Check your produce. Thought I was in the clear until I got home and found some black mold I overlooked on the cauliflower. Produce has been garbage every time I’ve gone to this Kroger. I thought I’d try it once more but I was wrong. This was literally the only thing I bought for our dinner today.

Love the sales, but I'm not a fan of their empty produce section and their lack of non-dairy yogurts. They also do not sell unsalted nuts in big plastic containers (Kroger Brand) that other locations have. Obviously, I'll continue to shop here, but I wish they'd their stock in order.

Made an order from the bakery LAST WEEK FOR CHRISTMAS EVE… went to pick up my order and they canceled my order! No call or anything! I actually do orders here often. I definitely won’t order from here again and I’ll be sure to pass that message on as well. Very bad customer service. I’ll write a review on every site possible! You ruined my meals for Christmas! So thanks for that.

Produce manager is lacking. Constantly out of items, mainly jalapeños and cilantro. Sucks to drive all the way here so I can prepare a meal and can’t because they can’t keep their inventory up. Only positive is the cashiers are quick and friendly and so are the baggers.

Ms Laura idk her last night sweet lady at self check out was so nice to me! My arms in a splint and I asked her to scan my twelve packs she not only did that but scanned and bagged the rest of my items mine you it was too too much. But I just really appreciated her for that kindness. Also she just seemed genuinely happy to be helping and you don’t get a lot that now a days. So I hope her manager sees this and tells her she’s wonderful!

Ordered pick up for a camping trip so I could pick it up during my 30 min lunch, I gave a 15 min on my way time and was there exactly on time in the middle of the time window. I had to wait much longer because of a trolley? I was late coming back to lunch and would of got this done much faster getting it myself.What is the purpose of a time window, on my way time and I’m here if it’s not ready when they tell you it is?

It's been years since I have shopped at this overpriced, low quality company. Today we went here to get a few things for my daughter. I will never be back! The highest prices of any stores, their meat is the worst quality and they even repackage the spoiled ground beef into those tubes of meat. They system they use for check out is gawd awful slow, and doesn't allow for pinless transactions. The one freaking thing in the whole store I was even wanting, they were out. The thick cut bacon in the butcher section. They had like 1.75 pounds in the display, but like the rest of the meat in the display, was dried out very old and disgusting.How are there people willing to shop there? I knew that the USA was getting worse on the comprehension side, if you get my drift, but this is insane levels. I hate people more and more every day!

I've been shopping at Kroger for years. I appreciate the employees that acknowledge and speak to me throughout the store offering assistance. I enjoy going through each departments discount section finding goods I wouldn't normally try otherwise. The pharmacy line has been rather usually long lately, hopefully staff can be hired soon. The coupon machines at checkout needs maintenance. Sometimes it's out of paper at u-scans yet when it does print, it's not legible to be utilized and I can't read the codes for whatever promotion at the time. Please have them repaired/replaced and have staff keep extra rolls at u-scan to fill more often. Thanks for listening.

This location needs to fix the self checkout lanes. Every other location has shelves at each self checkout register to place large items on after scanning but not all the registers here do. Plus they have 2 self checkout lanes but before 11am, noon or whatever they only have 1 opened causing a long line and unhappy customers. Both self checkout lanes need to be opened from the time the store opens till it closes. Also every single self checkout register should have a shelf for large items

I don't ever write reviews on Google but I just watched the inconsiderate employees in the pharmacy treat a customer with her sick child terribly, refuse to give her the prescriptions she desperately needed due to a system error or something and then after calling security on this woman they closed up shop two hours early. No one would answer the phone for hours despite there being 3 people back there. I just went up there to check anyway. As I tried nicely to ask if there was any way I could get my prescription (also for my sick child), the incredibly rude employee said "we're done we're going home" as she shut the doors in my face...If this place is "understaffed" it must be because they don't pay well so they can't attract nice human beings who actually care about the health care position they are in...I'll be going to Walgreens down the street from now on.

The grocery part of this store is amazing but the liquor store part is just unbelievable.Went into the liquor store attached to this Kroger and went to check the price of a beer for my friend that was there with me. All I did was walk up to it to check the price and then the little Kroger Karen wanted to start yelling at me for no reason. I never even said anything to her. She really needs to work on her customer service before she gets a call to corporate. Her yelling was up called for. Regardless if she was having a bad day or not you never talk to a customer that way

This review is for the clicklist team and clicklist team only. I’ve always been pleased with the service I’ve gotten from the clicklist peeps. Elliott especially! He’s great. There’s another guy who is always helpful too but I can’t remember his name. I rarely have out of stock items and if they are out of stock they find good substitutions. (Especially two days before thanksgiving when I’m scrambling). I use the clicklist here every couple of weeks and I really appreciate them.

The pharmacy is going to kill someone. Waiting 4 plus days to refill a prescription even when marked as an emergency. You call for days with no answer and then go in to have a security guard tell you they are not allowing more people in line. You go back and they still have nothing ready for you. "Short staffed" only works for so long before it's just dangerous incompetence. People could die without their medications. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MEDICATIONS.

If you need a cart they are in the parking lot. Your produce will be bagged with your meat and chips with your canned goods. Everything is always out of stock and the deli is never open. The employees that have been there forever are great and the only thing that keep that place from sinking.

My husband went there to order a cake for my birthday. He needed it the next day. The woman working told him she was NOT taking anymore orders because she was getting ready to go on vacation. He then told her he didn't want anything special. She said I told you I'm NOT TAKING ANYMORE ORDERS. IM GOING ON VACATION. .SO he told her to enjoy her vacation and he would go to Meijer. And left. What the heck is wrong with people.? No customer service.

Whoever redesigned this store should be out of a job. Half the parking lot isn't usable. The carts suck. 8 out of 10 that I tried to use, the wheels were locked up even inside the store. It's turning into the perfect ghetto store.

This lady who works at wine area is such a b the first time we went there she was nice and did gave us some wine recommendations and I was looking forward today to thank her and buy same wine but today for some reason she was a complete a**h***. My husband always carries his drivers license which is why I didn’t but for this lady said since you touched the bottle you have to show me your ID in super rude way my husband said she has picture of her ID in phone and she literally was screaming at us by saying who tf created this rule that you can show ID through your phone? We were in complete shock we could not believe she’s the same lady who was sweet when we first visited. If she’s mad at something she should not have stormed on us how unprofessional can you be? Btw we are in our late 20s and when we bought wine first time she didn’t asked any ID.

This Kroger is in my neighborhood, always seem to be in their way (stocking or the ones shopping for pickup).They are forcing you to buy their products (Kroger).They're dropping name brands.Today they overcharged me on my purchase. Would never would have known if I didn't check my receipt. People that shop there are getting pitifull. Worst grocery store I've ever seen. Kroger has the mindset "we're the best ",not hardly.

This place is goin down hill. Especially the pharmacy. Multiple times they haven't had my medicine ready, drive-thru is always closed now, my daughter had RSV, strep and a double ear infection and needed her antibiotic and I waited in line for an hour just to be told it was not ready and sat for 30 more minutes until it was ready. Then this most recent time I had surgery and needed my medicine. Again drive-thru is closed. My medicine was sent Tuesday so that it would be ready for after my surgery... Wasn't even ready. I'm switching pharmacies. This one is a joke and doesn't care.

Oh where to start. First of all NOT everyone parked in the handicap spots are handicap. The handicap carts are NEVER charged, left outside, used by someone who doesn't truly need one and One has a wheel about to fall off. (Can you say lawsuit? ) The service sucks. Trying to get anyone to help you is impossible. Expressing you concerns to management it pointless. they do not care. This Kroger has truly gone down hill. Do better or get better management.

This location continues to disappoint!!! Again & again... Gone in for 2 or 3 items & they have done of them! The spirit shop is the only part worth visiting. Employees seem to hate working there. And are not helpful at all. The store closes at 11:00 pm. Not friendly to 2nd shift workers. Meijer on Preston is open til midnight. And have welcoming, friendly assciates. Kroger is losing so much business by not being open til midnight. They don't seem to care either.

The Pharmacy Drive-thru at this store has been closed for months. Meaning customers, sick, handicapped, and elderly have to walk the entire length of the store and back just to pick up a perscription. So if a person is sick they are passing by customers and employees.There is an access door just to the left of Fantastic Sam's. This door has been closed to customer access. Very convenient for employees only.

A very busy store no matter when you go. I used a handicap cart. The aisles are narrow but manageable. Carts were all plugged in and fully charged. I found every product I was looking for. Good store.

I would like to thank the Assistant manager Diane for helping my client today. I am a transportation provider and my client that is blind was needing some groceries. We came across the manager named Diane and asked for some directions to where the items were in the store that was on his shopping list. She grap the list and found the dozen items very fast. What would have taken me a hour to find, she gladly helped and we were on our way in 15 mins.

I strictly use pickup for grocery shopping and I have always been so pleased with this location. Great customer service and I have never waited longer than a couple of minutes when picking up my order!
