Very good place to get basics. Their appliances are good products, but do not be swayed by a promised rebate. The rebates are, in my opinion, a scam. When you submit the paperwork to get the rebate, you are told your purchase is technically not eligible despite the assurances of the sales person a the time of purchase. Products are good, but any rebate is risky.

I gave a 5-star rating even though it took A long time between my initial visit and then getting my quote on my new front door install. The associate was very apologetic and gave me a 10% discount which was A very kind gesture. I went to pay for the door yesterday and nobody was working in the area. So the manager of the department Who was actually on his way out the door Stopped 2 take care of me. I wasn't rushed and he was a very nice guy. So KEEP IT UP GUYS! Thanks for a great customer service experience!

My husband and I went in looking for replacement parts for our toilet and while we were in there we saw that Craftsman rechargeable batteries were buy one get one free. There were none on the shelf so we found a helpful employee named Rod who instead of just telling us they didn't have looked at their inventory and said they should have a couple in stock. So he went and got a lift and started looking in the boxes on the shelves on the top of the aisle.He found one and took it to the front for us. He was very helpful for going out of his way to help us find what we needed with a great attitude. He could of just told us they didn't have anymore.

They have nice products but their customer service needs some work. The casher we had was not nice at all. Lowe's has to do a better job at monitoring employees with bad attitudes.

I stopped purchasing from Lowe’s all together! They don’t stand behind their own policy and the manager is very unprofessional and rude to customers!!! I will be buying from Home Depot from now on because there much more friendly and they hire professionals

I bought a very large tool chest that I ended up having to bring back because it was damaged, and get another one. The same young man, his name was Key, helped me every time and he did a GREAT job. He was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. You don’t get customer service like this very much nowadays. Thanks Key !!!

Return system was screwed up. I had my receipt, online return receipt/ instructions, and the card used to make the purchase. Their system couldn't find my item. Lady had me looking for different cards, other receipts and order numbers before a 2nd person came and had same problem. Finally he figured out the right button/ code and found my items. Another customer had the same issue at another register with the 1st person and gave up and left his items there withouteven getting his refund! Took me 30 minutes to get mine.

I do not recommend buying any appliances from this place. They only have a 48hr return policy if you don't have their credit card. So if you have a problem with your new stove you're out of luck. Also have to replace a few floor panels from where the delivery guys scratched up my floor with it. The delivery guys couldn't even speak English making hard to discuss the delivery as a whole. Will never shop here again

Purchased a security door at Lowe's on Dixie hwy, Louisville ky. Lowe's measurements were off causing issues with the installation. Representatives from Lowe's called giving me a run around then sent the same installer out to put in a security door and it's not installed right. Never go to Lowe's on Dixie hwy. I have brought appliances from Lowe's and had doors installed by another Lowe's never had any issues. Do Not Go Lowe's on Dixie hwy I will contact Home Office and send pictures of installation. Very Poor Communication with Lowe's Representatives.

Bought a water heater there eight or nine years ago to replace an old one that quit working in my mom's house. It quit working about a month later. When I called the store and spoke to the manager she tried to deny I bought it there. When I took it there along with the receipt proving I bought it at that store she refused to honor the warranty. I will never shop in that store again.

Lowe's has always been my first choice when it comes to hardware supplies or home building materials I am the very first customer to the store on Dixie Highway which I have been shopping there over 20 some years now things have changed since then some good some bad which things will always do is change but I love my store on Dixie and will shop there until I can't do this work anymore sincerely Mike ware's home repair

The cashiers were the RUDEST customer service reps I’ve encountered in a long time! Prices rang up wrong and they acted as if it was inconvenient for them to correct it. By being so rude and not listening, they ended up making more work for themselves, for which I received more wrath. I won’t be back here again. Home Depot is across the street so it’s not like it’s any further to go!

Paid a 80 dollar delivery fee was told I'd be called at 8:30 am for a time of delivery that day no call !! Just happened to look out my door later and see the delivery was sitting in my driveway as they were loading the forklift back on the truck one guy happened to look at me and say oh there is your delivery and left

Larry in home & garden (back by the lawn mowers/equipment) was absolutely amazing. He spent 25-30 mins in detail trying multiple different ways to find us the correct belt for an old mower we have (& he did find the correct ones). He definitely went above and beyond the normal in my opinion and I think he would be great to train a lot of employees in customer service.Very impressed with my visit today!

If I could, I'd give negative -5 stars...I used to work at that place, and this store used to be great. Now management just hide or send someone bellow them to deal with customers, and it's frustrating...Bought Z6 Zero turn lawn mower, it broke and they took it for repair, and it's been 3 months, I already spent over $400 for someone to mowe the lawn, and Lowe's still has no idea when I'll get my mower back 🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️....Only guy that took his time to do what he can is Steve (supervisor). Though we still have no idea what's going on...DONT BUY ANYTHY MOWER FROM THEM, OR BRING IT IN FOR REPAIR...

Lowe's now has Fresh Christmas Trees. Go straight to the Garden Center, open between 9-5. They will make fresh cut and wrap your tree.

Update 12-22-2023: Overall I am glad I went in the store, this time, as I found a slightly cheaper way to do what I was wanting. However, while trying to decide on the boards I wanted, we needed some assistance. Well good luck with that. We finally found someone, reddish colored hair skinny guy, that was horrible. We were at the treated 1x6x6's and asked if they had the 1x8x8 or 1x8x6 boards and he started telling us that we have to get them from the next lane. Yeah they had non-treated ones at 3 to 5 times the price and of lesser quality. I had made it a point to ask him twice if they were cheaper or what and he kept saying that they were cheaper. That was a lie. He left really quick, b4 we could even move. Not a good or friendly CS experience.Took over 45 minutes of sitting in my car, after I checked in, then calling the store several times and not getting answers, then finally someone does, took another 10 minutes to get my items. I'll skip Lowe's form now on and shop HD, scAmazon, or some local place. Cannot understand how a business thinks that treating your customers like poo is good business

I went there and found some great cushions for my patio furniture that was being marked down and they were perfect. The staff were beyond friendly and helpful with assistance because I require the use of a cane. The House and Garden department is going to always have great thing’s for you.
