9:15 Am and the gas station is still closed with no associates anywhere to be found. I called customer service and they still have not sent anyone out. I’ve watched 4 people pull in and try to come to the counter then get back in their vehicles and leave.

So every single time we go into this Kroger and bargain shop. We grab sale items and every single time we check out half the the so called sale items are not on sale. And the 1 fat lazy lady at the self check out gets rude and says welp you pay full price or don't get it. Even though the damn tag on the shelf has the sale price the description of the items and even the SKU number and the lazy woman won't do anything I'm fed up with the lazy management not price tagging properly. And I live in walking distance of this Kroger. I'll stick to Meijer for now on.

Ordered a cake at the bakery. Waited at the front of the bakery for 15 minutes and never acknowledged by the employee even though she was facing me, prepping cookies the whole time. Lyric, just got another cake from the fridge and my own icing for writing a message

I ordered BOGO ice cream as a pick-up order.But the taste I ordered was sold out, so I asked the pick-up team manager and staff to have different flavors of ice cream from the same brand. However, the manager brought a different brand and completed that I had picked it up, so the coupon I used previously became invalid and added about $10 more.So I went to the customer center, explained this and the manager came, but the customer center staff and manager made me a bad customer. I explained why I lost about $10, but the customer center staff seemed to be bothered, and the pickup team manager only shouted dozens of times, "Why didn't you tell me the brand?". So I told her, "I told your staff the brand name, why didn't you talk to your staff?""Don't you have a scanner and a computer, even if I didn't tell you? Why would you check it out with that? Then she said she couldn't check the customer's order with the scanner. So I called the store manager and tried to talk, but she shouted "why didn't you tell me the brand" dozens of times even in front of her manager.

It’s a decent Kroger. I’ve shopped instore and also used their pickup order. Only ever had a couple issues with pickup orders : clicked “On My Way to the Store” but when I got there they were closed and called me while I parked, and another order had items substituted when I specifically said no substitutions. In store: the store is well stocked and they offer great prices. Only thing I don’t like is the lack of self-checkouts. They have about 8 of them and there is always a wait. They need to get rid of their cashier lanes and convert to self checkout only. Most stores are heading in that direction. Their cashier lanes are not in use except one or two and just take up space that could be used for more self-checkouts. Please get rid of them and bring more self-checkouts.

Not at all crowded. Got in found everything I wanted and more. Shelves were well stocked the store was clean and Cashieres were friendly.

I've been shopping at Kroger for over 60 years. I have tried other stores, some of the others seem to have lower prices. But when you use the sale prices, store brands, and the quality of their products Kroger has the best prices. I love using the delivery service thar they offer. I was paying monthly, but after I realized how great of a deal the service is,I switched to the annual payment option.For only $59 they do the shopping and deliver the groceries right to my door. It saves me more because I dimont do any impulse shopping.

It is awesome at this location! They are great 👍. Can give discounts on all I buy. The New Cut store is too afraid to push the button that gives the total discount. Outer Loop store is more than happy, to make sure I'm completely satisfied. Employees are so much more friendly!!! New Cut Kroger could learn so VERY much from Outerloop... New Cut doesn't care about customers AT ALL!!!

Grocery pick up is so slow. I order my groceries 5 hours ago (at 3pm) and they're still not ready. They were supposed to be ready by 6 or 6:30. I got a call at 4:10 saying they'd be a little late and here it is 8 pm and no call. They're not answering the phone, management isn't picking up either . I'm just stuck talking to customer service and listening to hold music.

Second only to Whole Foods for high prices. You have to jump through hoops to get the "best" price, i.e. digital coupons (that seldom work right), buy 5 to save $1.00 off each and unhappy associates. Not the Kroger I grew up with where I had my first job in high school.

And Kroger proves that they simply do not care about customer service. The girl working at the deli on this store, the one with so many piercings in her face she looks like pinhead, yeah, that one she is ignorant, rude, ignores your customers and really doesn’t have time to help anyone. This is according to her maybe it’s time that she explores another career, maybe like drug dealing because that’s what she would fit best

Worst Kroger there is. My husband went in to grab a few things and was harassed by an off duty officer. Someone told the officer my husband was stealing so the officer went as far as to follow him to his car, my husband shows him the receipt, confirms he didn’t steal and when my husband starts to record officer slaps his phone out of his hand. Ridiculous and we’ll be taking it forward.

9 times out of ten I'm bagging my own stuff, while employees are just strolling around almost like their job was just to walk back and forth. Once a girl was bagging my items and a so called manager told her she needed to take her break and the kid stopped right there and walked off. I only come to this kroger because its close, its definitely not as bad as the worst walmart in the city across the street, but it's not far behind. I hate them both. If I could give negative stars I would. Bet I'm not the only one.

I've shopped here multiple times with minimal issue. Though, occasionally there aren't enough lanes open.The main problem I've had is attempting to reach out over the phone. I've tried several times to contact a representative to inquire about a suspicious charge, but the phone continually rings without answer.

I went to Kroger to cash my child tax credit check was in line for 45 minutes. I’ve been going to this Kroger for almost 10 years I’ve even worked at this location before. They wouldn’t cash my check due to me not having a psychical I.D. I have a picture of my I.D. on my phone I am still able to use it at other locations. But they refused me and then when I spoke to a manager a Caucasian women with blonde hair and highlights. All I asked her was why it couldn’t be accepted due to my I.D. still being valid she told me she wasn’t going to argue with me and that I can leave. Mind you I approached her kindly after waiting forever she was very short with me and rude I’ll be calling corporate tomorrow.

If I could put a negative star I would!! This is the worse Kroger I have ever been too! Workers are so rude. They were extremely short handed. One lane open with 10 people deep before I was able to put any groceries on the belt. The checker never said “hello or did you find everything you needed.” After spending 300.00+ I had to bag my own groceries. The checker Emily was so rude she was upset because she had to bag. I was trying to be nice and help not once did she say “thank you for helping me”. She threw the few bags down at me to put in the cart. This Kroger needs new management to look over their customers. Completely ridiculous!!! I overheard another customer stare to a checker “you’re supposed to be friendly it would be rude of me to come to the counter and talk on my cell phone.” He never apologized he just looked at her like she was crazy”. The employees need to go through training on how the customers should be treated. We do pay for you to have employment you should have manners!!!

They turn away people from coming into the store during their posted operating hours. Who does this?Just because it’s twelve minutes till closing time doesn’t mean I shouldn’t be able to pop in, grab my stuff, and check out quickly. Really anti-customer attitude.

Nice store. But busy. Sometimes they are completely out of items. Got a nice surprise today. A worker by the name of Temple, He offer to help load my groceries. 5 star. For staff member Temple. I had a long day and have back problems. I really appreciated your help and friendly attitude. . Thank you. Your kindnesses was appreciated
