Delicious food. Loved their tomato soup but as for the rest of the food/sandwiches the portions were very small and not very well worth the cost. Spent close to $40 on lunch for the both of us and we were still hungry afterwards. Also the place had ran out of sweet tea and when we asked them when they were going to make more a staff member told us to make our own by using unsweetened tea and a few pumps of cane syrup which still did not taste as great.

I've moved jobs, so this has become my go-to location, or "went-to". Vastly inferior quality. Tables are constantly dirty. 11 bucks for a hunk of bread with scant veggies sprinkled around. I order extra veggies because IT'S ONLY VEGGIES. In what universe does this look like extra anything but bread? If the extra 25 cents on a sandwich that probably costs a buck to make is going to break you, I'll go elsewhere. 4-5X a week to none after this abomination. Excellent business model, but you did save a quarter. I'll keep the app for when I order from Clarksville. Otherwise, that would get deleted, too.

I stopped by today for lunch. My order was wrong, the steak was left off my sandwich. However!!! I have not received customer service like this in a long time.. My order was corrected perfectly. I was apologized to three times. Which I wasn’t expecting that. The manager met me at window with apologies. I will definitely will be visiting this location again very soon. To the negative reviews, I would have advised addressing the issued with staff. The way my issue was handle was very professionally

Yes the food is good and the service is friendly for the most part however this has got to be the most disgusting, dirty, smelly Panera I have every gone to. The general manager, the restaurant manager, should be ashamed of how this location looks. The counter tops by the drink station is always sticky and full of gunk from the charge up drinks.The rugs are also sticky and wet. There is rust and and grim everywhere on that station. There is never a moment when the area is fully stocked. In the food pick up area there is always something missing whether it’s condiments packs, napkins, to go containers etc. By the coffee station there is never any stock of half n half or milk for your coffee. I had gone to the food pick up area and was told sorry that there is none but they have not had time to refill, so she gave me the half gallon of half and half and said you can refill it or take it from this. This place just needs a huge pick me up. Cleaning is something that is imperative in this location, however if there is not a good management team in place then everything else crumbles.

You all are the best, thank you. Got up at 6 to get my kid ready for school and get myself ready for a loooooong day of work to find out I am out of coffee and half and half. I just moved out here and you all are pretty close by and OPEN EARLY AND YOU DELIVER. I couldn’t find a modifier for a breve latte so I requested it in the additional comments and you guys came through. My order arrived in like 20 mins (way earlier than quoted), it’s hot, it’s delicious and you even wrote “Good Morning!” on my receipt ❤️ You are literal ANGELS 😇 and I appreciate you very much.

Not only was my food amazing so was all the young ladies who waited on my and my pup. They gave my baby boy a pup cup, he was just as happy as I am... THANK YOU ladies for being so kind, so helpful and doing such a wonderful job!! Keep up the good work!!

I have to stay put in Louisville today for most of day waiting on my pet while he has surgery. I chose to come here to get some work done while I wait. I’m always worrisome about lingering in a location too long thinking I’ll wear out my welcome. However, here is quite the contrary. I purchased my breakfast and coffee, got to work and the employees here have been so kind! I think I’ve been speaking with the manager. She has come and checked on me a few times, made small talk with me and even gifted me with a small gift card to get a snack since she knew I’d be here most of the day! Customer service and atmosphere get an A+ from me!

Menu items are very limited and is not a full menu store. There were poor selection of pastries for dessert (approximately 3 or 4 items and very limited numbers of each.) . There were no bagels available for next morning, and they are not open at 5:30 A.M. Was glad I had take out because the carpet of the floors in the dining area were food laden. What food I did get was,however, good. May try again in hopes that they just had a bad day.

Place was super clean and looked nice. Really was excited at first. Then paid 6 dollars for this "steak", egg, and cheese bagel. This is a terrible portion of steak. I litterally had to eat only half of the bagel. Toasted to a crisp. Poor sandwich for 6 bucks. I'll go to McDonald's and fill up for 2 dollars next time.

Very disappointed in the menu selection and recent menu changes at this location.Wasn’t able to order the chicken salad because they have discontinued at this location for some type of test.They also didn’t have the smokehouse bbq chicken sandwich and would not honor me getting a different sandwich off the value duet menu to replace the chicken salad sandwich that goes withe the chicken wild rice soup at other locations.They basically forced me to buy meals off the pick 2 menu which cost twice as much because they have cut back their menu selection at this location.

Wonderful as always. Love everything! Definitely the Mac and Cheese. Forget that person posting about it being frozen. You haven't had anything this rich, creamy, and decadent this quickly. You need this in your life. I know I do.

This is supposed to be the four cheese grilled cheese. I called the manager and he agreed to replace my sandwich. I suggest that orders be checked before going on. Getting out of the main parking lot is crazy congested. Guess someone under estimated the traffic of a Panera Bread and Chick Fil A being right next to each other.

Great experience at another Panera while traveling! I joined the Sip Club in April and it certainly has me looking for Panera's when I travel which is frequently. Absolutely love ordering on the app, loading gift cards, Etc.I think our local panera, not this location, has trouble with Staffing and their drive-thru has been frequently closed. Just wish that was reflected on the app when they ask how you want to pick it up. I almost always designate to pick it up and drive through, but if it's closed, I have to park and go inside to pick it up. Most of the time that's not a huge deal but it would be nice to know so I can build in the extra time if needed.This location had a very friendly and efficient drive-through staffer. My order was ready when I got to the window but I was about 4 to 5 cars back and it seemed a little slow to move to start with.Soup, baguette and yogurt were all excellent as usual. I completely appreciate the consistency in quality throughout this chain. When I can do a sit-down meal, I always try to find a local spot but, the Sip Club has me seeking out this chain!

Typical Panera experience. Their beverage club (coffee, fountain drinks, hot and iced tea - most beverages) with a monthly subscription at a cost of roughly 4 drinks may offer a worthy value. Visits reset after 2 hours. I travel and commute driving by multiple locations adding to the benefit. They offer occasional $2 off entrees and and other discounts.

I order Panera through Door Dash or Grubhub almost every day (OCD) and I can confidently say that Panera is hands down the best restaurant on the apps. Not only is the food yummy (and healthier), the customer service is fantastic. Other than 1-2 minor issues (toppings), my order has always been perfect. If you are someone who orders through apps regularly, you know that's almost unheard of. I especially want to mention Morgan who is a manager at the Outer Loop location. She is top notch! I've talked to her over the phone and in person and she is super responsive, immediately offered to fix the minor issue, has amazing customer service skills, and never makes me feel like I'm bothering her. (Being disabled, I tend to ramble and talk way too much when I'm anxious.) The entire staff is great but Morgan deserves five stars just on her own. Kudos to her and Panera Outer Loop!!
