My fiance went in and got a cookie and a cupcake for our 2 year old boy. He loved them both. The cookie lasted for quite some time, the cupcake did not lol. And the person who helped was very pleasant and helpful. Would go again.

I drove all the way to three dog bakery because their website and Facebook said open! They were not open when I got there. Says they will be open in a week! This is not cool with gas prices and traffic! Super disappointed! Thanks for wasting my time

Made my first visit here to pick up a birthday treat for my dog. One of the people working, whom I assume to be one of the owners, asked if it had been a while since I had been in, and I explained that it was my first time coming, but I'd picked up some Three Dog boxed treats at Kroger before. His response was incredibly condescending--he explained that the parent company franchisor manufactures them, and said "that doesn't help us keep our doors open." As an educated consumer, I was already very much aware that products purchased in big box stores are generally not made in local facilities. I was insulted enough by his statement that I wanted to leave, but didn't want to deprive my dog of her birthday treat, so I picked up a large treat for her and a couple of smaller treats for our friends. The owner did invite me to take a look around at some of their other products. The dogs really loved the treats, but I was very disappointed by the owner's attitude and have not been back.

I went to to this shop thinking to get a birthday cake for my dog. After interacting with the elderly white man behind the counter, I could not. He was rude, condescending, stuck up and all around unpleasant. He acted like he didn't have the time or desire to answer any of our questions as first time visitors. Their cakes may be wonderful, but it was an awfuuuuuulllll and hurtful experience. Won't go back.

My puppy turns one in a few days so we went today for some special treats. The store owner was so nice and even showed me some things I can do to get my rescue dog to listen better and even showed me how to walk him with a harness. So nice and very helpful! I wasn’t expecting that! There are lots of cute, brightly colored toys and treats that are in the bakery case. My dog was in heaven and I can’t wait to take him back again.

Any special occasion for my dogs, birthday/Christmas/Halloween, I always get something here and they love it. The dog accessories such as the leashes, beds, bowls are top quality, as well as the bakery goods ofcourse!

When we moved away from TN, we didn't think we'd find another bakery like 3 Dog. Boy was I surprised when I found this place was here! Stopped in to get my girl a cake and they did not disappoint.. Great service, really nice people, loved the atmosphere.. Will definitely be back.

What a great dog store in town. I went to get some things for our dog's birthday they were able to put together a cake with their names on it without ordering ahead. Did have to choose cakes that were already available. Lots of toys to choose from and treats for the dogs. They welcome dogs in the store. If you're looking for a great boutique dog store this is it in Louisville

3 hours from home and missing my fur baby. Of course I had to find something special for her. The gentleman working was friendly and helpful. The treats looked amazing. Prices were really good too. I was in there 20 minutes before closing too.

The writing on my pups cake looked as if an adolescent child wrote it. Not my dog nor 3 other dogs would even touch the cake let alone smell it. I believe possibly bad ingredients. I wrote an email and was told to contact the store. I did they didn't care at all. Very rude........ customer service at its worst. I will never say a good thing and will let everyone know just how this place operates. There are better places in Louisville dont waste your money here.

First time customer.Horrible Experience. Called Louisville Location to order cake for My dog’s birthday. Was directed to website to choose cake and pay.Did as instructed, including instructions ‘Happy Birthday Midori’ Arrived 2 days later, cake frozen, no message on cake, with the excuse, I didn’t know when you were picking up. I just took the frozen cake and left.You had my phone number and email address. There was no reason for you not to reached out to me and get your questions answeredDrove 2O miles and a horrible experience. Never will be back. Total incompetence.And he was worried that I put on a mask. Another reason to spend my money elsewhere.

Not a friendly place . Was in the store for 5 minutes not greeted by anyone while the 2 sales associates talking politics at the register. Young college age girl comes in and both instantly asked her how they can help her and just gushing with enthusiasm to help her. Purchased a couple of dog buscuits and continued to be ignored. Wont be back, just rude to ignore potential customers . Be friendly and helpful to ALL customers thats just basic business etiquette.

This place was pretty great. I really enjoyed their dry treats by the pound and also their treats under the display case that looked very decadent. All their treats are all natural and high quality. Prices are not cheap but they are reasonable.

Nice place. The ladies working the store are very nice. Good selection of toys that are hard for dog's to tear up. Some Dog treats are like "home-made", and some are packaged from natural made companies.

I love coming here almost as much as my dog Woody! Everytime we go we are greeted as soon as we walk in and the love they have for their animal shoppers is amazing! It doesn't matter what type it is. They are just awesome!

The guys that own this place are true blue good men..Their own furbabys sometimes with them..I live these owners they know u when they see u..Always have what we need.My yorkies love the chicken dog food !Always glad when we get low on food to have a visit with owners truly good men.that love furbabysThank u for being uAnd having a wonderful store with wonderful food,treats toys,beds everything u could want for ur baby's

They have a huge variety of toys and treats for your furry friends.I stoped and picked up a small carrot birthday cake and she loved it.also have bigger cakes if needed.while I was there I also picked up a few treats.Highly recommend stopping by next time you need something special for your dog.

The gentleman that works at/maybe owns this location is extremely rude. Unfortunately this is the only store like this in the area, and my dogs love their homemade treats. I only get the treats for them on holidays so, luckily, I only have to go in there a couple times a year.

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful in deciding what to get for my three dogs. They've specially made cakes and cookies for my pups as well. Always fun to drop in here.
