It is a pretty nice store, the customer service was pretty good as well, they are out of stuff occasionally and it could be cleaner. It's a busy store

Gone to a lot of different Kroger's and I always dread going to this one. Lines are always packed. I always come around 5-6 but they need to either open up more lines with humans or add another section of self checkouts. The Kroger's I regularly visit all have double the self checkouts on top of 2-3 human cashier's. I'd come here more as it's on my way home from work but it's always 15min waiting on line just to cash out.

Did the pick up order and will never be doing it again first off didn't get items I placed orders for was supposed to get family size chips instead get plain 8.oz bag which has a price of $4.79 on it when the ones I wanted where $2.99 got a extra small detergent when placed a order for one 3 sizes bigger can't check to see if they chargede for this junk because 30 mins after being home it still has me being parked there waiting this was all a joke already sent email to corporate hoping to be heard

I have been a Kroger customer for 30 years or more. They seem to keep running out of my choice of groceries all the time. No one around to ask for help. I am on the hunt for a different place to get my groceries. It WILL NOT be Wal-Mart tho, definitely!!!

Older lady Barbara, the cashier, is not meant for customer service. Her attitude and the things she says go customers is insane. She’s extremely rude and lazy. I am appalled by the way she treated us today. I will me contacting anyone I can to report the incident tomorrow(Monday).

ONLINE ORDERINGSeems every time I place an online order, items not listed as low stock are suddenly unavailable. For instance soft drinks.. buy 4 for $12. I am diabetic so I order diet or zero sugar; when ordered there seems to be plenty. I get a notice 2 of the 4 are out of stock. Their sulation.. to offer NON diet drinks as replacement. If I don't accept these I am paying full price for the 2 available.If the item is listed as low stock I can pick a replacement ahead of time.. no problem.My suggestion.. if the item is diet/gluten free/etc. then offer a replacement that is truly a replacement not just the product with sugar/gluten/etc. There is a reason those were picked. More than 1 option would be nice also.Some coupons are for in store or delivery only. They don't even deliver to my area.. out those savings.I could go on..The only reason Kroger in valley Station is getting 2 stars instead of 1.. the people bringing and loading the groceries are fantastic. Haven't had a rude person yet.

As a customer and a roadie delivery, the pharmacy tech was rude, I stepped up to retrieve customers order, and she immediately said ssn please, I said I'm picking up for another customer as a delivery driver, she turned around and tossed the script on the counter. Very mean

Thank you to the Store Manager, didn't catch her name. Needed last minute deli trays for a graduation party. Meijer shut us down, but Kroger promised even if managers had to help. Showed up day ofnot only did they get it done we were given a $10 gift card!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Regardless of location the shopping online website is way wayyy to slow. Then after spending hours struggling to create your shopping cart items, they apply TWO CHARGES for only one order. It then suspends two large amounts of your money for several days. PLEASE HELP FIX THIS ISSUE!!!

Had to grab some groceries for my Christmas breakfast this weekend. Went through the U-Scan to pay for my purchase. I walked out the first door and got to the area where the baskets are stored. And the alarm goes off briefly and my basket stops. I spent a minute or 2 trying to fix the basket because I thought it broke. The security walks out the door to my basket and asks to see my receipt. He glances at the receipt for less then 1 second, literally, and walks off. No explanation or anything.Lets take a step back. I scanned my groceries and purchased in front of the security guards, who happened to be standing right in front of the U-Scan. Secondly, he never checked my items. Lastly, he never looked at the receipt long enough to identify anything. I had to grab my groceries out of the basket and carry them all the way outside until I could find another basket I can use to get my groceries to the car.So what was the purpose of locking my basket. It was just pointless, embarrassing and humiliating. I got to that store pretty frequently. If there was another close by I would never go back!

I recently left Kroger's on Dixie highway and while I was there I was looking cantelope and couldn't find not one good one. This picture is what was at the bottom of the box with cantelope.

My experiences with Kroger continue to decline. This is my experience with Kroger..1.Employees avoiding customers, jumping behind counters, end caps to literally avoid customers. (Well we have plenty of other places to shop if you'd rather us do that.)2 Managers. It would be nice to know who you are and see you out on the floors managing once in a while. (At least we'd feel like we had someone that would help us)3 Pharmacy, please don't roll your eyes when a customer is struggling with understanding something.... That is rude. Can't you at least pretend you care? People aren't there because they feel good, they are there to get help. (Again, we can all go elsewhere if you'd rather we do that) If you don't want to work, quit.I really try to treat people the way I like to be treated. Employees, you have no idea what people are facing each day. You should be kinder.

I went into the store for a specific item. Looked around and could not find it. I asked a woman and she referred me to ask another associate, Mark. Mark told me "if we had it in stock it would be down there" as he pointed to the end of the store. It's nothing like an associate who thinks they are too busy to provide decent customer service to customers! Luckily, before I walked all the way back down there, Paul (may have name incorrect) walked up and said they were out of stock. THE WORLD NEEDS MORE PAUL's AND LESS MARK's!

This is the worst Kroger I’ve been in. I normally just go to Kroger Marketplace on Dixie.. no lanes open and very slow but I will say the elderly man working cashier was friendly other than that this was a terrible experience

Moldy blackberries, almost an entire 5 dollar 12oz package of fresh berries. With all the people standing around at the self checkout someone could do a quality check on the produce.

Good staff friendly. It was busy with folks stocking and pulling for curbside pickup orders but still able to get through without much issues. ☺️. The bagger was friendly and very competent and cashier was efficient.

Great team of employees who work together to help each other out! Management is very helpful to customers and makes sure the customer is as satisfied as possible with there experience there. Having Pickup at this location is great and offers the great service in a great place for business. I only wish there could be more done about the fact that people are stealing product from the store almost all day long unfortunately and do to kroger policy there is nothing much they can do to stop it other than spend extra money to have an officer at the store.

I had ordered my groceries online for pick up july 8th between 8:30-9:00pm. Because of traffic and coming from the other side of town I was about 5mins past 9pm when I finally made it to pick up. I tried to log in and check myself in and it was to late and the click list department had already closet for the night. I walked into the store and asked an employee if it was to late for me to get my groceries. The girl that was helping shouted to a gentleman that was clearing walking out of the door to go home for the day. His name was Tom and working in the click lost department. He stay late almost and extra 30 th ins to find my order and take it outside and loaded it into my car. Not only that when I tried to give him a tip for his extra time he flat out refused. So thank you Tom for going above and beyond to help me out even though you was clearly off the clock. Amazing service.

It's sad that I can't add whole milk to my cart for pick up but I can 2% milk.....why is that? That makes no sense. I'm about to start shopping at Meijer's , seems like there's always something stupid going on at Kroger or their app. You can get this delivered but not this or you can pick this up but not this......it's very frustrating!

This Kroger has the nicest employees- they are very helpful and welcoming. They keep our store clean and well stocked. Occasionally they don't have something I wanted, but overall I really like this location. I appreciate all the community support and the discounted gas program they offer. Love double bonus!
