My husband and I did a couples photo shoot for Ms. DeJuana Potter Photography on April 8, 2022. This was our first time, doing a photo shoot of this kind. Ms. Potter knows exactly what she is doing. The pictures on screen looked fabulous. The whole family was welcoming. A big thank you to her daughter who did hair, makeup and helping get dressed. We can't wait to get and see copies of the pictures. Thank you Ms. Potter for choosing us for your project

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Did not discuss packages offered for photos until after our 3 and a half hour photoshoot. DOES NOT OFFER DIGITAL PHOTOS UNLESS YOU PURCHASE AN OVERPRICES, PRINTED PHOTO PACKAGE!!!! Made up prices as she went and wouldn’t work with me when I expressed my dissatisfaction. She also blocked me and I was expressing my dissatisfaction as well. Told me no refunds on the package I purchased when I asked, nor could I downgrade, but could upgrade. Pictures were NOT edited AT ALL! And the photos I chose BEFORE WE LEFT THE FACILITY (some) were not ones that we picked out. Then when I stated that, she told me “you have your 8 pictures, have a nice one!” In all caps letters!!! There was so much wrong that I can’t even write it all. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND IF YOU’RE WANTING QUALITY, PROFESSIONAL PICTURES WITH AN EXPERIENCE TO MATCH!

Scheduled appt and had a short setting for pictures, was able to choose what we wanted that day and took a week to get them back. They were awesome and loved showing them off!! Will be back for future pictures!!

Very unprofessional. Posting people’s family photos on her personal Social media pages without their consent. Photographer changed prices and agreement after payment was made. I would NOT recommend this photographer for anyone’s photo’s.
