This is not the closest home depot to me but the one I love to visit. Always very clean and the employee's are always ready to help here. My only issue is some items here lately have not been replenished on the shelves in months and had to order online. I know it is just as easy but being in the store is part of the experience. Don't have the shelves and never the item. But overall love this store. Keep up the good work. And love the Milwaukee selection. Brand loyalty

Everyone is nice here, but not always the most knowledgeable. I've had to return a few things due to incorrect products recommended to me as a required item needed for what I was doing when it was truly not or. I will keep going back for my basic home improvement needs, they always have items in stock.Update 3/24/2024: After having a frustrating day at other stores (not Home Depot), I ended up back at this Home Depot. Frank and Rob were the only two employees out of four places I had been to earlier in the day that took the time to say hello and offer to help me. This is what customer service is all about. It hardly takes any effort to speak to someone. Thank both Frank and Rob for making it be known that customer service and human decency still exists.

One of the worst deliveries ever. They left my water heater in front of my door when the deal was to put it in my basement. The delivery guy threw the delivery bill in front of my door after he left the delivery in my living room . Home depot made promises and charged me for delivery and it wasnt even what i was told i would get. I would've not ordered if they were goig to live up to the deal.From this point i will not purchase anything from home depot and i warn you not to deliver sensitive and heavy things to your home.Take your buisnes somewhere else because when you call the store about these problems you won't get any help and will be disregarded.1 star is too much. Even 0 stars would be too much for them.

We reserved a rental truck, but we were not able to take it from the store because of the condition it was in. The fact that the truck was available despite it needing repairs is concerning. They were still going to let me take it, but we didn't feel comfortable taking this on the expressway and endangering others. We ended up having to reschedule our plans, and we were charged for the rental despite not taking it.

Well unless you’re a white person don’t expect anyone to help you, my daughter and I were looking at countertops for her kitchen in the department for countertops and there were 3 associates standing right there, not a one asked if we need help. I finally said can someone help us and Jenny said “ well, it depends on what you need help with” Now if I’m standing there looking at a countertop, what do you think I’d need help with!!! Just rude, would this be how you’d want your daughter treated if she was shopping? She will not be going back to that location for anything due to the lack of customer service and rudeness, if you don’t want to help a customer why should they spend their money there!

I wanted 80% off for my veteran discount but they only gave me 10% and wouldn't take my VA card. Also cashiers have nothing to do. They look like they need something to do. Also one of the managers John smelled like tequila. I highly advise everyone stay away.

Once again... against my better judgment...I shopped at the Jeffersontown store. It took 45 minutes just to find someone to help load drywall. This happens every time I go in this store. I should have drove the extra distance to Lowes.

Ordered this Magic Chef 5 cubic deep freezer online and it was ready for pick up in an hour. My husband gets there picks it up and brings it home and there is a dent in the front. I had him take it right back and they gave me one that didn't have any dents. I would recommend you open the box before you leave the store to check for dents or damage. Anyway, so far so good. Been plugged up now about 7 hours and it's getting really cold, it's quiet and I like the LED light, it's also very lightweight. So far I think I made a good purchase.

Don’t order online and expect to do curbside pickup. They do not answer the phone. When I went inside the man told me computers were down, I showed him what I had ordered and he said he wasn’t sure where to find it.I sat in my car and had this lovely lady who went to customer service to return something and came out - go in and ask where my stuff was. She came back and said I canceled stuff and he didn’t know where it was - I didn’t cancel anything I picked the first batch of the order up the day it arrived. Anyway she had to go in 2 more times - before he could figure out where my moving boxes were. This took in total over a half hour.I’m disabled so getting something curbside is highly important especially when it’s giant moving boxes.I think they need to train their staff better.

While they carry a wide variety of tools and supplies, they are frequently out of stock for key items, and the online inventory system sometimes does not match reality (it says they have an item, while they’re actually out).

Don’t use curbside pickup. I waited 15 minutes and nothing. I walk in and 4 people are standing around, talking about their weekend. They ‘missed the notification’. Don’t offer a service you can’t provide.I use curbside to save time and not waste it..

Have used this HD in the past for many DiY with daughter. Today, asked 4 associates to cut rope and no one would or could assist. Left after 20 minutes. I’ll head elsewhere for hardware needs in the future.

I’m in the process of doing some upgrades to my house and property. I needed a new porch post and a couple of young men Kyle and Manny helped me when I couldn’t find the post I needed. They found my post that I needed was right in front of me but was incorrectly labeled. So they took the time and measured the post using the dimensions I gave them and it was just what I needed. Awesome customer service and now I’m back to having Home Depot my first choice when I need anything from a hardware store. Thank you both for doing your job and helping me with what I needed and made sure that I had the right product.Next I had to go to Home Depot Thursday to complete the details on ordering my new fence and assign a contractor. It didn’t go well but a young woman named Sabrina did everything and took the time to make sure that everything was done correctly. She took the time to resolve all the issues and get my order done.Today I had to go back to Home Depot because the online ordering didn’t put my Veterans discount on my order. I went to the customer service desk and Amber redid my order and made sure that I received my Veterans discount. I was so impressed by her tendency and her sense of urgency to correct the issue and made sure that I was not delayed any longer than necessary. Amber great job 👍🏾

I love this store. They have good quality products and prices are reasonable. The selection is great. We always find something new to try for our house. The employees are friendly and helpful. The store is kept very clean. The Managers are active and present all times.

I had a key made. It didn't fit the lock. They tried again. The 2nd key was worse than the 1st. They gave me a refund.

I don’t give 5 stars because of the lower staff all home depot stores have. Is hard to find help sometimes inside the store which is frustrating. Other than that lots of option to buy from really lower prices to top of the line. Availability of products is another Con of this store. Will come back one day for one of these rocking chairs!

This is the first HOME DEPOT I have ever visited where multiple employees asked me if they could help me. Aside from the crazed customers trying to run you down in the parking lot, the store is clean & laid out well and the employees helpful and garrulous.

We ordered a pantry door 80" by 24" and we got the wrong product 80" by 30" we called them to pick it up, when theey did They took tge door but let all the trash in my driveway, I told them They need to take everything and they complete ignore it, they said that did not came with the door. THANK YOU HOME DEPOT FOR SENDING THE WRONG DOOR, AND SENDIDNG THE WRONG PEOPLE THAt WORK FOR YOU!!

OMG. Many things are locked in cages to prevent theft. Understandable, but it means you must always have staff available to open the cages for customers. No one was in the area, and people i found elsewhere said staff in a big meeting and they could not leave their area. Had to get cashier to call manager. Took 15 min to buy something that should have taken a few minutes.
