I switched to The Pet Station for boarding needs, because my pets were not being properly taken care of at another facility. Everyone at the Pet Station is always friendly, accommodating, and helpful. They ask plenty of questions before I leave to make sure my pets have everything they need while I’m away. It is easy to book online through the parent portal and I can upload all documents there as well. It makes the booking process very easy. The facility is clean and well kept. I drive about 25 min to bring my pets here for boarding and will continue to do so because of the customer service and care for my pets. The staff is exceptional, and I am happy to be a customer.

This was our first time staying at Pet Station. Our puppy seemed so happy in the pictures we received throughout his stay and while he was extremely happy to see us upon pick up, he seemed like such a happy puppy! We will definitely use Pet Station in the future!

We used the board and train service for our mini aussiedoodle Julep. She was there for 4 weeks. Her trainer, Ashley, is phenomenal. She took especially good care of our baby girl. She was in contact with us daily and sent numerous training video progress reports. Julep came home and settled right back into her routine. The trainer provided us with training as well, we learned the commands and practiced with her on sight at our home. Julep learned many new skills including perfect recall from a distance, sit-stay, down-stay, place, and how to use her manners while walking with a leash. She no longer bites at our ankles or pulls on her leash. It is the best decision we made for our precious Julep, we highly recommend the board and train and Ashley, her trainer.

Our experience with The Pet Station Country Club for boarding and grooming has consistently been excellent. Our groomer, Samantha, is a pro at handling our lively pup with skill and patience. The kind and welcoming staff also provide top-notch care during boarding, and the daily photo updates are a thoughtful touch to keep us connected!

Absolutely love this place!!! Very friendly, warm welcoming and helpful staff! Took Louie to get groomed for the first time and he was treated with so much love and care! I know he is taken care while he is there!! He even left looking like a little gentleman with his bow tie! Wouldn’t take my sweet dog anywhere else!!!

I 100% recommend them to anyone who’s scared to board their cats. Rudy has some vet trauma and I was hesitant to try it but Pet Station was so understanding and told me to call them at any time to check in. We will be boarding there again!

The dog we long-term care for has been having intense grooming anxiety that has prevented her from successfully being fully groomed for the past 6 months. Today at The Pet Station Country Club her groomer Bailee did a fantastic job on her! Everyone was so kind and patient, alleviating her fears and mine. So so grateful for their amazing services! We boarded our dogs here this weekend and I have nothing but good things to say about the pet station! When we walked in the door to drop them off they knew my girls names and greeted us so warmly. Multiple staff came up to them and held them and pet them. They got a ton of information from us at check in to make sure they had everything we wanted them to have. We picked the premium suit for the girls and was able to watch them 24/7 from the camera in their room. We added on play time and walks and a froyo treat for them. We got MULTIPLE pictures every day that were literally like professional pictures. It was pricier than other boarding options but I will use them every time in the future. It was so nice to not have to worry about my girls not getting the attention they need or love that they need. I felt confident that they were taken care of the way we would want them to be taken care of. Thank you so much pet station staff!

There is truly no better place in Louisville to take your pups to! I take them my dog here for grooming and have only had amazing experiences. Having a golden retriever I can be a little nervous with groomers messing up his coat but they do such an amazing job every time! On top of that they have the sweetest staff and truly couldn’t recommend them enough for any service that they offer! (Which is a lot!!) ☺️

I had a fantastic experience with The Pet Station Country Club in Louisville when I recently boarded my German Shepherd, Moxie, and my tabby cat, Sir Guts, for a 5-day, 4-night cruise to the Bahamas.Moxie had never been boarded before, and I was worried about her eating habits and behavior. However, The Pet Station Country Club exceeded my expectations. They followed our directions diligently, ensuring Moxie felt comfortable and secure during her stay. Not only did she eat well, but she also appeared content and relaxed.One of the things I truly appreciated was the daily photo updates they provided via email and text. This was a significant relief, especially when we didn't have consistent internet access during our cruise. It gave us peace of mind to see our pets happy and healthy.As for Sir Guts, our talkative indoor/outdoor cat, the staff at The Pet Station Country Club handled him exceptionally well. They even gave him a special treat - a daily serving of the meat tube cat treat for lunch! Their attention to detail and care for his specific needs was impressive.When I picked up both Moxie and Sir Guts, it was evident that they had been well taken care of. Moxie looked and smelled fabulous after her grooming and nail trim, which I ordered at time of boarding.I wholeheartedly recommend The Pet Station Country Club to anyone in need of boarding services for their pets. Their dedication to following instructions, providing updates, and ensuring the well-being of our furry family members truly sets them apart. My pets were happy, healthy, and pampered during their stay, making it an easy choice for me to trust them with my pets in the future. My dog loves it here. It’s the only place I feel safe and at ease leaving him. He’s an English bulldog and has a strong personality and they do so well with him. He LOVES the pool time you can add on for an additional fee. So worth it.

Ginny has been going to Pet Station for about 5 months, it has quickly become her favorite days of the week. Prior to us moving to Louisville, she attended a daycare in Gainesville, FL that we were extremely sad to move away from. While it took us a few months to get her in, the wait has been completely worth it. We feel so lucky to be able to send her to a daycare/boarding/grooming facility where we are confident the employees will take care of her as their own. Everyone on the team has been incredibly friendly and really goes the extra mile when it comes to customer service. We look forward to the Facebook group posts every night, and can't wait to see the crazy shenanigans she got up to during the day. The fact that every photo includes the name of each dog featured in the photo blows our mind. Thanks for continuing to taking such good care of our girl!

We heard about this place from a friend who sends her dog here for boarding and doggie daycare.We used them for a 5 night stay for our dog and hah the best experience. Before our stay they did a great job of communicating with us on what we needed to bring and what to expect. While he was with them they sent us the sweetest pictures of him to give us the peace of mind that he was having a great time and check out was super easy and quick.We had such a great experience and will definitely be using them again.

My first time boarding my dog here and it won't be the last! We kept our pup here for a whole week, and The Pet Station Country Club was wonderful. We received photos every day of our pup while we were away, and they were so attentive with everything giving us peace of mind. We can't recommend them enough!

We boarded our 4 month old bernedoodle here for the first time and so happy we did. Received the cutest pics while we were away. Sarah was able to give him his first big boy haircut and we loved it!!!! Just wish the waiting list for daycation wasn’t so long!!! Highly recommend!

Our dog has used almost every service offered by TPSCC and he LOVES everyone! He is a regular attendee at Daycation, where he has such a great time playing with other pups and the coaches. The coaches love their Daycation pups like they are their own - seriously! After researching other daycare options in the area, I can honestly say that TPSCC is the best and you won’t find another place that even comes close. They take their job very seriously and make sure the dogs are in a safe and happy environment. The board and train program is another service we used and could not be happier with the work Carole did with our dog. We love the off-leash lifestyle and being able to take our dog everywhere we go where he is also allowed. We’ve boarded our dog as well (and have plans to in the future) and know that he is not only taken care of, but treated and cared for like he’s one of their own. The owners are fantastic people and it’s obvious why they have been successful in creating an environment centered around being the top notch place to take your pets. You can’t be successful in something you aren’t passionate about doing and they very clearly are. TPSCC deserves higher than a 5 star rating!

I absolutely LOVE the Pet Station Country Club! I have been a long time customer for grooming with Brittney. She takes amazing care of my pooches and they always look fantastic when I pick them up. She always seems very loving and I think my dogs look forward to going! The whole staff there is amazing, especially those at the front desk who always greet you with a smile. Highly recommend!!!

Brought my baby to do a private swim. The grounds and indoor pool were very clean and upkept, and the staff was very friendly. We will definitely be visiting again so he can play and splash around in their pool.

The Pet Station was wonderful in dealing with our pup who struggles with separation anxiety. We unfortunately lost our other dog to an illness earlier in the year so we were concerned about Tank being alone without his companion or his family for a week. We voiced our concerns with the staff and they went above and beyond to make sure Tank was comfortable, eating properly, and getting the necessary attention needed for him to feel more at home. They gave him extra cuddle time, mixed rice and pumpkin with his food (with our permission) to encourage eating, and moved him to a quieter room so he could relax and prevent any extra anxiety.I received daily text and sometimes phone calls with updates which I very much appreciated. They treat your pet as if they are their own and their customer service is beyond exceptional!!!
