Waited 15 min curbside to pick up an online order that had already been messed up in shipping to the store. Was an order I placed on Oct 16. Today is Nov 8. Jessica at customer service then told me when I came in that I was not next in line and would have to wait my turn. I explained my situation and she was rude and said oh well I would just have to wait longer. While waiting she was very rude to other customers as wel as she sat on a stool behind the counter.

Asked for help trying to find a product at this store and was immediately dismissed by the employee I asked and his coworker next to him. I felt like they didn't want to help me at all and could care less about their job. I'll take my business elsewhere if they insist on treating customers in that kind of manner.

BUYER BEWARE I don’t have a problem with this in store Home Depot but what I do have a problem is with their delivery service! RXO they have TERRIBLE DELIVERY SERVICE THAT I PAID 125.00 for them to deliver flooring. The delivery guy had a fit that I didn’t go outside and help them unload! One there was 2 guys and I’m a woman that’s why I’m paying you guys for! They supposed to call and let me know 30 mins before arrival and they did not the delivery guy said I do not have to call you or knock on your door to let you know I’m dropping off the product. I will provide pictures of how unprofessional their delivery was. So if I was you and Home Depot the store is not coming to your house and it’s a 3rd party do not use them if anything get it delivered to the store and pick it up. I hope this review help somebody not make the same mistake I did and trusting Home Depot. Because the floor was damaged and from what they are telling me is I can’t go inside the store and return I have to have the company come and pick it up and I have to wait for my return after they process it through the system. So there for I had to pay more money to get the replacement for the floor so I can continue with the project

Absolutely infuriated that we drove half an hour to get a $50 can of ceiling paint (Marquee) and we're not advised at any time that there is a special pour spout that you have to get with it to open it and use the can. We were the only ones at the paint counter. Stayed there the whole time while they mixed it. Never once was it mentioned and we left the store without it. Can't believe we have to go back for this free item because nobody told us that we needed it.EDIT: To top it all off the paint was terrible and left marks all over my ceiling. I used the entire gallon and eventually ended up purchasing a $26 gallon of Sherwin-Williams ceiling paint from my local mom and pop store and it worked perfectly.

The rental department in this store absolutely sucks. Sent my wife to pick up a drain snake. I had a question for the jerk who was helping her. His response was maby you should come down here and look for yourself. I really want to go down there now but I’d end up in jail. That’s not the only thing that was said but not going any further.Go somewhere else

Too many twisted boards in their offering. Says they have the cheapest lumber in town, but seems to be exactly market price. I'll go to Lowe's next time, their staff seem better informed and more available

The only reason I gave a 1 is because zero stars were not possible. Zero customer service at this store. Involved the manager who was apologetic but still did nothing. Truck rental is the worst. To say they are disorganized is being nice. Do better Home Depot!!

The staff is like 60% elderly which means that nearly everyone working there has to get someone else to get whatever you need or get someone else to find it. If you can't lift 50 lbs or walk you have no business working in a hardware store. On top of staffing issues the ordering manager never has what you need stocked but extra of everything you don't. I swear this store must be a holding warehouse for stuff that doesn't sell. Then there's the bad customer service but only from the elderly staff as everyone else is very friendly and helpful which is why I waited so long to put up a review as I was really trying to give this store a chance. Now I drive extra distance to a different home depot which is worth the drive. Finally Home Depot has the worst website that I think I've ever used, slow and over inundated with ads for everything but what you are looking for. I would put negative stars if I could.

Due to its location, I don’t go to this store very often. Lowe’s is closer to my home and pretty much has been everywhere I’ve moved. Anyway, the nice clerk at the service desk helped me get signed up for the military discount, thank you Home Depot for offering that. Made a pit stop at the rest room, freshly cleaned and smelled good. Clerks out in the store acknowledged me and offered assistance. I was there specifically for one drill bit. A single ½” Milwaukee that I broke from my set. It was the only peg hook that was empty. Funny huh. Oh well, they must be doing something right because they still got me for about $160 of stuff.

The best store in the world. I only wish people who work there knew more about their departments. But, a guy did have a good idea about 3 drawer knobs I needed. Could not find any so He showed me a different design. I got 4. It worked. He knew his dept very well

Anyplace where you are required to do self service check out while employees stand around and they don't give you the employee discount gets a 1, a shame it can't be ZERO.If I'm doing the employees job, that makes me an employee thus I should get their discount. ✌🏾

I hate giving bad reviews, but the staff didn't give me a choice... sad for probably twenty minutes waiting for lumber staff to come and cut boards for me. Front desk paged them twice... eventually we found them hiding watching videos on their phones. Paint department was excellent though.

I went in here with my husband looking for a box fan for my bedroom. Even though it was the end of December two gentlemen still took the time to do a thorough search. They found one all the way at the top still on a palate and wrapped up. I felt bad and didnt want to put them out but they insisted it was no problem. It was so cool watching them get it down. Best part was it was $34! I thought surely it would be $40. Thank you to Jay and Dre for 5 star service! They had great energy and worked as a team the whole time. Thanks again fellas, I slept like a baby last night thanks to your efforts :)

Terrible customer service. Purchased washer. Still in original packaging and has damage from shipment. Homedepot will not replace. Manager acts as if money is coming out of his own pocket. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Please see the pictures

Sign said free shipping over a certain amount. I generously exceeded the amount. The stove had free shipping but they wanted me to pay shipping for the microwave the same day because it was cheaper than the amount. Make your ads transparent. I cant stand misleading advertisements...they are lies. Forget you home depot...there are more places to shop without liars

I needed a selection of landscaping pavers are and some gravel and paving sand and Home Depot’s selection was not that great. The pavers that they had that I needed were all cracked down the middle and broken and the sales associate wanted to help but there was nothing he could do with a selection that they had so he informed me that I would have to wait a week for a project I needed to complete that day. They offered me a Home Depot credit card, which I politely refused, and the only reason it isn’t a one star review is because they allowed a refund for the pavers that I previously purchased. Home Depot needs to stay up on their inventory.

This particular Home Depot this is probably the second worst Home Depot I’ve ever been to. Parking is atrocious, cart returns are not near the parking spots in the back which is where you will likely park because they take up 100 or so prime parking spots to fill with items that cannot be put elsewhere (ie sheds, rental equipment, garden items, holiday items.)However, the employees are nice. The service is good and it’s usually a quick check-out. I just always dread walking in and walking out.

Do not buy anything to be delivered to your home. Do not believe an associates claim that you will be called the day before the delivery and 30 minutes before the delivery. It doesn’t happen. Do not believe them it will arrive on the scheduled day. It doesn’t happen. Even if you reschedule the delivery because they didn’t deliver it don’t believe them. It won’t happen and they will tell you, “Oh, the associate shouldn’t have told you that and they shouldn’t have sent you a delivery verification.” What a sham!

Ordering on their app was so easy. Ordered curbside pickup, sign said to go to app & let them know was there, couldn't do it so called # on sign & packages were in car 5 min later. Other than a poor app loved the experience

The store has a lot of good things. However, it's hard to get anyone to help and the cashier had a bad attitude and when I told her she didn't need to be rude, she got worse and wanted to argue.I think I'll start shopping at Lowe's.
