Their return policy sucks! They have the most rudest people that work there I have ever encountered in my life, especially that woman managernot the white one,she is absolutely horrible,I don't see how she got the job in customer service she is extremely rude,I will not go to roses anymore in this lifetime.if I could give this store a zero I would,it's that's bad when she's there. Adios.

There were only 2 registers open,which is senior citizen day on Wednsdays,why not schedule more people to work on busiest days? After waiting for customer in front of me which had seemed like 100 items then cashier left to get more bags, and cashier wasn't friendly or apologetic and trying to get someone to unlock dressing room door is a nightmare,I don't recommend this store,they don't know what good customer is apparently.

I like a good deal although was not over all impressed. Similar atmosphere to Kmart and Family Dollar. Only a few items maybr better priced than competitors. Prices overall seem comparable to competitors. Two cash registers open. Long slow moving lines at check out make experience uninviting and dreadful. I won't be back. Nothing warranted my return.

Great prices, merchandise is so-so if you don't mind refurbished. Just don't ever Work there... they work you like a dog and don't even appreciate your accomplishments. They won't even pay you what your worth. I was a CSM and an Assistant Manager there for years and was never treated with respect from the Powers that be (Upper Management and Corporate), I was treated better (and appreciated more) by the Loyal Regulars that shopped there on daily basis.

I purchased this Bluetooth wireless speaker for a Christmas gift price sticker said 12.99. I got home to wrap it so I peeled price sticker off and there was a price made on the box under the 12.99 sticker saying 9.99. Why was the price changed on box 9.99 to 12.99. Called management they said the 12.99 was right they been having someone switching prices alot lately how did they switch the speakers price when the 9.99 was made on the box itself. That to me was poor customer service.

Friendly greeting from cashier near door entrance, fresh smell, clean, organized & no loud noise! Other workers say "hi, hello" .. makes U feel welcome. Really like that there was a defined area for Christmas gift bags/items for decorations/Xmas tree items .. & was a large, clean, organized, well stocked area. I wasted no time finding what I was looking for. Thanks for that!!! I had a pleasant visit on 12/4/17 & 12/13/17. I will "Come Again"!😍

I really like this store but they are always in need of help. You spend alot of time in the checkout line and its always a wait for someone to unlock the dressing rooms. The prices are good though and the selection is abundant.

It goes along with the same store concept as places like Citi Trends, Ross's, Marshall's, etc. I've found it to be a great place to pick up blank/plain hoodies, shirts, sweatshirts, hats to use for arts and crafts like screen printing and such. Their prices competed with those of the craft stores with ease. Downside of the place, I never saw a worker the entire time I was shopping. Actually had an incident with a guy following me too close for comfort while bra and underwear shopping... To the point that I put back my items and left the area until my boyfriend returned from outside. I would have felt alot better had there been a worker anywhere in sight. The temperature in the place was like 1000°! So hot it made me and my bf nauseous! And when we finally checked out, we literally were at the register for close to 30 minutes!! I had never seen anything like it!

Was one of the worst experiences I have had at this store. All employees need training in customer service along with learning how to familulize themselves in All areas of the store. When I ask where something was, I would have 3 associated at one time just stand there andook at me like I was stupid. Never answer me until I ask 3 or 4 times . Last time I was in they would send me all over the store on a wild goose chase,and I can barely walk as it is. Management needs to find someone to train these people ,I would say retrain, but I don't think they have ever been trained in the first place.

I love the store and they have a great selection of just about anything you need. Then you get to the regester and the employees are RUDE and the line is so long, I have layed my things down and left before. I don't have 15-45 mins to stand in line for 2 idems. Id rater pay more at another store.

I love this store but would be a lot greater if they had bathrooms available to public that the only bad thing here ...I always have to leave in the middle of shopping to go to another store for the bathroom because in this store you can easily spent a few hrs

Lots on sale, cashier couldn't understand how to make change when I gave her $10.25 for a $5.22 purchase, she gave the quarter back and said I had overpaid her. She had search the register screen for the correct change.

Went in at about 8PM today the women at the counter were very disrespectful and talking loud enough for me to know they were saying hateful things. They spoke disgusting about my daughter who has cancer and mocked the spot on her head (which she heard) get new staff. If your work staff has nothing better to do than put down a girl who is sick they don't need to work there. DISGUSTING. DON'T GO THERE.

Ah... Roses. This regional chain faded from the area years ago and now it's back. In my opinion, Roses feels like a department store that got stuck in a time capsule back in 1982. This particular store is clean and well organized... certainly worth stopping in to take a look. It has an atmosphere that is similar to a close-out store (such as Big Lots). You never know what you'll find here... possibly exactly what you were looking for, but couldn't find it anywhere else.

I went back there to exchange a belt. Waited in line for 20minutes ... Finally another employee opened a register. I heard the employee say she would take the next person in line and have no "exchanges" I was the next person in line. I waited in line for another 10 minutes, they need to hire people that actually want to work! All she had to do was exchange a belt!!!
