Just want to say how happy I am with Tom Drexler’s bath remodeling service. All of their team members gave us great service. There was no pressure during the consultation, they were knowledgeable, efficient and took great care working inside my home.After the job was completed, I had a small issue with a portion of the job. I called the next day to let them know, and they came out the very next day, to correct the problem and made sure I was happy with the results. They really did care that I was completely satisfied. Check the before and after photos. Good job guys!

F Minus!! They were supposed to put in a washer and dryer Hookup in one of the rooms in the upstairs part of my Fathers house. .I have a Finished Walk Out Basement.They cut the drywall aka sheet rock in the ceiling and never put it back together..... What ever they spilled all over the floor they never cleaned it up. They Broke the Shade on one of my Floor Lamps. Im not happy one bit with them.The water lines are a JOKE. They hooked the Water lines directly on to the water heater . It looks like it was done by a bunch of amateur rodeo clowns!If you look at the photos in the Ceiling part you should see the holes they cut in the dry wall panels. they should have put those back up. it would not have been that difficult for professionals to put it back together instead of leaving everything exposed.If you look at the photos of the BLUE and RED Pipes you'll see how they are attached to the water heater pipes. Im not a Plumber, I could have ran the water line and put a T in the hot water and a T in the cold water lines near where the Washer in the basement was.Completely Unprofessional!Keep in Mind my Father is 81 years old.Its utterly disgusting to take advantage of a Senior citizen and to a half @% job at something esp someone who is 81 years old!SHAME ON YOUUPDATE: 4-19-2024they came out, fixed the plumbing issue and the water line and drain issue.They still have not picked up or vacuumed up the pipe shavings off the floor. Nor have they put the ceiling panels back up that they took down.Other plumbers do it so why doesn't Drexler???

Our air went out and I was able to schedule a consultation quickly, was presented with several options and was able to make the choice that was best for my budget and family! I highly recommend Tom Drexler heating and air services!We also had 3 full bathroom remodels completed and each took about 3 days each! I called the company came out properly and they had a technician by the name of Sherman. He was fast, efficient and very knowledgeable. He knew exactly what my problem was and fix it immediately! I had a previous company come out last week and they totally lied to me and he told me what was really going on with my system and I definitely respect that. Mike Garcia, the electrician sent by Drexler, was very professional in his dealings with us. He was thorough in explaining our electrical problems and the various solutions, then in an efficient and timely manner completed the job. We are very satisfied with the job he did and the courteous interaction with us. I would highly recommend Tom Drexler services. Found this company to be client centered, paying the kind of attention paid to customers found in too few businesses these days.

Will Turner was knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with! He guided through my options without pressure and answered all of my questions completely. Furthermore, he cleaned the work area completely upon completing the installation. While having a new toilet installed isn’t something anyone wants to spend money on, Will made it the best plumping experience I have ever had in my 25+ years of homeownership!

Also, an update to my previous review. The plumber assessed that there wasn't an issue with the lower water lines causing low pressure. However, he said the clog was in the faucet, which was correct. When I asked if he could open it up to see where the clog was, he said he could only do it for Delta faucets. He could have at least told me I could unscrew the aerator, which is the piece with the screen above where the water comes out. I fixed it myself by soaking in vinegar and warm water and reattaching. Water flows fine now. The issue is he told me I had to get a whole new faucet and then pay the company anywhere from $600 to $800 to install. Lowe's installs for $200, and my last install was $150. This is a corrupt company unless you are filthy rich and also derogatory toward women. He kept asking what my husband does for a living, etc. which is digging graves and mowing. I fixed this myself and did not even need these crooked dealings.4/26: I'm writing in regard to the assessment done on 4/26. He sent various estimates that I have reviewed, but I can not find the one for the half bath sink across from our kitchen. I explained there was a leak at the bottom; the water has been shut off for some time which is why it doesn't come out the faucet which I pointed out, and he should have known anyway. He suggested we get a new faucet. Is this a misdiagnosis? It cannot come out the top if the bottom is shut off. I am not a plumber but know this. I clearly told him it was leaking at the bottom, but there was no follow up about this. He kept just trying to sell the membership which is no deal. Is there no way to fix this? This was not addressed as part of the service fee I paid.Also, the last time we got service by Tom Drexler my husband had to stand on the toilet and put his head up in the ceiling and hold something to help and was filthy afterwards, and he did not get paid for his work for this company after working a hard day at his own job. I really cannot recommend this company. It is overrated and way too expensive in spite of the many vans and friendly waves. Be aware that they are just trying to sell the membership and don't really care about customers. Thank you for considering my views!

We were visited yesterday by technician James Young. His work thoroughness, friendliness and professionalism was outstanding! He found a minor repair needed on our HVAC system that would prevent much more costly repairs in the near future. He did a great job of explaining things and was very meticulous in his work. He noticed that we were not utilizing our Nest thermostat and walked me through being able to set it up and control it from my phone. We really appreciated him going the extra mile for us and would love to have him come back again any time we need a repair or maintenance. He is 100% deserving of a 5 star review and beyond!

James Young was a very thorough inspector. He educated me as he inspected and gave me specific information on my unit and its performance. He was very knowledgeable and gave me reasonable recommendations on extending the life of my unit. Very friendly and professional. After meeting the Tom Drexler group at the Louisville Home Improvement show we had them come out for a tub to shower conversion quote. Their price was fair, but we needed a little time before we were ready. They worked with us and scheduled when we were ready. Shawn the technician was great to work with. Where to start with this service. Anthony, Brandon, Harley and Matt did an amazing job. The guys worked a long day but I took care of them by making them some Wisconsin brats for lunch. You take care of your labor workers they will take care of you. Guys told me what I need to do in attic to maybe help with better temperature throughout house so I plan to fix that in few weeks. Other then that the guys were very helpful and were treated with good hospitality. Not impressed. I book the company on a Sunday morning due to a clogged drainage line leading from the house. They waited over four hours to call and tell me that they could not be there to help. Luckily I found a reputable company that was willing to work with me (even though it was late on a Sunday afternoon when TD canceled) and which values the customer experience.

Nick was very personable and thorough with the inspection and the sales process. I felt he was honest and did everything he could to get us the best deal and install scheduled in a timely manner. Seems like the company and Nick put people and their needs first. I feel pretty confident in my decision in hiring this team. Update: Nick and Noah did an amazing job installing our tankless water heater! They work so fast too! It was such a joy having them in my home and they were very professional.
