Advertised that they would be open at 8:00 a.m. on New Year's Eve. I drove over 30 minutes to get there, then sat in the parking lot from 8:00 till 8:30 and still not open. This was at the Valley station, Louisville, Kentucky 40272 location.

Tractor supply is a great store I'm 65 years old and it reminds me of the old stores When I was a young kid I can spend all day they're looking at all their stuff they have nice clothes and Coats bootsI can spend all day they're looking at all their stuff they have nice clothes and Coats boots I buy my dog supply there it seems like your dog pet supply is cheap

I have to take a moment to praise John at this location. I generally have a great shopping experience at any of the tractor supply stores I frequent. That said John has helped me a few times and he exemplifies what I would look for in a role model employee. He has customer service down to a science. Went to this store sun may 15th. Was looking for a belt for my riding mower. Talk to a really nice lady, she sent me to customer service. 30 second walk. There was employee talking to 3 guys.i listened for about 5 mins.i do not like to ease drop.but they talking nothing, just shooting the breeze. He was 10 feet from me and another customer. Not once did he turn around and ck on his counter.on my way I stopped and talk to this nice lady. And told her, this was my first and last. Tractor supply. should be aware of there customers.lost me as customer. Headed for bluegrass lawn on garden.

They have some of the best cat litter. I have been trying to find a good cat litter for my diabetic cat. A few weeks ago I came across some at Tractor Supply that worked great. It was only 10 dollars for I think a 20 pound bucket. Its in a yellow and white bucket. Good stuff and cheap. Employees are great a guy named Ronnie helped me out because I bought 2 tubs of litter and a few other heavy items.

Love going to this store. Always neat and organized. Best place to get shots for my pets so I don't have to pay $75 a shot at a vet. I've bought many things from this store and I've never had an issue with any of the employees.

Employees are nice and helpful as they can be. We had questions about the ducklings for sale and were told by the stores manager just throw them in your back yard with food and water they will be fine. Simple google search on raising ducklings will explain there is much more involvement and care required. Overall the store is over priced but usually fully stocked. I would be very surprised if this store stays in business much longer.

This place since it has been open has always been a well kept store. The employees check with their customers regularly and they have a friendly demeanor. I have made trips here over going to other hardware places simply because it doesn't have that big box store feel.You should certainly check here for your yard project materials and tools you may need for projects around the house.

Friendly Staff. Clean Store. The prices are slightly on the high side compared to other rural supply stores. I shop there often because the distance is convenient to my location. Although they don't carry a large variety of certain farming feed products (i.e. poultry feeds), they are happy to put those items on order for you and call you when it arrives. I have bought a lot of chicks from the store and so far all of them have survived and ended up becoming happy healthy chickens. I've also bought trees and plants from them. The trees did great, some of the plants didn't make it, but I think that was more due to it being late in the season and buying some of the leftover plants. All in all, it's a great place to pick up farming/livestock/gardening supplies that's near by the Valley Station area.

We had a good experience shopping at Tractor Supply. The employees were very friendly and so helpful. We were looking to purchase two new tires for our Cub Cadet rider and we chose what we assumed was the correct ones. But at the check out the nice young lady informed us we actually had two different tires and there was a considerable difference in prices I would not have known this if she had not brought it to my attention and I'm grateful for her quick thinking on this matter. Well thinking I was destined to return home with only one tire because there was only those two on the shelf that I seen, another young lady whom I'm assuming was in a management position fixed my problem quickly and efficiently by finding another tire. And thanks to her knowledgeable explanation on what to look for on these tires (colored lines on outer edge) I now can correctly buy the proper tires and matching if need be. I also purchased some food for my pet at very reasonable prices. I done some price comparisons and realized I will be buying my pet food here from now on. The 16 lb cat food was over 5$ cheaperand a very good selection too. Nice and tidy store well stocked lots of room to push my cart thru isles without bumping into things. Well light. Organized and layed out good. Just briefly glanced at the clothing section and just in perfectly folded and lined up straight and the hanging clothes looked great also. Lots of cool stuff for kids. Pretty much anything you might need and good quality and best of all fair prices. I will return and I would recommend this store to anyone. I feel they appreciate their customers and that's why I give them 5 stars. Thank you for your time. L D Clevenger.

We loved this store and would visit it often but yesterday we went in and was getting a few things and looking around. One of the employees was following us around and staring at us like we was stealing stuff to the point we got aggravated and left. I understand to try to keep stealing down but were paying customers and i dont think we will be back after this.

There is a lot of parking the staff are friendly and will take time to help you. You can buy tools lawn and garden equipment chainsaws to dog food cat food to tools and tires. Much more including a vet for your fur babies. Store has variety and convenience but at a cost. Prices are higher here then lets say walmart. Looking for a bargin better have receipts.

Went for a trailer rental, and no one, not even the manager, knew what they where doing. It took forever they had to keep running in for different keys or papers. But the trailer worked good for what we needed and they did give us a discontented rate for our troubles

If you have pets, this is the place to shop for them. Not only is it pet friendly, but the prices for any pet needs, from cats and dogs, to chickens and horses, really are quite nice. I buy all of my cat litter, cat food, dog food, beeding for rabbits, and toys for them all here.

Stopped in there this year to look at the chicks , (we are going to be starting our own little chicken farm ) after looking at them we started looking at the plants . We ended buying several, 2 gooseberries, 2 blueberries, 2 ornamentals. All of which one has died. We took extra care, following directions to the letter , keeping packaging and all. I must say Tractor Supply did refund our money , just would have loved to had the the berries and not all the hassle. Over all giving them 3 stars

Sold us a mower, floor model, assuming to be the last one. Was originally 200 said he’d give it to us for 120. Took it home and it didn’t even start didn’t even sound right sounded like something was messed up.so we took it back up there. Told the guy it didn’t even start and they didn’t offer to look at it or anything. Just said “take it back to the counter and they’ll refund it”. Waste of time.
