help and support in this dangerous pandemic. The impact of this policy can also be particularly devastating on the overall health of our immigrant citizens, causing them trauma and fear. This policy violates human rights, everyone has the right to a standard of living, and to be treated with respect and dignity.In Kentucky, We must work together to support the right of residence and treat undocumented individuals with the same respect and dignity that all human beings deserve.

There is this light complexion woman who works at the register with glasses. She is very rude and nasty. She had a horrible attitude checking me out and was talking on her cell phone. I was almost afraid to be there. I didn’t want to make her upset by checking out. She was on her phone.

Sometimes the service is good...my major complaint is that whenever my doctors send in my scripts, Walgreens wont show it until the 3rd submission. Their phone lines are crazy busy and thats with me being 1st in line. I've waited as long as 30mins for someone to answer.

The worst in Louisville. 15 minutes translates to 3 hours here. There are always people crowded around the pharmacist, looking like they got one foot in the grave, waiting hours for their medicine. The techs, for the most part are sweet, but the pharmacists are unwilling top answer questions, and aggravated by the thought. I don't care if I have to walk, in the cold, with flu, I'd rather go to Baxter.

I have been going to this Walgreen's since it was in the old store across Broadway. I most of the time deal with the Pharmacy for my Mom and have built a wonderful relationship with the Pharmacists's and staff. The remaining management and staff are equally great for customer service. S/N: the pictures you have posted are not pictures of the Walgreen's at 34 th and Broadway.

Absolutely the WORST Walgreens! You literally wait on hold for 45mins just for them to hang up when it rings so you never actually talk to anyone! I don't understand why all the other ones can answer in a timely manner but this one NEVER does!?

For the past two days I've tried to refill 14 of my prescription and I was put on hold from 5 to 10 minutes then the phone would ring and someone would pick up and hang up.
