Overall my time here was fine. The paint guy was very helpful and nice. However, when I got to SELF checkout, a woman singled me out and came over and abruptly took the item scanner, stood in between myself and the computer and proceeded to scan all my items herself. As if I was going to steal if she did not scan them. NO ONE else in check out was given this “V.I.P” service and I was very offended. I may not have been dressed my best, it was a lazy Saturday. But, I did NOTHING to suggest I was going to steal and felt singled out. I have plenty of money and do not steal for any reason. I will not return and will be going somewhere else where I am treated equally as everyone else!

Always nice and friendly employees. The employees are always willing to help you find something. Their check out line could be quicker, but overall nice place. Plus they have beautiful flowers and lawn and garden supplies 😍

I was wanting to purchase a sheet of red oak plywood ($87.00) and have it cut down (a service that is offered) and i wanted to make sure the blade on there saw was sharp so it did not waste the expensive board. The employee who begrudgingly came to help with this task acted as if i was bothering him when I asked for this service to be performed, then coped an attitude when I inquired about the sharpness of the blade. I asked to speak to the store manager who arrived and stated they were under staffed (i guess he was unaware of the 3 employees i found that were standing around not doing anything) and went on to explain that they could not guarantee the cut....(i never asked for a cut guarantee i just wanted to verify that there was a good blade on the saw). I thought that if you work for a company that sells goods and services you would try to put in the effort to make a sale and a customer happy( i know go stand in the corner).... why offer a service if you can not give some type of assurance that it can be performed with satisfactorily. 3/8/24 720p

I should’ve gone to my local hardware store. I guess there’s no sense in being in a hurry. If you need help 20 minutes later, I walked out and told him I was going to Lowe’s then I went to the next Home Depot stood there 15 minutes waiting for Help and all I had was one simple question about one simple fitting. I feel like if I had gone to my local hardware store that might’ve cost me double but I would’ve had help and I would’ve been on time picking somebody up that then had to wait an extra half an hour, because, that should’ve taken two minutes took way too long.

I love the home depot! However 3 stars for this place because I've never felt so judged. Unfortunately it's what everyone does these days which sadly it's understandable. But I went here to buy my boyfriend a really nice gift for his bday, and we'll I guess a younger looking woman walking around by herself in a hardware store is a reason to suspect something I guess. But literally, they had a worker and what I believe was a secret worker like security or something, literally following me around. So in stead of buying anything I decided I would take pictures instead. This place was clean and organized very well. But as for how they treat younger people well not so happy with.

I like home depot you can usually find everything because it's so big. But on my last occasion I went in there for a washer. It was a special washer. About the size of a quarter. And they didn't have it. I had to go to a mom and pop shop hardware store.

I typically avoid home depot for a plethora of reasons. I do have to say, Todd the store manager was very helpful. If not for him, home depot would have lost a sale. At first I wanted a refund. He said he could resolve the issue in whatever manner i chose. I chose to keep the purchase, and wait to have the broken item replaced. (For the third time.) Which was one of his suggestions.Todd is an example of how management should interact with their customers. Professional, kind and receptive. What he did before anything else, was apologize. Admitting to a mistake or recognizing an issue caused by ones company, goes a long way with me.Thank you Todd.

Horrible experience with buying appliances with them. I was told that if I pay for installation they would move the old appliances and install the new ones but wouldn’t haul them off and dispose of them. The day of the delivery they were unwilling to do just that. One of the delivery guys kept yelling at my mom and being dismissive of everything she said. So much for trying to surprise a grieving mother with a gift for the holidays. What makes this worse is the dispatch leader told me they would send someone back to install the washer TODAY never happened and the Plummer that was supposedly coming to prep the gas line for installation of the stove never called or showed up. So to put things in a simple way I payed nearly $1300 to get my mom yelled at and for them to drop heavy appliances off IN THE RAIN outside on the deck. They didn’t even have the proper attachments for the washer but I specifically paid for them. They literally had no mercy. I was also told that the driver who showed up being rude to my mom was known for this kind of thing so I’m confused how or why he still has a job. Crazy would we’re living in. Home Depot has lost a customer. Nobody waste your time here you will regret it. There was a guy in the store warning me not to buy appliances from them but I ignored him and that was a mistake.

How in 2024 do you not have tap to pay in the entire store? its safe and encrypted so i don't need to use physical cards that get skimmed like crazy in this dumb city. And it wouldn't let me order my garden soil online either so i couldnt just pay online. Guess I'm going back to lowes an just price matching. Cuz yall are way behind on the times. Sorry to the employee that had to put all that dirt back.

Would not give me a Veteran’s discount unless I downloaded the app and created an account. I didn’t have time to do all that so only purchased what I really needed and left. The 2 other items I needed were out of stock anyway.

Went an hour b4 they closed. It was pretty laid back. Clean and friendly atmosphere. Didn’t feel rushed or pressured to pick out a few beginner plants for peeps w/o a green thumb. Was in and out in 30 or less.

Let me just say if it wasnt for the help of David and his hospitality this evening, I'm not sure what I would've done. He knows exactly where things are and if it has to do with lighting, he's got you. Dont hesitate to ask for him. What an asset to this Home Depot. Please give him the recognition he deserves. It means alot when someone is friendly these days and goes that extra mile. Keep going David and thank you!

Pretty standard HD with a great selection of items. What brought down my experience was having no manned registers open, while three associates were standing and chatting about non-work related issues. Then on top of that, only two of the self checkouts were even accepting cash.

First I was shopping at this store and needed to do an exchange and was buying some other things while I was there but It was gonna be about 30 min until my paycheck hit my account so I decided to do some real shopping well after about 20 min I noticed the repetitive faces that were following me around the store well I decided to use the restroom which was disgusting and smelt like a Porta john well when I came back out of the Porta john I noticed that someone had moved everything in my cart and then nxt thong o knew they were having a huddle about me so I decided I wasn't willing to give these people my hard earned money after the way they were treating me as a thief so I started putting things back and then it was 4 of them staying behind me at all times well I had roughly about $400 worth of stuff in my cart and finally I had enough and turned and told them they can put it all back and I went and got the item I was returning from my car and went back in to return it and they were having another huddle about me well they scattered like roaches once they saw me and this kept happening everytime I turned my back I got my money and left. This happens @ every home depot I go to. It's offensive demand disrespectful and I'm about ready to call my lawyer. I work hard for my money and I've never been a thief. They I'm not about to give it to those leaches. Best part is while they were so busy stalking me I witnessed 3 different people shoplifting lol. I'm going to lowes where they respect their customers and appreciate them

Welcome to the big box store. Most associates will try to avoid you, except for aisle 12's tool associate, super helpful (female mid to late 20s 5'9 or so, sorry I couldnt remember your name)Unfortunately if you are here for lumber prepare for your view. Been Bout 14 minutes (finished with 22) waiting to get a single 4x4 pressure treated beam.Hilariously the embarrassed associate who didnt listen to the mentor the cart asked me to close the gate for her... you know because she couldnt turn off the unit, put her phone down, and close the gate she left open before she hopped on the forklift.....good times at your local big box store. Please millenials, explain why you need 15 dollars to have the worst attitude and sense of entitlement.Tempeste at the lumber side check out is always fun, positive and smiling which helps offset the experience aisle 12 and Tempeste, you are the only reason your store got any stars, thank you for being amazing

I have two ladies who helped to make my day after the home depot canceled my order when I was in less than a few minutes from being there.These ladies of which I will get their names and add them here. They went out of their way at making my time count. I have always like the one I went to because before my move not long ago, it was the one I have used for years.Because of the making up to make home depot look ok in my eyes look better. They did an outstanding job and I thank them for it.

This store refuses to give Military discounts unless you are registered online. For all other Home Depots, I just show them my Retired USMC ID. The manager is not veteran friendly at this particular store. All other Home Depots in the Louisville area have given excellent service.

Staff are friendly and available when you need them. The clearance section is not that extensive but they have great sales regularly. I could spend a few hours and a few $$$ at this store every week.

I was looking for some landscaping pavers and I finally found the right kind at Home Depot. When I got to Home Depot the pavers were still in a crate and banded. The sales associate went out of his way to break open the crate and cut the bands. He was very friendly. I would recommend this Home Depot to others.

Bought some awesome tile for my house today. I couldn't believe the price... My girlfriend found it priced at $1.90 a box! I told her, its $1.90 for each piece... She proved me wrong and got me to buy a truck load of Ceramic Tile.I highly recommend anytime that have a little extra money, check out their Discounted Items!

Home Depot is always a great store! The staff is helpful! The products are superior! And the prices are unbeatable; and even if the prices are higher than Lowe’s, then Home Depot will hit minimum, match the prices to beat out the competition!
