I actually enjoy shopping at this Krogers. Jonathon in the money center is super efficient. Also Nate, a cashier has great customer service. The produce is always fresh, great sale products. It’s 5 ⭐️’s for me.

Clean store with great selections. The only downside is that there is almost always a line for self checkouts since there are no cashiers in the morning. Multiple times I tried scanning food and putting it in my cart after bagging it kept on erroring out which made it a longer trip there than what I would like.

Ridiculous long line this evening at Kroger! There were 5 people in line behind me in addition to the 14 people in front of me. Shouldn’t be this hard to run in to pick up a couple of items.

It's Kroger. What more can I say. Workers are scarce, one actual cashier. So I used the self ✔️ out. Payed WAY too much for salad and salad items; especially if I'm scanning and bagging my own items.The top dirty dogs that run the chain need to get their fat cabooses out of their comfy offices and shop on our budgets.I'm really fed up with these high prices and greedy corporations, while the country throws the blame at the president!

Decent selection of items, good sales. My only complaint would be they could use a couple more baggers and cashiers, especially when the store is busy.

Thank God for people like Brian/Bryan (excuse the spelling) for going out of their way to help a stranger.My fiance can not see as she has infection in both eyes and it seemed at every turn we are having to jump through unnecessarily stressful obstacles all due to the fact most people do not care about others and/or refuse to put in the effort to reach the bare minimum requirements for their job.Bryan however is one of those people who will go out of his way, above the call of duty to help a stranger. Man has what used to be called compassion and empathy, very rare these days, I showed up last minute yesterday after dealing with putting down a pet that was family for 20 years, car accident and dealing with one rude pharmacy tech after another. Showed up here and was met by a bunch of techs ready to leave with their belongings in hand at 6:50pm. They refused service immediately and quickly ran through excuses of why they couldn't help me. Usually I go with the flow and leave quietly as this is my everyday luck or experience of life anyways, but then something I've never experienced happened. A technician on crutches says they have time for one more and gets the computer running. The drugs ofcourse are on back order and no one has them but this man tried to help and I can't explain how much that means to me.Should give this man a raise for his willingness to help his community rather than live egotistically only thinking of one self as most in the service industry seem to do. Great leadership and role models like the above mentioned Brian are the key to getting oursociety back on track

Their checkout process is so frustrating when it comes to pricing. More than once I've had an item ring up for a different price than advertised on the shelf. Their "digital coupon" offers never seem to work either. I hate stores that make you jump through hoops to get a "discount". I really hope Publix comes to this area soon!

This is the closest Kroger to my house and I’ve been here a few times. It’s super conveniently located, usually well stocked, clean, and the employees are friendly. Definitely recommend!

I went to this Location on 1/31/2024 at 4:30pm and got cash back $10 and I wanted $3 worth of quarters which is (12 quarters) the self checkout lady said “she didn’t have enough quarters to sell to me and I should go to customs service” the customer service rep said “we don’t sell quarters any more” I only wanted to change the same $10 bill I got back at this store self checkout. I paid .75 cents to get cash back and I was denied twice to change my $10 bill. One $5 dollar bill - two $2 bills and 12 quarters =$10!!!

Updated 1 star review:They have some kind of green earth thing about saving plastic when not using bags. They will put a sticker on each individual item you do not put into a bag. It's very annoying lol and I ended up with like 5 stickers.... More than one sticker is excessive and NOT green. Even one sticker is not green. Going green isn't a bottom up problem, it is top down. Kroger sucks lol.Original 1 star review:Fix your pricing.Sticker said there was a deal for two items: 2 for $5. Register didn't ring it up correctly after I scanned my card. The attendant said their phone was saying the non-deal pricing. Stop trying to force membership "deal" pricing especially if your card pricing isn't even working. Just make the pricing the $2.50 without a card...... I left the store.

Helpful employees, usually well stocked and never overly crowded. The app is horrible in this store specifically. Nothing os where it says it will be. Large format u-scans are horrible, lags and malfunction constantly.

The staff at the deli have always been very friendly. The staff at customer service is great. And even the cashiers and baggers are very professional. It's refreshing

Pharmacy techs were incredibly rude and disrespectful. They mocked current customers openly and loudly, clearly upsetting them and then refused to apologize. The pharmacist heard it all but did nothing. And no, they couldn’t have been stressed, as there was hardly any line.

Been 3 times in the last few weeks. Everytime the new cart locks have locked me at the door and ive been stuck waiting for an employee to come unlock it so I can are my groceries out to the car. Last time I just left the cart in the door

Great Kroger. Conveniently located with big parking lot. Neatly organized. Fresh fruits and vegetables. You get almost all the groceries here. Great price too. Have Starbucks inside.

Kroger is great! But, this is absurd. You can get a deli lunch meal 5 wings 2 sides for $5.00. But, if you want just an order of wings to go along with it then your looking $6.45. Won’t be doing that anymore Still Krogering just disappointed with that. Was not aware of the price for wings alone till the checkout line. Definitely would have got 2 meals for 5 bucks a piece!

I'm giving one star because zero wasnt available. My wife ordered $80 worth of groceries tonight to be picked up between 730 and 800. She went and sat for 2 hours waiting for groceries to be brought out and they never were. Then someone comes out and tells her they are way behind and they gave her a $10 gift card. She finally left without groceries and now we get a note that they are ready and we are charged $80 with no groceries. We called to get the charge removed and they will not answer the phone or bring anyone to the phone with any ability to remedy the situation. The person on the phone won't tell us their name and they're totally unprofessional. With Publix on the way, we'll be trying them out after giving thousands to Kroger over the last few years. Totally unprofessional and not willing to remedy the situation.

More mismarked prices at Jeffersontown/Stonybrook than any other Kroger. Red bell peppers marked 79 cents, rang up $1.28. Cashier wanted to argue about it until I showed her a photo of the price. Ribeye sale price higher than the regular price. Pointed it out to the kid working in the meat department and he called me stupid for not realizing it was a typo.

Every time I come to this Kroger I have a problem. The shelves are usually stocked and the store is very clean, but there are never enough cashier's, their system is down, their pickups are chronically delayed by an hour, and management is apathetic to bad experiences. If you don't need to interact with a person you should be ok, but if you have a question or are trying to use a coupon, or even if you're on a deadline - God help you.

I will be driving past this store to shop at Meijer from now on. I was approaching the front entrance at 7:56 PM and the two teenagers working there locked the door in my face! Completely rude and unnecessary

I kind of want to know what this Kroger defines "vegetarian" as. This sign is placed above a section of meat products. Surrounded on either side by more meat products. 14/10 very unhelpful.

This is a nice location, but the parking is a nightmare. The delivery option on my Kroger app has shown on several occasions they either don't keep items stocked well enough, or they don't know their own inventory. The workers are warm and attentive which is nice though.

The pharmacy tech “Sue” is incredibly rude and disrespectful. Myself and my roommates all get our prescriptions together. All of us were made fun of and ridiculed the entire process because we all were picking up separate prescriptions. God forbid someone has to do their job multiple times. It really isn’t that difficult to be a decent human being and do the bare minimum of your job.

If I could give this store and the rude managers and employees 0 stars I would. Everybody that works at this location are the rudest most unprofessional bunch of employees I have come in contact with in years. They definitely lack training in customer service. Actually I don't think they even know the meaning of customer service. I will never return to this location again. If I have to drive 10 miles out of my way to go to another store I will. Rude rude rude !!!!!!!!! I can't image treating customers this way. Just a little piece of advice if you didn't have any customers you would not have any jobs and the store would close. Whatever happened to a "guest first attitude."

This is the worst Kroger to go to. It is always out of stock on most items the other stores aren’t. The manager named David was not very kind as well. When speaking to him about some problems, he asked me to leave the store. I stopped going there and pulled all my prescriptions out. The problem was not stemmed from out of stock items. While waiting in a very long line at the pharmacy, one lady jumped in front of us all and said I don’t care what anyone says I’m next. I walked beside her to the Window and said no you’re not I am. When I asked to speak to a manager, that’s when I had the displeasure of meeting David. He defended her action and asked me to leave the store. I live down the street from the store, and have been going there for over 25 years. BEWARE GO ELSEWHERE!
