Purchased a safe during a black Friday sale (11/23/22). Safe has a slight dent. I brought it up to the guy loading but didn't get much feedback as i'm sure he didn't dent it so I understand. Honestly it looks like it came that way from the factory. Still spending 600+ dollars you don't expect dents. It's minor so I didn't pursue anything further with management etc. Moral of the story is, that this is a good store and ill be back, but if purchasing anything big inspect before it's in the bed of your truck.

The store alarm goes off every night 11pm to 6am for the last 2 weeks. I live across Preston hwy in a neighborhood behind another shopping center & I can hear it like its in my own back yard. It's extremely loud. I called the store to let them know it was happening & nothing has been done to rectify the situation. The police have responded to it several times & it keeps happening.I truly hope this review gets some attention because nothing has worked. It's becoming ridiculous.

We love tractor supply and especially this location! Nice and helpful staff! They always have a good variety of things you need! Prices are fair! It's a one stop shop for us and our animals!& I love their holiday section with all the decor!

I like going to this store; the only problem is that the shelves are not really organized. On the other hand it is a cool place to get Christmas gifts for the family. I always get a stuffed animal or a Dino toy if I see one my little girl would like. It is also a nice place to get chicken or dog food. I would highly recommend Tractor Supply. (The only bum is the unorganized shelves!).

I have been to this location on two separate occasions to purchase trailers. Both times I was helped by a wonderful man named John. He was super helpful and kind to me. Very friendly and made the process seamless. Even in the rain last night he was in great spirit helping me hook up the trailer I bought and make sure it was road ready. It's nice to be greeted with such a positive attitude in the retail industry especially during the holidays. Thank you John for assisting me.

This has got to be the friendliest TSC I've been in. Every single employee I encountered asked if I needed any help or had questions. One even offered to go get the item I was looking for from across the store and bring it back.

One employee was nice to help, even after they have only been there for a week. I didn't care much for the lady who checked us out being critical of my parenting style though. More so, she had a half smoked cigarette in her hand the entire time she was checking us out.

I will no longer shop at this store. I went to the back of the store could not find what I wanted. I went to the website and found what I wanted and it said it was in stock. Ask an associate and he told me to go to the cashier and pay for it then they would load me because it was locked up outside. Waiting in line 15 minutes then waited another 10-15 minutes for the cashier to get someone to help him figure out how to ring it up. Then a lady that was either a manager or supervisor came up and said that I have to find it first before I could be run up. Explained to her what the other associate told me to do and why is she telling me different then I agreed to go with her to the locked area to pick out what I wanted only for her to jump on another register to start ringing up other customers. I will gladly drive the extra 15 minutes to Rural King.

The Tractor Supply I go to is always customer friendly. The store is keep organized and clean. The items I want are always available at a good price. The employees their are there to help you find that you need. All together it's a awesome store.

I go to the Tractor Supply on Preston Highway. Every time I go there it is a great experience. The people who work here are always helpful and caring. I like their selection of clothing and boots too. I was there today and got a large Bee sign for my daughter for her kitchen. Great people work there.

I never give stores a review but this experience was the worst I have ever had. Came into the store to get a bag of chicken starter, feeder and a few pounds of bolts and nuts. When we got to the register cashier rung up the bolts and nuts incorrectly when we asked about pricing cashier huffed and puffed with an attiude until we decide not to purchase them. She than rang up our feeder and when told we had a bag of feed she completely ignored us until I repeated myself multiple times. She than huffed and puffed with same attitude until we final just left our things at the register and left the store. We were planning to use this location for all our needs for our chickens but we will now make the trip to Radcliff to ocslechin. I work as a supervisor in a big box retailer and would never let my cashiers treat a customer the way this one did. I understand everyone has a bad day but the attitude and demeanor of this individual should not be acceptable.

Understaffed, but the employees are nice and helpful. Great place to save money on pet food. You will sometimes find tools here that you can't find at other places. There was a magnetized angle measure (no idea what it's actually called) that I needed for a Jeep project, and this location carried it. I've been in several times over several years to get various odds and ends.

One lane open and super backed up. Lady keep calling for help at the registers and nobody was coming. Slightly under staffed, I had questions about a product but nobody was around to ask. The lady at the register was nice though. She was doing the best she could with what she had.

There’s an older white guy here with white hair and glasses. He likes to tell jokes super nice guy! But there’s a guy with dark hair, 5’o clock shadow that works near the back I do believe he may be a manager. He’s very rude. VERY. I was called a liar when I told him the feed I was looking for that I Buy there EVERY WEEK they didn’t sell, nor have they ever. After being persistent, and showing this slow individual multiple pictures and in stock now store info, he sent someone back to check. Then, lo and behold, it existed! He literally did not apologize. He did not say my bad. He rolled his eyes and walked away. Is this how tractor supply does businesses? Continuously call their customers liars until proven wrong then being disrespectful toward their lack of knowledge?

It took me nearly 30 minutes to get two 20 lb propane tanks filled. Once you wait a long time to actually get someone, you then have to wait in a long line with only one cashier to pay. Other locations are not like this.

When you've done a fair amount of shopping at the bigger box hardware places (we'll go with the names Orange and Blue) and you can't find what you want, I find that Tractor Supply usually sneaks in for the win.Recently we decided we wanted to put in a rain barrel for watering our veggies, flowers, and Crepe Myrtles. We checked several locations of Orange and Blue and, not to anyone's surprise, found that they didn't have any in stock. Ordering would have taken a couple weeks to get here. These days 2 weeks is a LONG time for delivery. We had cash on hand, so I drove out to Tractor Supply.Turns out they had 2 rain barrels in stock.While I was there I visited the wild bird seed aisle. Tractor Supply has a GREAT selection and variety of bird seed. I have about 10 feeders in our back yard so I go through A LOT of bird seed. (Well, *I* don't, the birds do. I just put it in the feeders.) I've never been let down by the bird seed they have in stock or the variety, and there's almost always a sale of some kind going on.The staff at this location is always fun and helpful. If you're looking for something they'll take you to it instead of nodding in a general direction, and there are a few that have a great sense of humor. No one wants to be helped by a robot. A little personality can go a long way in making a routine shopping visit into a great one.About 15 minutes later and I had my rain barrel and a few bags of bird seed and a pleasant conversation with the guy at the register (whose name I don't recall) who had mad skills at zapping and flipping that scanning gun.From now on Tractor Supply will be the first place I look. Orange and Blue will have to wait.

Easily, for me, the best Tractor Supply. From the floor help to the cashiers, everyone is friendly and helpful. It's like that neighborhood hardware store from when you were growing up. It doesn't take long for them to know your name. And if they don't have what you want, they'll get it quickly.
