At 7:30pm on a Wednesday in late March, it is perhaps the most pleasant place in town for groceries. I’ve been there when it was packed and they’re still nice, but the traffic can be quite a mess during the afternoons and weekends.

I think every employee made it a point to smile at me, say hello, and ask if I need help.They recently updated their hours to open at 9am, so there was a line out front at 9. Separate liquor store entrance.Clean well stocked shelves, bright lighting. Clean floors. This was a "picture perfect" example of a trader Joe's, that I didn't get any pictures of.Recommend grocery / snack shop if you're in the area!

I'm delighted to give Trader Joe's a solid 4.5 stars! Despite its small size, the store is impressively well stocked, boasting a fantastic array of fresh fruits and vegetables. The standout feature, though, is their incredibly friendly staff who always make the shopping experience enjoyable. It's a go-to spot for quality groceries with a personal touch.

As a first timer at Trader Joe's you get a free route bag. They had a great selection of vegetables and a wide variety of healthy selections not found elsewhere. Cashiers were very nice. We will be back.

My partner and I have been avid Trader Joe's shoppers since moving to Louisville in 2020. We love the food selection and vibes, but most importantly, we love the staff.Early on in one of our visits, we had the pleasure of meeting Conner, who's exceptional service stood out. Downgraded from 5 stars to 1 star for union busting. Love this location, and the folks who work here are amazing, but the company as a whole needs to get their priorities straight. They are nothing without their workforce. Protect workers' rights.

Really like this grocery store chain.Pros:*Great variety, quality and competitively priced items*No charge for paper bags and they are always double bagged.*Super quick check out. They almost always will open a lane when it gets busy.*Happy, helpful employees.*Separate wine and liquor store attached with some unique offerings.Cons:*It's in a strip mall.*Parking lots is very crowded and lot traffic is hectic.*Difficult to get in and out of parking lot due to heavy traffic.

I absolutely love coming to Trader Joe’s. The employees and management are so friendly and kind. Will go out of their way to find what you are looking for. Clearly they enjoy their job and the company they work for. This is the Chic Fil A of grocery stores!

First time shopping at Trader Joe's yesterday w/my Husband and had a great time. Cannot believe I live in the same city as this wonderful store and have never step foot into it until yesterday. Great products for home cooking and sauce making. Staff was by far outstanding!! I would definitely be shopping there again and again and again!!!! HG 3/9/2021

It is a little costlier than other places of this sort. But the variety that they have is quite awesome. They have an Indian section from where one can buy some really good dishes. From offering an extensive cheese section to a great sauce selection, I loved it.To add a cherry on the top, I really liked the cactus collection.

Well, this is the only trader Joe's I've ever been to- but they're just so great! Last week I an employee overheard me talking to my wife in the phone about them being out of the dark chocolate almonds she loves, she was sure they had more in the back and offered to go grab them, but while she was headed to get them, another employee was already coming our way with two cases. I'm assuming we aren't the only ones that like them. But the staff is always pleasant and helpful it's a definite plus in a world where most corporations would rather work you to death for pennies on the hour than pay a decent wage- so it feels like these folks really like their jobs and I hope that's the case.

Really like their extensive selection. Also, the portion sizes are just right for one individual. Tried a couple of their frozen dishes (thai curry and palak paneer) and they were both good, reasonable priced. Will go back to try more frozen dishes.

I wish I took photos to share but I will next time. I'm in this area quite a bit and have never gone in myself, I see why people really like this place. The cashieers are happy to help and greet you with a smile.

The staff is always so nice here and conversational! And even though sometimes it seems a little overwhelmingly, busy, you never end up, waiting to check out! Now we just need one downtown!

Lots of fresh items not found in other grocery stores, including fresh brined turkeys, which should make for a moist Thanksgiving turkey dinner. Fresh juices and good quality meats including kosher for those looking for the highest quality. The checkout folks are friendly and fast. I like that they use paper bags and not plastic. A little help with the environment at least. The store could stand to be a bit larger.

Carol rocks. Every time I come in there having a bad day, it seems like Carol talks to me, shares some encouraging words, and makes me feel better. Carol deserves the keys to the store, the city, the White House, the UN, and the International Space Station. She is a gem of an employee; and more importantly, she is a gem of a person.

This place was packed today.It's small and organized so it's easy to find what you're looking for.Their service is good.There's always someone close by to assist your needs.Their brand of products is extremely high quality.It's fun to browse the aisles to see their variety.Their fall pumpkin display was festive today.Their selection of fresh flowers is always impressive as well.
