Went to our local Marshall’s tonight, 4/22/2024. Chose a few items and went to the checkout. The only cashier on duty was too busy on her phone to bother with the customers standing in line. When she finally decided to wait on us, all went well. When I called to speak with a manager to tell them what happened, they only made excuses that they had given her another assignment and maybe she was working on that. As if waiting on customers comes after another assignment! Needless to say, this is why we don’t have nice stores in the south end. Because customer service comes secondary to other assignments in the store. When managers realize that customers are the MOST important priority, then the store will be successful.

This place is pretty much a high priced junk store. It has been about a 50/50 gamble on merchandise purchased, especially electronics. This is why the return policy is so strict. So many people returning broken or defective stuff. Make sure to check things carefully before buying.

Great place to shop. Prices r affordable. Never disappointed. I have no trouble finding anything that I need or want. Store is always clean, and staff is very helpful. I would recommend this store to anyone who enjoys finding a bargain. You will not be disappointed.

Love this place. My go-to for makeup as the prices on high end, quality makeup are so much cheaper than the larger department stores. Great selection of clothes for the whole family and much cheaper than the mall. For me, its much closer than the mall also. Nothing bad to say about Marshall's. I shop here often.

Have visited this location around ten times. Asking an associate on the floor for anything seems like an incredible burden. Returning a brand new item with the tag on but no receipt seems to warrant an interrogation. There is some decent merchandise but have fun if you need to purchase or return anything.Edit: Still pretty terrible every time I've gone since my original review. Now they took down the restroom sign from the ceiling and off of the door to the hallway where they're located. Pretty frustrating as a shopper, let alone if you had a child that needed to use it.

I had so much fun in the store! I guess so much stuff that I needed stuff to wear stuff for my bathroom stuff for my living room stuff for the kids purses. I mean the list goes on. And I can't leave out the wonderful shoes that I got from here. Name brand shoes name brand purses perfume. Come here is like a One-Stop shop..... Marshalls is one of my favorite stores the cashiers a very friendly well they were friendly the day I wouldn't have anyway. Hopefully I have an opportunity to come back again very soon.

Love Marshalls! Clean, organize and always find more then what I plan on purchasing. Clerk's are helpful and courteous. Plenty of parking. Variety of other shops and restaurants in same area which I find very convenient.

Had a great time shopping with my 2 daughters. Liked most employees except for fitting room lady. Counting to 20 if I hand you 5, one daughter hands you five and the other daughter shows you the 10 we are buying still adds up to 20, no matter who hands it to you. When spending almost $300 I don't expect to be talked fown to. I decided not to let her ruin my time out with my daughters, however it will be awhile before I go back.

I understand during the pandemic it’s hard to ensure the floor stays neat but the amount of clutter and disorganization made my anxiety flare. I couldn’t find a single thing I was actually looking for.

I'm not sure why the employees at this store always says they're bathrooms are broke if it's true that's sad if it's cause the homeless people going in there then do something about it but when you have someone that has health issues that needs a bathroom if the urge comes on or a child that needs to go right then, do not have time to walk to Walmart like your employees supposedly do.

We love going to Marshalls. Of course we put on our masks and gloves and kept social distancing. We found beautiful knobs for our buffet that really dressed it up. It is no longer a plain piece of furniture.

I shop at this store a couple times a year because of my 11 year old son. He likes the clothes there. The clothes is nice and very inexpensive. That's the only good thing about that store. The employees of that store are racist and they racial profile all black customers. They followed me and my son around. 3 different employees stood across from us watching us the whole time we was shopping. I tried to ignore it but it I couldn't. They made it seem like we was criminals. Me and my son dress nice and casual. We dont look like thugs at all. I also work in law Enforcement. Been working in law Enforcement for 15 years. I will never shop at that store ever again. They just lost a good paying customer. News flash! There's alot of people in the jail downtown for shoplifting and they are not black. Only watching black people is not going to save you money.

Decent priced things but a lot of the makeup is open or used. Clothing is on a little bit better shape but their furniture items are over priced.
