I found it easy to make an appointment. Reminder texts were convenient. Staff were polite. Winnie was done before the quoted time and I was texted. Winnie looked great and seemed excited so that was a good experience in my book!

I have been taking my schnauzer here pretty much since they opened.My dog jumps in the groomers arms when we go there. She doesn’t fight going back.She comes out clean, fresh, safe and most importantly happy!!She always shows off when we get home.They are by far the best groomers I’ve dealt with in Louisville,We even moved 15 min away and we still take her to Splash and Dash in Middletown.

Recommended this groomer by friends. Warned staff my dog would need a muzzle for his haircut on phone while setting up appointment. They said they could keep it on for 20 minutes at a time and that if other groomers could do it they could too. He is absolutely fine if he is muzzled. Upon arrival I once again warned them and they said they can only do the muzzle for 5-10 minutes at a time due to “safety concerns.” After receiving a text saying my dog was too aggressive I was upset and wondered how much they actually tried. I gave my dog a calming medicine prescribed by his vet. It always works to perfection. He is great at the vet and loves going. They only gave him a bath and that’s it. I left disappointed and won’t return. It’s not like my dog is some massive terror, he’s a tiny Jack Russell and has never hurt a soul. I took a day off work only to have to take another day off to get it done.

I had a great experience with both of my dogs. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable with their recommendations. Both dogs (one small, one medium-sized) were groomed great, and the dogs seemed so happy afterwards. I was very pleased with my experience. I will definitely be back!

Our veterinarians offer grooming but they were booked out until August. We were directed to book with the Pet Station country club. Although they did schedule us in much earlier, I came across Splash and Dash while shopping at Ross, just next door. I called them for questions and pricing. The young lady with whom I spoke to was so friendly and answered all my questions and concerns, so we ended up booking with them and I’m so glad we did. They got our pups in the following week. Today, our 2 shih-tzus had their first grooming appointment with Splash and Dash and we are blown away with the amazing job they did on our fur babies! Seriously, they look incredible! Happy too! Aside from the wonderful job they did, the place has such a cute aesthetic to it as well! Toys, treats, bright colors.. all around fantastic!!! I’m so impressed. We will definitely be returning customers.

Used them for the first time today and our Corgi, Goose came back so soft and smelling so good! They did great with the requests we made for trimming his hair too. He hasn’t looked this good since he was a puppy. Bringing our 2 huskies to get groomed in 2 weeks and can’t wait! Will definitely be using them for grooming all 3 of our pups in the future.

Took my mini bernadoodle in to get groomed. They said he wasn’t sitting still and couldn’t finish his haircut. He came out half bald with untouched long stripes of hair all over. And to make things worse he has been favoring his right side and throwing up and diarrhea since we left. This is day two. Taking him to the vet later to make sure they didn’t hurt him.

Love taking my fur babies here!!! They always do such a good job and are quick!!! I’ve never waited longer than an hour and a half for 2 dogs full grooming, teeth brushing, and nail grinding. Highly recommend

We took our Poodle there to get a haircut, but when we arrived, we were told that the only option available was to shave her bald. They did not offer any other alternatives. The employees were also not very friendly. Essentially, their attitude was "we don't do that." It didn't make sense because they also told us to brush the dog ourselves before bringing her in for a haircut. Very unprofessional.

Only reason I’m even giving 2 stars is because the haircut turned out well. Whoever the owner is - please reach your employees some customer service skills!My gf booked an appt for our dog. Pre-selected what package she wanted. It was supposed to be $76. I walk in for the appt, show them the package that was booked, and was immediately told “that’s the wrong package for your dog” without any explanation. I tell them what my gf and I want done, and they explain that because of our dogs long fur, it would be “a few extra bucks” to trim it as short as we want. Shame on me, I should’ve asked exactly how much it was going to be, because as I picked my dog up, I was informed the bill would be $97, not the $76 I was originally told. On top of this, I planned my work day around the timeframe I was provided - the appt started at 12:30 and I was told multiple times after asking he would not be ready until 4:30. I get multiple calls and texts at 2:30 telling me he needs to be picked up immediately, so here I am picking the dog up 2 hours earlier than I was told.We will not be back and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone unless you like being lied to about how much money it’s going to cost

Love Splash and Dash!! They love on my babies as if the two of them are part of the family!! My dogs always look absolutely gorgeous after grooming!!!No all day stays. They are done in 4 hours!!! Wonderful, friendly staff. I highly recommend Splash and Dash!!!

Fantastic experience taking Bubbles in to get washed and groomed. The owner Grace went out of her way to take special care of him w his old age. Don’t trust my pets w too many people but I have no problem here. They are wonderful people and the price points were in budget too. Would certainly recommend to my fellow canine lovers.

I am very picky of who I let groom my fur babies and this company met and exceeded my expectations. I dealt directly with the owner and she was extremely professional and helpful. From the adorable check in area with the cutest doggie treats you’ve ever seen to the wonderful job they did on my pups! They did a good job with the bath but they missed 1 of my dogs dag claws during the nail trimming and they really don't do eni with the brushing and deshedding and they don't have any real options for it just and extra 5 minutes of brushing. If you have a dog that sheds a lot this place isn't for you this place seems geared more towards the bougie types with dogs that needs trims and cuts on a set frequency.
