The Customer Service in the grooming area of the store is horrible. The give no consideration to disabled seniors. I can not stand for more than a few minutes at a time. Also I cannot sit on hard surfaces because I’ve had seven spine surgeries they have caused me nothing but pain. And I’ve been going to this PetSmart for over 10 years with a few of my dogs and this is not the first time the customer service has become an issue. Sometimes you walk in there and there’s no one at the counter so you’ll stand there for a while until someone decides to stop and ask you if they can help you. But on this particular date, the counter girl was checking in a customer and was engaged in conversation, which is Understandable. So as I was waiting and waiting, and the pain in my spine started getting worse and worse one of the other girls who was actually grooming a dog and told me that it would just be a few minutes and somebody will be with me. So after a few more minutes, still talking About things with the customer. So the young lady that stopped giving a haircut came to me and said she could at least look me up on the computer. I said thank you so she looked up the The groomer that was doing my dog. The young lady informed me that she is out to lunch, but she will go check in the back to make sure she came back and told me the groomer is on lunch and will be back at 1:30. it is now 1:22 . So they tell me that I can go sit on the bench outside the grooming area for 10 minutes or so. I said can you go ahead and check her in?. And they say that they cannot check in early. And like I said, I’ve been coming here for 10 years and checking her in eight minutes early is not unheard of. They have checked my dogs early up to 20 minutes early so I said OK. go ahead and cancel my appointment. When I got out of my vehicle, I realized I had Scheduled my other dog for the following day with the same person same time. I called the store and advise them to go ahead and cancel that appointment too because I wasn’t going to go through it again.

Approximately 1630hrs today 7/20/2020 we visited, this my favorite store only to experience two employees (the gentleman at the door giving out masks to patrons who might have forgotten theirs) and a female clearly with a Pet Smart badge both without masks. The gentleman was happily chatting on his phone.The door was clearly marked that masks were required. I inquired with the cashier as to whether masks were required for staff? She looked at the female who was standing away from us and said “they’re suppose to”!Really, people????? Terrible example.

My 89 lb pitbull absolutely loved her stay. She's very energetic and friendly. Some can be put off by her energy. After her stay, she was still her same playful self, smelled clean, and had no change in habits. All in all, would bring her again.

Nothing like crushing a 5yr old birthday wish on his birthday... because u won't sell more than 4 fish for the tank size... I get its the job to share the knowledge but hes 5 and wantes the fish 🐟
