This is "my" Kroger. While after COVID, there have still been some serious stocking issues, I haven't decided to shop at Aldi, Wal-Mart, etc. (Although, anywhere that has salmon cream cheese -- looking for suggestions.) Yesterday, I dropped off a physical Rx for a common antibiotic and was told it'd take an hour to fill. OK, I'll come back. Came back today and they'd lost the script. There were apologies, but no effort to call the tech I handed the Rx to, etc. They put it back on me to call the vet and get a duplicate. Seems sort of slap-dash re: organization and less than optimal re: efforts to correct.

What is going on with the DARK brown sugar?!?! The last 6 months, every bi-weekly trip to the friendly neighborhood Krogers, the shelf overflows with 6 different brands of light brown sugar, but the area for the 1 brand (Kroger) of DARK brown sugar they carry is noticeably barren. After 4 months, I got so frustrated I bribed the stock girl with a 10$ bill to get me some from the back stock room. Why are you hoarding it all back there? I can understand 2, 3, even 4 visits without, but 6 whole months? I don't get it...2/18/23... still no change.. new pic below.3/1/23... still none. SMH... another pic3/5/23... I'm starting to lose hope.3/11/23... another picture3/15/23... still nothing.3/19/23... another picture3/24/23... losing hope.3/28/23...!!!!!!! OMG GUYS!!!!!! They've got 2 small boxes of DARK brown sugar!!!!!!!! They won't pit it on the shelf for some reason, but I'll be damned!!!!!!

This Kroger facility has been the ONLY store whose Floral Department has been able to fill my floral needs over the past several years...thanks to a lady named Lisa. Now, when ever I call, she recognizes me and knows what my order is and fills it beautifully. Thank you again Lisa...and Kroger.

BUYER BEWARE!!! If you use the online delivery as an option check your receipts. Their shoppers will charge their personal items on your account without permission. I had almost 20 dollars stolen from my card and it took 30 minutes to get customer service to refund it. Buncha theives running around Krogers with no company oversight as to how this even happened! They blamed Instacart but it's basic probability and statistics that I cannot be the first person this has happened to.

Not the worst Krogers I've ever been in ,but one of them.The way they treat their employees is just awful and no wonder why they they never have anything and nobody works.You can't even call this store,they don't answer their phones.Ask a question and you will get cussed out.I thought the I love the Cuv store in Covington is bad ,but have new found respect for it.

Perpetually understocked and understaffed. This Kroger was excellent for decades, but customer service has gone to hell over the last 5-6 years. Pictured is the line for self-checkout at 4:30 pm on a Saturday.Kroger, you need more staff! Don't tell me you can't afford to pay to attract people when you've been jacking prices up well beyond the rate of inflation.

This is a very convenient place to shop for locals. I live the wide variety of Kentucky proud items they have and local food. The florist is wonderful and they have a great beer selection. The pharmacy is very professional and fast.

Customer service has tanked over the last 5-6 years. Parking lot always overflowing with carts. Customer service desk usually closed. Slow to restock. Not enough checkout lanes. Each time I go and have another poor shopping experience, I think to myself, I'm never coming in this store again...but sometimes I have to.

Understaffed, not stocked, pharmacy has a new person at the counter every week. They have 400 Gatorade in the middle of the freezer isles making it impossible to get through the isle if there is one person on each side. No cashiers 2 hours before close make the line wrap around the store just to check out. the whole store is an unorganized mess. Get new management and pay your workers better and maybe I’ll start shopping there again.

i was racially profiled at this store. i was accused of stealing and the security officer REFUSED to check my receipt OR my bags. he even said "it may not even be you, it could have just been someone who looks like you" someone who LOOKS like me? he would not show me whatever supposed footage he had of me, he would not check my bags or verify my receipt and he told me that everytime i walk into the store, his colleagues tell him to watch me on the cameras until i leave. i used to WORK at this EXACT location not even a year ago and have been shopping here for about 2.5 years. i dont feel comfortable shopping here anymore and if you are a black woman like me, you should probably find somewhere else to shop too, before they decide that you look like a thief just like they did with me. be blessed

This store is never stocked with items. Consistently sold out of items for weeks. Staffing levels are below what is needed. Kroger tries to force everyone to self checkout even with full carts.

I remember when this location opened. They put the local Winn Dixie out of business. What happened to this place in such a short time? Front office is never open. Longest lines I've ever seen in my life. But it's easy to see that it's by design. Ushering in the new normal. This is a horribly managed store. Leave 5 minutes early and go to St. Mathews.

I've shopped at this store for Decades. I've never seen it in such bad shape. There are so lmay things out of stock regularly. And, then space filled with other items. (Example) Looking for Tomato sauce.... None....But! Every space Filled with Diced tomatoes. Plus, NO T.P.! It looked like the beginning of the pandemic.

This is one of my favorite Kroger stores, has a decent deli selection even after the deli closes, employees are friendly people and always anxious to help when you need it. It's a little out of my way but it's worth it.

If I could rate less I would. No one is ever working. And if they are, they’re in their own world. Hiring Manager Robin is racist and very selective. The service desk is a joke. Just close the store or replace Robin. Clearly has an issue with hiring people who like their job. Joke of a store!

The items are in some cases not arranged for ease of shopping. For example, some items in other Kroger stores that are placed by other foods that are usually placed together in the same area are spread farther apart.

I made an appt at Little Clinic for 3pm online for Kroger, Woodlawn Center, Hubbard's Lane Louisville ky. I arrived for appointment 15.minutes early 2:45 pm. Was informed my appt was at another location. They said Kroger will do that if one clinic is busy. I proceeded to drive to other location Kroger Highlands and called to let them know what happened and I was on my way. The desk assistant told me they saw patients every 20 minutes and if I was not there they would see someone else. I got there at 3:07, 7 minutes late and she stated they were seeing someone else and since they were booked up every 20.minutes it.migjt be 5pm before I was seen. She was rude and not friendly. I do not recommend Little Clinic as they are unreliable and not customer friendly.

Kroger has raised prices in every department, except the pharmacy, passing along inflated prices to customers.Funny how corporations, and the 1% in general, insist on receiving the same or higher profits while the 99% pay for their lavish lifestyles (paraphrased from NPR news report).People with scarce resources will go hungry.

I realize that they have been going thru a remodel, so I've been patient. Remodel is mostly completed and everything is HORRIBLE. Whoever oversaw design decisions should be fired or demoted. The new shelving is black, dingy, dreary. It looks like some kind of seconds, rejects store. The shelves are all compressed in height -presumably to cram more product in? But I can't find the package sizes that I used to buy, or the flavors they used to carry, and the brands I prefer.Are they getting kickbacks or subsidies to carry some things and not others? You may think this is due to supply side shortages -but this was happening before the delivery issues. I recently told a person running the service desk, that it felt like they were intentionally training me to HATE their location -and they've succeeded. After decades of shopping there, trust me when I say, "I WON'T BE BACK." Based on various conversations I've had, I'm not the only frustrated ex-customer.
