The bagger and the cashier made fun of my hair, mind you it was in a ponytail and I had been working all day so it probably looked a hot mess, never the less...the very rude young lady condescendingly ask me if I knew a hair dresser where she could get her hair done! Then they both laughed at me! This generation has no respect for adults, themselves or anybody for that matter. Very sad.

I was disgusted when I returned home from Kroger on central and unloaded my groceries. Some Bagels I purchased had a huge hole in the package as well as a huge hole carved out of the Thomas Blueberry Bagel!!!! Which means more than likely theres mice, rats,or possibly bread eating aliens on the store shelves! I will be returning these tomorrow( bright and early cus who knows when customer service is ever open!/)! ......p.s. not a joke 🐭+ = 🤢🤮

Once a good store now turned into a circus. I see people stealing constantly in the store and it seems like corporate won’t do nothing about it but just jack the prices up. Secondly they need to get rid of the homeless sitting around store and quit allowing crack heads/ meth addicts to ruin this location. I understand the neighborhood has gone downhill quickly but something needs to be done to bring back the good shopping experience I once had.Also Kroger please pay your workers more,then maybe the turn over wouldn’t be so bad šŸ¤·šŸ¾ā€ā™‚ļø.

Bums and crackheads everywhere. You will be accosted for money going in and coming out of the store.Most of the lines are closed and half of the self checkouts are usually broken.There is always a long line.The people who actually work are nice. It just always seems to be purposefully understaffed. Kroger just needs to put some effort into the place. It could easily be one of the best in Louisville.

Very close to UofL which makes it the go to spot for groceries. Themed out to match its location , which is a nice touch for sure. Place was clean and stocked out with everything we needed. Could not find someone to ask for help just walking around in one department, but they were roaming about at one point. Other stores to visit on the same shopping center. Watch out for people asking for money in the parking lot.

Love the variety this Krogers offers I really do.But there's a Krogers about a half of a mile away that while it has less variety, its smaller with less of a crowd and a much speedier check out.So when I need something specific, I come here but when doing my usual grocery shopping I visit the one on south 3rd.

Awful customer service- use the self checkout as the employees don’t want to be there, won’t put in your Kroger rewards, etc. check the date on everything you purchase as they don’t rotate stock. I only shop this store because it’s right by the ups & fedex stores …Purchased wine two years expired and was accused of swapping it. You’ll see expired yogurt, etc on the shelf. Good luck reaching management at this location as I’m not sure they exist- explains a lot. You’ll wait forever and be told they aren’t available.

I accidently dismissed a substitution of my most needed item in my pick up order. The CSR went above and beyond taking my dog food to the front for check out. I have arthritis so not having to walk through the store was very helpful. It was much heavier and their guy took it to the car for me, too.

The gas station is usually pretty prompt whenever I've been there, friendly, fast, easy to work with. Same goes for the store associates, I haven't had any negative experiences so far. I don't come to this location very often though, because it's usually crowded.

Many items always out of stock and food quality in the meat section is horrible. Often times the meat is already turning brown or looks old. I bought two ribeyes today and was really sick just an hour later. Also, many of the packages of lettuce were on their last day of expiration! Ridiculous!

Empty bread shelves, crowded isles with employee carts and self checkouts crowed with carts so they cannot be used. Five out of twelve self checkouts working. Not the Kroger of history. No quality or choice. Prices are high because the shareholders want more profits. Bananas at .56 cents, Walmart sells same for .45 cents. Set of three whisks on sale for $5.59, Walmart has the very same brand at everyday price of $3.49. Shop here if you enjoy wasting money and time. Look at this, 80/20 Ground Beef?

This pharmacy is useless. After giving my sister the wrong prescription due to them not downloading her correct and most up to date profile they were super rude to her. The problem wasn’t resolved until my mom called to fix the problem. My mom was also told that she could not speak to a manager because they were not there on a Wednesday at 6:30 PM. My sister did not get the name of the pharmacy employee who was rude to her, but my mom spoke on the phone with Jim who was also unkind and was the one who reported that we could not speak to a manager because they were not there. Please only use this pharmacy as a last resort. Disappointed is an understatement.

Upon entering, there were no available shopping carts, and I had so ask an employee to give myself and the 5 other people searching for one.They had shut down one of the entrances at 7 locking the majority of the carts away so that was a little odd.Upon checkout, I thanked the grocery bagger for helping, and he blankly stared at me without responding or even smiling. I asked him if that was everything when he put the groceries in the cart- and he said nothing and continued the angry stare.I realized later that I was missing an item that was indeed charged on my receipt.After I cut on of the onions open at home, it was brown inside and I had to throw it away.I would rather drive further to avoid this store in the future.

My mom ordered her groceries online and they overcharged her $200 for groceries she didn’t order. The groceries that she did order costed around $40-45 and they refuse to give her a refund. You could have at least reimbursed her for the groceries she was unwillingly charged for but no. Yay, go Kroger!

Very upset of experience with your store. I wanted to make return but employee very rude refused me cause I got duplicate of receipt. It’s not my blame cause I got it from cashier because cash register didn’t print my receipt. Also employee told me that there’s no my stuff in this receipt but it’s not true. And when I tried to show her proof she even didn’t want to listen me. I spend a lot of time, money and very upset of this situation.

Great store, staff. The bakery is definitely a stand out. There's also a "mini clinic" and pharmacy there. Convenient to downtown Louisville and major highway routes into/out of Louisville.

This Kroger is always a mess. I would hate to know how much food waste happens here. They always have tons of baskets full of food to return to shelves. The lines are ridiculous and the prices are higher than other Kroger locations.

This is the worst Kroger in town. I moved to the UL area and was initially excited to live close to such a nice store, but it's awful. Every time I've been, the checkout line stretches to the back of the store. At least open ALL of the self checkout lanes. Please. Poorly managed and understaffed for such a high volume store. I've left my groceries in the cart and walked out several times because I'm not going to stand in line for 40 minutes (I did once). Every time I go I swear I will never go back, but this time I definitely will not. I'd rather drive the extra miles to anywhere but Kroger. šŸ‘ŽšŸ¼

Worst pharmacy iv ever had to go to. Employees leaving 15 mins early at the pharmacy and leaving us who waited an hour plus for our meds to go home and come back just because they can’t do their damn jobs. And to make matters worse, they don’t answer the phone and their manager line answers after a couple rings ( 30 mins) just to transfer you to the root of the problem. Complete unprofessionalism. The drive thru line is supposed to be open and isn’t even open. Many of us have had problems for years now and I’m sick of it. Do BETTER Kroger. Yall are pathetic and disappointing. Embarrassing

This makes the 4th I've bought milk from this location, take home and it's sour. Dates are good. Not sure how it always happens at this location. The produce from here last 2 days when you get home, usually brings in gnats also. Smh

As a shareholder in Kroger I am highly disappointed in this location. The corporate office is already got a phone call. Subpar service maintenance and cleanliness not up to government standards. Rude employees. Although they're not all rude. Very disrespectful manager. Refuse to cash a cashier's check when someone in front of me cast a larger check. Flat out told me face-to-face they didn't cash checks when the person in front of me cash a $500 check and mine was a $32 cashiers check. Very disappointed in this. Although they can't be making much of a profit considering they only serve about 30 to 40 people at any given time that makes about 3/4 hundred a day. And then they have to spend money restocking. They can't be making much of a profit which effects the bottom line of Kroger. My complaint went directly to the higher-ups.

It’s been a while since I went to this location & I only came here because Dollar General was closed. For as big as this store is, they never have anything, the meat section was literally EMTPY! There’s no excuse. Why have such a huge store with empty shelves? Make it make since. Let a competitor move in, especially if they can keep products in stock. Wont be back, not if I can help it at least.

This is the worst Kroger's in all of Louisville Kentucky there is never any managers or supervisors that care to work they might be here but they're always hiding they never come out when you need help I've been waiting for 10 minutes right now and still no one has came to see what the issue is. I have asked repeatedly and get looked at like I'm an inconvenience because one of their machines ate my money. Do not shop at This store if you can help it
