Worst experience ever. Wish I could give a zero. Didn’t notice at first, but the majority of their stuff is expired. They did not offer the pick five deal. That probably would have been expired anyway. And the lady told me certain things were on sale for a dollar and then when I got to the register, she charged me full price. Which everything was way too price over anyway. And when I tried getting a refund for her telling me that the things I got were a dollar but then she charged me full price. She’s told me no refunds. 😡😡 then she tried offering me free, expired food!!!

I've been to this store 3 times since new owners and each time all items I looked to get were expired.Went in today 2-6-24 to grab butter, it's use by date was 6-14-23 !!!The door has an A rating on it! I'm calling the health dept.

The store is kind of run down and needs updating. The store does not do very much business and probably won't be able to stay in business very much longer. Small local independent stores like this one is being driven out by your major supermarkets.

Twice this week I have bought a froze item that was bad. When I try to call the store no answer. I was excited for the new owners and changes but it seems nothing has really changed except it’s cleaner now. This is why I don’t shop here I knew better but thought with new owners and cleaner it would be better it’s not. 😞

This place has to give people a reason to come here. I can't find any reason. I was going there to buy cigarettes. Once my cigarettes were all sold they decided to not order them anymore. I was getting produce from there but you can't get fresh produce. It is always old.

This store has really improved on prices and the quality of there meats it's slowly becoming a better place to shop the owner is really good Man he treats everyone with respect and very courteous and very helpful.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I wanted to stop in and get stuff to make Tacos without having to drive to another store farther up the road. I wanted to be in, out, and back home in 20 mins or less, in time for the football game. Prices there are outrageously high. I barfed in my mouth at the sight of the grey beef. The chicken had freezer burn. There was limited produce, the bananas were disgusting looking. I ended up getting chicken fingers, fries, Van Kamps beans, and a couple fruit pie turnovers and spend $15. The chicken fingers and fries were freezer burnt badly. Will I go back? Probably NOT. I understand why cigarettes and lottery is a big part of their business and also, I understand why I never see anyone go in or out of that place.

Used to lived in the area of this pic-pac used to stop in at least three days a week. The employees and manager was not engaging with the customers at all. Just with each other. I have worked at a locally owned store for 34 years and we always engage with our customers,we make them feel welcome always poor management at this location.

Wish I could give a zero. My very first time in store was today 8/11/19. I went to meat department and I was sickened by what I saw. I have never ever been in a PICPAC and saw meat as brown as dirt. It was pure nasty. I am new to the neighborhood, and I was glad to see the store. Very convenient, but after today I will not shop there. I will not recommend this location to anyone not even a dog. No wonder I never see cars on their side of parking lot. SICKENING is all I can say.

A dozen large eggs for less than $2, you simply can't beat that :) Pic Pac employees are always friendly to us, and each isle is always well stocked.Great deals on meats, and all kinds of food, AL the time :) You're definitely my pic, Pic Pac.

The new owners have changed so much of the store.....They no longer do money orders, carry a lot of the things I always went in for....The sales to me are not like they used to be, plus I no longer get a sale paper....a lot of buisness has left them, I have noticed the last couple of times up there hardly no customers.....maybe they should reconsider what they are do, if they want to be the neighborhood store again....a 30 year customer.

I only go to get the pick 5 for $19.99. Pretty good quality meat. A quick fast stop shop store to get what u need. The workers are really nice.

It's a Pic Pac. It's an IGA. International Grocers of America. You can pic, what you need to Pac for that road trip you didn't know you were going on... You know the one I'm talking about.Honestly they usually have an amazing meat selection with an in house butcher, and you can request custom cuts.Small, but gets the job done. You don't always need that French lemon artisan water, sometimes you just need a basic Pierre.

Convient, For The Neighborhood I Live In. What, I Do Not Like Is, They Will Have Coupons For Items On Sale. But, When You Get There To Buy The Couponed Items, They Do Not Have The Couponed Items, And They Will Not Get The Item In Until After The Coupon Expires. They, Say That ALL SALE ITEMS WHILE QUANTITIES LAST, NO RAIN CHECKS! Well, They Should Get The Sale Items In For The Customers On Time!
