I received the best customer service I have had in a VERY LONG TIME! I was greeted with a smiling face. Dwayne & Elijah (paint) these gentlemen were very helpful, passionate, knowledgeable and patient. I appreciate their EXCELLENT customer service! The whole store vibe is just different…friendly & positive energy! Keep doing what yall doing! Peace & Love

If I could a ZERO stars for the DELIVERY PEOPLE I WOULD‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS SINCE IVE LIVED IN MY HOUSE....EVER! (And I been living here for 18YEARS)I brought an refrigerator from home Depot, last Saturday because my old refrigerator went out on me that Friday, (anyways) H.D. told me I won't have a delivery until Thursday 🙄ok coo.... That's mean we will be eating out EVERYDAY UNTIL then. Wednesday night delivery people called me, telling me they would be at my house between 12p-8p Thursday I said ok ..... I went to work got off @7a got home @8:05a I seen them in front of my house I waved them down to let them know I'm here, I got out of car to go into the house to moved stuff around just to go BACK outside for them to tell me it's a small space they can't put the refrigerator through the bushes, little did they know I'd just put a washer and dryer thru that same spot(actually all of the appliances)! I argued with them for at least 30min before they put the refrigerator back on the truck and told me they will be back around later today around 12p-1p now remember I would've already been up at least 24hours already that long.... I got somebody to trim the bush, BY this time it's 3p they didn't answer the phone when I called them at this time! I Called the supervisor, argued with them, now they agreed to be back at my house Saturday morning but they couldn't give me a time,Come Saturday morning, they said "It's too small they can't get it in that small space!" They just looked at it, they didn't try, they didn't even try to measure the spot, I asked the delivery people to just drop it in front of my house, I'll get it myself! They said they couldn't do that either it's a hazard! I told him to get the supervisor on the phone he said he has NO SUPERVISOR, I TOLD HIM TO CALL SOMEBODY he says it isn't ANYBODY....... I said all of this, just to say..... Go to LOWES, THERE DELIVERY PEOPLE DONT ACT LIKE THIS!****UPDATE****LOWES came to the rescue!!!!!!!!! Pictures are below if I could give LOWES more stars I would.... Andddddddd delivery was FREEEEEEEE‼️

By the time I left here, I knew mostly all the sales associates by name. Everyone was so accommodating. I enjoyed the friendly service, and if I didn't know where something was, the associates walked me to the section. I'm in a wheelchair and everyone I encountered treated me sooooo very kind. My floors look amazing, and the rest of the bathroom is coming along.

Went there with my parents to haul material to remodel their bathroom. Do not like that other customers just park their vehicles in the pick up lane and makes it difficult for other customers who have made their purchases to pick up their items. Other than that. the staff was very friendly, nowledgeable, and helpful.

I Love Home Depot. It's my go to store when I need non food items. They always have a good selection of items at reasonable prices. The only complaint I have is the lack of floor people when you don't know where something is or you need advice about your choice or similar items. This has been a problem mostly since the COVID-19 Pandemic. Of course I can't blame Home Depot for this, because it's happening at stores all over the Country. They either can't keep people or people simply don't want to work or they don't even bother to show up to work after they've been hired. So try not to get angry or frustrated at the Employees when this happens. At least they are AT WORK, trying to do the best they can in the situation. They're trying to feed their own families and pay their bills too.

They had a scooter that was available to us (unlike their competition). We were helped rather quickly and everyone we came in contact with was very helpful. Home Depot was very well stocked and the store was clean with the aisles uncluttered. Will be shopping here again.

The Dixie hwy Home Depot has gone downhill! It is the most ghetto location in Louisville. Won't be back unless it's online shopping. No open checkout lanes, but six workers at self checkout. Then the girl wouldn't let me check my things out myself. Told me she had to do it. Then why don't you have the actual checkout lanes open then!

Worst store associate they seem to question everything other associates tell the customer. Like I had a problem with a chain guy said policy states he can’t help me cut chain. Supervisor told him to go ahead and help me and take me cashier. Then cashier said I am Gil g to ask the same supervisor if it’s ok. I felt so unappreciated. Last time they stopped my cart and I felt like a thief. So wrong I wish I had another Home Depot near by. I hate that store and I just moved in the area from Florida. Eww.

Don’t order pick up from dixie hwy Home Depot. They treat you like you’re stealing when you leave. They don’t ask just to see your paper they ask you where you checked out & coming running out, even when you have a worker following you out with part of your pick up order. The problem to me is that my kids are with me scared because some crazy lady with blue hair is acting like we’re stealing.

Home Depots are always a but of a mess to navigate, but it was a clean store and stocked with tons of seasonal items at the moment. There was also a large selection of houseplants which I am personally a huge fan of.

Lousy with their plants, do not honor warranty without the dead plants and a receipt. I have the receipt but not the dead plants. I dug them up and tossed them out. I won't purchase any more of their plants since their warranty is no good. When walking in the store, you aren't greeted. When walking through the isles, very few help you locate items. When checking out and you are handicapped they make you go through the scanners even though there is a cashier standing there with no customers. The store is dirty and not well organized, the parking lot is filthy and full of pot holes, and their warranties in the plant department is a scam to keep your money and not give you a refund. I suggest take the best employees, give them the raises and department management positions. CLOSE THE DIXIE HIGHWAY STORE AND STOP STEALING MONEY FROM YOUR CUSTOMERS. YOU PROSECUTE SHOPLIFTERS, YOU ARE STEALING FROM US AND SHOULD BE PROSECUTED TOO!!!! HONOR YOUR WARRANTIES OR CLOSE YOUR DOORS!!!! SCAMMERS!!! I DID REPORT YOU TO THE BBB!!!! I wouldn't blame your good employees if they left you for better positions with higher pay and benefits than you provide. You abuse your good employees, too. I am disabled, have a limited income, $59.00, means a lot to me, insulin dependent, and I have to go out and ask for food for myself and my pets, you should be ashamed of taking advantage of people with your lousy warranties which are of no use to anyone. Everyone has problems returning things like building supplies and counter tops that are warped or wrong sizes. We are all being scammed by useless warranties that you don't honor.

Dirty and disorganized. Out of stock on Milwaukee bits. Went to purchase wood handrail and fillet strips and after going through a pile of over 30 couldn't find even 2 straight ones. When I asked the contractors desk to special order 8 for me that were straight and not damaged they refused and said to take what was there.Pathetic, never again will I shop there again!

Do Not purchase an extended warranty on any appliance through The Home Depot. It is a scam! Our extended warranty on our newly purchased refrigerator is still not honoring their contract. We have only owned it for 2 years. We paid an extra $200 on top of the purchase price. On July 29, 2022, our fridge stopped cooling and the freezer stopped making ice. We called The Home Depot and we were transferred to Asurion Appliance Company. They are who our warranty is with. After year one of owning a Samsung fridge, Samsung no longer covers anything. This is where Asurion comes in. They set us up an appointment with FA Display repair company whom they contract. We had 3 separate appointments over 30 days time, FA Display NEVER showed up to our home. So at this time it is early September and we have lost over $300 in food (which they did cover) and have had to buy a mini fridge to suffice for the time, plus taking 3 days off work for the appointments that no one showed up to. I went to The Home Depot and sat with an employee for over 2 hours just to get Asurion to schedule us with a different repair shop. So a week later Universal Appliance came to our home. They have been to our home SEVEN times replacing anything and everything. The refrigerator cools at this point, but now leaks water onto our floor from the back, which has ruined our floor caused by a line freezing. Universal Appliance has deemed it irreparable. But this doesn’t suffice for The Home Depot or Asurion. We have been on the telephone and been escalated to management for 4 weeks now, with the constant excuse of “give us three days and we’ll call you back”. Today is October 24,2022 and our appliance hasn’t worked properly since July 29, 2022. Never again!

We arrived to see what all they had for our kitchen back splash and a diamond in crusted tile saw. We found what we were looking for. The employees were very polite and courteous. The helped to direct us to the area of the store where we could find what we were looking for.

The products here are decent and the store itself is well organized. But customer service for online order pickups sucks The storage of ordered items is totally disorganized, things appear to get misplaced and lost often. Anyone can easily walk behind the counter and take anything, walk out the door. There is no security to stop thieves. Wouldn't recommend having anything shipped here

They are better then lowes and they campare priced l went to lowes and as a woman l couldn't get any one to help me cuz l didn't no exactly what to get off my list they just direct me to the items so l walk out and went to home depot and a young man name Andy help me out on everything l need it yall need to send some of yall employees over their so they no how to treat their customers

But the home Depot is great no matter what, all our household maintenance and accessories in 1 spot.. you can't beat it..

It’s a Home Depot, went in to find some license plate screws, they didn’t have any, found a good alternative. People who shop here do not like using self checkout so the lane was backed up. Used the self checkout and went on with my day.

Bad experience. Bad coordination with online purchase, bad refund policy after cancelled sale. I usually go across the street but I wanted a brand only HD had. Guess they didn't have what was represented online and it took all day to let me know. The CS reps were nice about the corporate screw over.

Home Depot is by far more organized than Lowe's. Prices are better and since day 1 they acknowledge my husband and family's veteran discount, offer helpful tips on diy home projects and the staff is not only knowledgeable but friendly AND helpful! I am always asked if I need help without having to run down an employee...thank you Home Depot!❤️

This is one of the smaller locations for sure, but I was able to find everything I needed for my project here. Home Depot usually has pretty good prices on the supplies I need for my home projects.

I usually never have a bad experience at Home Depot, as long as I don't need to interact with their staff. Not all staff there are incompetent's, you may get lucky and have the most knowledgeable person there that knows how to do their job. They did poorly with my online order, in what should have been a quick in and out, lead to me waiting there for over 50 minutes just for them to figure out where my order is. A certain staff member also implied that I did some sort of shady work because of my skin color or previous address on my order? I will do my best to not frequent this establishment to the best of my abilities.
