Pharmacy does a great job ! U scan could be more attentive to customers when the scanner for items has you on freeze& you notice a couple times different employees laughing in conversation with customer& not paying attention& or just slow walking up& down isle like hating to be there! Trouble with the Healthy Food Card everytime! They use over the food stamp card which takes the entire order amount! Have been 3 different registers over this& in bad breathing, walking & back problems!

Quite a small store. Almost claustrophobic feeling! Tiny front lanes that get crowded very easily.I'm surprised Kroger didn't take advantage of the Kmart moving out of the same plaza, to expand and make a suitable size Kroger.This isn't my main store, but I do visit on occasion. Still, a nice store.

Smaller Kroger parking lot fit the smaller store. Not the best stocked store not a lot of variety compared to a regular size storeOnly self check out and one checkout labe open so longer then normal time.Needs parking lot clean open beer cans in lot

Love Kroger, and the selection can't be beat. Prices are not the greatest, but if you use kroger rewards, it is better. That is the case anywhere right now. But it's always worth visiting and my second choice right behind Meijer.

Mark, the guy who use to be in Meat and now the Deli is excellent. Always super nice when on the floor and makes the experience worth while. We would go to the meat section and not see him but found he was moved.

I like this Kroger because like others have said, it hasn't been updated to be the huge "super" stores like the rest of them. I think that because of its size and slightly more limited selection, it is easier for them to keep items in stock with the way things are now. Goss Ave Kroger is absolute chaos so I don't mind coming a bit father to shop at this one. Produce freshness could still be improved. But overall this has been one of my more pleasant kroger experiences.

Dangerous as hell!This store has crime written all over it. The parking lot is sketchy and the store has open food all over it and it's just dirty.Bet this one closes soon too if it keep going this bad.

I rode to this Kroger to purchase a particular item and get there Kroger only had 4 of the item when asked if I could get the item for the sale price because you suppose to purchase five of the items. I asked the manager on duty Vickie she stated I could purchase something else. I advised her I didn't not want anything else. So, instead of giving me the items for the sale price because they didn't have 5 there she wanted me to purchase something else. I left the store. Not a friendly store at all!

I go here all the time because it's close to my job and they are always out of what I need. I haven't been able to get the formula that I need for more than 6 months because they never have it in stock. The lady at the U-Scan is always lurking all over people like they are stealing, when they are in fact paying customers. There's a difference between doing your job and profiling. This makes me feel uncomfortable.

I have been a loyal Kroger customer for years. I like the fact that most of their stores are traditional groceries, not the mega mart type of place. Employees are always friendly and stores are typically clean and well stocked.

This store in my neighborhood is smaller, less frantic and crowded with a less full parking lot and a gas station. They usually have everything I need but if I need anything like a special cheese or Boars Head deli meat, I have to go to another Kroger.The staff is very nice and the one who was kind of weird and sometimes belligerent retired, I think.He liked to joke with people, but if you returned a joke he would change into Mr. Hyde. Once he told me my card was declined but it really wasn’t. He liked doing mean little things sometimes. I’m glad he’s gone.

Customer service is absolutely wonderful there. The staff is very polite and Charming. Actor shopping there for so long you get acquainted with some of the workers. So it's a very friendly and family environment to me. Thank you Kroger's

Getting kinda busy... Seems like many more people are using this Kroger and not as much parking available. Great selection, salad and olive bar, gourmet cheese area and sushi made on site. Has a little clinic now, too!

I've been shopping here for better than a decade. Staff are great. I get special orders filled with lots of smiles. Doug and Billy in meats, Todd and Patrick in the pharmacy. Tristan, Ken, Ben, Jennifer, and Nancy up front. They are all hard working and very helpful. Garrick is always in a cheerful happy mood. Quinta ans Lilian are very helpful at the customer service counter. You just can't find a bad worker here. All are helpful, willing, and nice. Handicapped parking and accessibility. Bathroom available in back if needed. Self checkout with worker right there. Speedy line for 15 items or less. Full service lines for larger purchases. Patience in every line. Large and small bascarts, hand carried baskets, electric wheelcart basket available as well.

This is one of the few smaller Kroger's left and I thoroughly enjoyed shopping there. I was able to get in, get what I needed and get out in a very reasonable time. I had only pleasant interactions with everyone, including other customers.

I shop alot at the Goss kroger. Vickie was very nice in customer service. I seen one employee going above and beyond to help a customer I believe his name was Colby. It wasnt shoulder to shoulder crowded. It was clean and stocked. I had a stress free trip lol

Vicki Alex and Ben are definitely the worst employees.Vicki threw my items down the line because it was 11:47pm and they close at 12.Ben and alex where standing behind her when she looked back they all laughed.She was so busy being rude she did not even notice she had scanned 2 different people's order together.Needless to say I will never return to this store because of these 3 immature employees.

I was in that store on Dec 3. The lady who checked me out was so very Rude. I asked her to not throw anything else I was going to buy. She had some kind of problem. Her name was Terry. I told her to stop ringing my stuff up. Got the manager on duty was not very helpful. So I will be calling there 1800 num and calling the store to talk to Randell tomorrow 12/4. Unbelievable customer service.
