Great little Kroger! All the items I look for are usually in stock and the store is always neat and clean. The staff are friendly and attentive. They've got a good gourmet cheese selection, lots of kosher food items, and a nice little kitchenwares section.

I had the worst experience of my life in this store today. Now I remember why I pack my own food. A cashier with short hair, average size, brunette, whose name I couldn't see, attacked me physically and verbally even though she saw my state of pregnancy. I called the security guard to help me because she was speaking very rudely to us, she threw the food at us and what the guard did was try to kick me and my 2-year-old daughter out of the store. The guard saw when the cashier pushed me and I yelled at her not to touch me again. The guard did nothing except tell me that I had to leave, to wait for my husband outside the store. I hope Kroger in this location takes action because apparently they have a policy of protecting their employees, since the cashier was just mocking without concern, but there should also be a years-long customer protection policy. I have no desire to return to this store, what a bad day they put me through. An act of RACISM without a doubt since they realized that we did not speak English well.

Worst Kroger pharmacy in Louisville. Can’t retain any employees, even the employees tell you to go to other Kroger pharmacies. Takes weeks to get very important prescriptions. People say they order stuff and don’t. Have gone multiple days without insulin because someone kept “forgetting” to order it!

Fitst time in this Kroger. Their International Foods Section seems to carry alot more brands than the Kroger near our residence. Friendly staff, store was fairly clean and shelves were tidy.

The new layout with all body care items completely sectioned off from the rest of the store and requires an additional transaction is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever seen. Will no longer be shopping at this Kroger.

This Kroger has gone DOWN HILL fast from locking all the make-up lol to not opening the check cashing spot on time this is the reason why people have to pay a membership at a Costco or Sam’s just to do grocery shopping yall the new pic-pac

I had just left the pharmacy and the pharmacist call David was extremely sarcastically rude to me when I asked to pick up my medication that was supposed of been ready two days ago. He demands me to go ahead and sit down 85 minutes and then he comes back and says they don’t have enough I will have to wait until. I could have done without the sarcastic attitude David. If you don’t like your job, I suggest you find another careerOh, if you’re gonna be fake, at least be good at it

All I was saying there should be notices on the door to let customers know and she got rude with me saying that's not my job. Ok Linda don't inform the customers that keep this business open but oh well this is what get with a Horrible company and it's employees. Have a good day

Failure of Management understaffing at critical hours. Lines backed up into the aisles because at 5pm on a weekday there was one cashier on duty. Unacceptable. Also didn't update Black Friday hours so there's a crowd outside waiting for the kroger to open at stated hours.

Kroger - you have people logging into the online accounts trying to purchase products and pick them up from your store!!!! I am not located in Ky but this is the address that the pick up was requested from. Lucky for me my debit card is locked for this very reason. Please have your associates checking ID's on the pick ups at your location! I would hate this to happen to someone who needs that money!

I was reminded today why I usually bag my own groceries. Trying to help the elderly lady bagging with the last of my items, she grabbed them from me saying "don't tell me how to do my job" when another customer had to pick up and hand me a bag that had fallen off to side on the floor. Don't understand what personal things she has going on but being rude to customers trying to help is not appropriate.

This KROGER is one of the great ones in Louisville. They have everything, it’s organized, and the sales staff does a great job. It’s a new era in retail PERIOD. Gone are the days of service-with-a-smile WOW! Here are the live and let live, we’re here if we must be era. This KROGER manages to remain cheerful in spite of that. 👍

The people working here are extremely prejudice. Every time I come to this Kroger they call security and follow me around the store and I have never stolen a thing from them or even spoken to anyone beyond a friendly hello or thank you. Maybe have your lazy employees run the cash register or lift some boxes instead of standing around chatting all day and profiling young men. The prices here are insane compared to other grocery stores in town and maybe that's the problem... They probably do get a lot of theft because most people can't afford their products. The only reason this place does not have a one star is because not every single employee is like this towards me... Just a lot of them.

What a horrible cheesecake, what a disappointment for 20 dollars, packaging is deceiving. Walmart Cheesecake is lots better and doesn't cost as much.

Always out of stock on items. If you have to shop Kroger in this part of town , go to the Stoney Brook location, it's much better.Shopped at this location on 2-18-17. Out of Kroger Salted Peanuts (again). And of out stock again today (3-19-17). Out of distilled water 8-25-177They closed the store recently to restock and make improvements. Stopped by Feb 25 and they still have empty shelves all over the store.Stopped in June 1st in the middle of the day to get gummy bears for my wife who was recovering from surgery.The store looked ransacked as usual. They were out of all varieties of Kroger gummies and Black Forest gummies. I left my cart in the aisle and went to the Stoney Brook store which is where I should have gone in the first place.

Produce purchased at Breckinridge Lane on Monday. 3 of the 4 tomatoes were molded by Tuesday. Poor quality to say the least. Then, even we called customer service we were on hold 30 minutes with no answer. Absolutely horrible. We will be reaching out to corporate.

The grocery part of the store is fine. The pharmacy on the other hand...HORRIBLE! The staff working there are extremely rude (looking at you Dovy) and they frequently close several hours before the hours listed. So if you are picking up your meds after work, good luck. Seriously you would be better off going anywhere else then this place.

I love this Kroger never had any problems with them and for the people who has something to say about an curbside order or any other order where employees has to shop for you stop being so lazy and do your own shopping and your won't have any problems. I like this Kroger. I shop here in store, pick up, and delivery. I've had an issue with not receiving items I had delivered, but Kroger will make it right. The employees are nice and helpful.

I tried to get my prescription filled this evening and was told by Kennette, pharmacy tech (and who happens to be a mentor btw according to her name badge) that it wouldn't be filled tonight, there were too many prescriptions from this morning that needed filled. This was approximately 6:30pm when I arrived with my prescription and there was NOBODY there waiting to get their prescriptions. NOBODY. I pointed that out and was still told that they wouldn't fill it tonight. As a former pharmacy tech I know how long it takes to process and fill a prescription, less than 15 minutes start to finish. Customer service has gotten so poor within the last few years. When I was a pharmacy tech, if we had told a customer that we would have gotten written up and rightfully so. Granted I'm not going to die from not getting the prescription filled it's only prednisone, but would have hopefully started helping the problem sooner rather than later. I also know that I'm not special or different than any other customer, however when your business is CUSTOMER SERVICE that's what should be given.I get my regular medicine at that same store and I can say that I will be switching to a pharmacy that isn't Kroger. Not saying that as a threat or because I think I'm special, and I know what little money I spend at the pharmacy won't matter to their bottom line, but I don't have to shop somewhere that has such disregard for their customers.Just an update: I took the prescription to a different pharmacy Friday. It was a completely new pharmacy to me, Cox's Pharmacy off Manslick Rd. I wasn't in their system, so had to be added. From start to finish, the whole process took 7 minutes! That is customer service. So I'll be transferring my prescriptions to them, since my office is right across the road from them. If Kroger would have done their job, it would have taken less than 5 minutes. It truly is a shame what customer service has come to these days. So glad I found Cox's Pharmacy. They know what customer is and they delivery it.

Staple items constantly out of stock, I usually am unable to find at least one thing I am looking for when I go shopping at this kroger due to insufficient stock. Do yourself a favor and drive a few extra miles to another Kroger since you're probably going to have to anyways.
