Love the selection of fresh fruits & vegetables here. Prices & customer assistance are always good. Having a Kroger card is so beneficial. You really are rewarded for shopping there!

Another great day for the Shop and Share. Much like last year, everyone was very generous in giving back to those who have a very special need. Thank you to our Southend neighbor's who helped us raise 14 carts of support. We will see you again next year.

I apologize for spending $110 lastnite in the store, taking and hour to get back to my car.I will not return because if I'm not loitering, it dont matter how long I'm in the store. Horrible security.

My wife and I purchased some groceries and some beer today. The reason we purchased the beer "Bud light" was because of the rebate offer on the 30 pack. We started to check out at the self check out line and when finished we expected the rebate for the beer but it didn't print it was blank. So we talked to the cashier in the self check out area. She informed us this has happened before and she wished they get it fixed and called the store manager Matthew. Matthew walked right up to the security and the cashier and began to speaking harshly without even greeting us or looking at us. He told us to call some number and they would most likely put the amount of the rebate on our kroger card. We said no we would like a refund for the beer he states that by law can't refund alcohol. I said that is unacceptable and lm not leveing without my money he proceeds to walk away rudely and finally another manager Laso walks up and ask if we left the store and we had not and refunded our money. No apology for the inconvenience nothing! It's truly sad that we had to experience that.

Purchased a pepperoni and cheese snack tray at this Kroger came to find out it had mold in the cheese after opening the package when I came home. Expiration date don’t expire until September. Will not not return

The pharmacy here is the slowest and rudest I have ever even heard of.You give him 48 hours to get your medicine ready they still show up until you 6 more hours cuz they're too lazy to get the s*** done in the first place. Happened on multiple occasions.Not to mention the 40-minute line.Do yourself a favor go literally anywhere else.

The pharmacy use to be great. Now they have went down hill badly. They filled all my daughters medical supplies last month. This month claimed that she has a secondary insurance that did not exist in their system. These were needles for her insulin pens and another for her blood sugar. All the sudden those two things weren’t covered because it said she had a secondary insurance which was false. The insurance company made attempts to get them to bypass this because this wasn’t correct that they do cover those things they covered them last month. They knew better than to refuse to hand me the needles that were covered under my daughters health insurance and her monitor. Then yesterday magically my daughters pen needles were sent to another Kroger pharmacy which I did not request nor did I authorize. It’s kind of funny that last week they had the pen needles there at the pharmacy then mysteriously sent them somewhere else. Then with my health insurance in the system it was oh you’re gonna have to pay this much money which is over $1000, this is not correct. Their system is messed up and apparently they have no clue what they’re doing. They know good and well my daughter can’t take her insulin without those needles. There are two really good people there that know how to use the system and can fix anything. So I will go over there today and if I continue to have problems not only am I switching because I am, I’m filing one hell of a complaint. This Pharmacy is going to screw around and put somebody in the hospital because what if they cannot switch to another pharmacy? There was no reason for this to happen. Thank you so much.

Pretty decent. Lot of specialty items, as well as many discounted items. Very quick when using self-checkout.I prefer this to many of the other stores for a quick in-and-out. Much easier to navigate, and not as crowded. Makes for a quick trip!Store is clean, employees were friendly.

Me and a friend shopped in there this morning. It was the first time I have been in this store in years. The store was nice and clean. Their employees are very friendly, I joked and kidded around with a few while I was shopping and checking out. The only problem I noticed is they have quite bit of their stock in what is called "fronted" in their store. Where they pull what they have on the shelves to the front to make it look like they have more on the their shelves than they do. I am noticing more and more stores are doing that now though/

One star because I can't give 0. I have been treated like a thieve in this store so many times over the years, even had former "guards" pull at my jackets. Their most recent is them calling managers and "security" each time I look at the plushies they have, especially since I found some Easter ones laying on the shelf back in June. Bought one today and one of the employees asked if that was mine while I was outside getting my stuff ready to head home.There's too many things that I could list that has happened over the years of how I've been treated, but I'd be leaving a novel instead of a review.

This location had a good selection of products to meet our needs. There was a reasonable wait during checkout and the service was also okay. Immediate improvements can be made by insisting upon delivering great customer service and using a teamwork approach to overall cleanliness.

I was a customer at the Kroger deli on 11/28/2021 @ 2pm. I walked to the deli counter and an elderly lady approached me and said, "What do you want?". I was surprised by the greeting. I felt how she said it was rude and unwelcoming. Instead of entertaining her behavior, I informed her that I wanted chicken wings. She asked me how many. There were a handful of wings in the pan so I told her I will take 5 but looking at the condition of the wings I decided to take 4 instead. She informed me her co worker needed to put down more chicken. I explained to the woman I am fine with 4. Then, As she placed the wings in the box she explained to me the wings are spicy I told her ok I will take them. She said, "What?". Then, dumped my chicken back into the pan. I asked her what she was doing?. She said, you said ok which means you didn't want them. I told her ok means I will take them. Then, she attempted to argue with me,. I stopped her and told her not to argue with customers. Once again, she dumped by chicken in the pan and walked away. I reported her to management. I had been a customer of Kroger for over 20 years, and also worked for them for a couple of years. I had never experienced such rude and disrespectful behavior. Kroger needs to be careful who they hire because it takes one person to bring a company down

Although I love the staff at this store, the store itself is always filthy. It concerns me as to why you always have to enter and exit out of the same door. You have to walk through a sea of people checking out and standing in line at the service desk... I’m not sure how this is following CDC guidelines. They have a security guard who just sits in the chair and plays on his phone. Keep the produce door open until at least a hour before closing time, closing during rush after everyone has gotten off work is down right careless. The manager needs to be talked to about cleaning and CDC guidelines.

The store and staff are great ...I just don't understand why they are allowing people to still enter without masks or some type of facial cover. This is scary and very irresponsible and jeopardizing the staff and those around is crazy. I'm probably gonna have to shop elsewhere for the simple fact that Covid19 is not going away anytime soon and it seems that they are more worried about offend some.one rather than take a stand

The Pharmacy has some serious issues. I've called them twice trying to determine the status of a blood pressure med. After routing my call through the menu, it rang for over 10 minutes without anyone picking up. Didn't even have the courtesy to ask me to "Hold Please". I get being under staffed, but turning off the phone system or ignoring customers calls isn't the answer to the staffing issue. Hire more staff!

It's not the greatest Kroger. Old building and pretty limited stock options. The staff is generally nice and they almost always have security and police on-site. If you are used to the more modern Kroger's you might want to travel the extra mile to the newer one just down the road.

I dropped a lens out of the frames of my glasses after asking an employee only thing she could tell me was to walk into the bathroom or check the baskets again. After explaining I can't see I can't even drive without my glasses there was no concern there was no one trying to help.. would love to get a call back. The lens fit sure fell out inside the store. I was totally helpless.. NOT ONE SINGLE EMPLOYEE WANTED TO HELP. One lady said " girl go in the bathroom and look". I do know people have to clean at night.. why not try to be more helpful??!! Our just a? lil ' more pleasant?! I'm really hoping and praying to get a call back but I don't see it happening.

They have recently remodeled. It seemed fine before and is still fine. The service is excellent, generally. I don't like that they discontinued their gourmet bagel topped with "Asiago cheese & Jalapenos". It was replaced with a bagel with no cheese and jalapenos inside the dough. And they are usually out of bagels by early afternoon. :(

It seemed like a clean and well stocked Kroger. They had what I needed and check out was quick. Their electric cars were fully charged and easy to handle. I've been to other stores where the cart died before the second aisle. That's not fun when you have congestive heart failure, but that wasn't the case here. Will definitely go back

This is a pretty decent neighborhood grocery and often a great place to find bread and meat on special. In all departments, the selection is more limited than at some of the newer locations, but still pretty good (which may or may not be a drawback — makes it easier to find the things you need; shopping is less overwhelming).The store is clean and the staff is personable, and if you're feeling unsociable, the U-scan lanes are now set up for larger orders.

This store is lucky it even gets 1 star the employees r rude and disrespectful. And futher more I was in there today and a manager was degrading a worker right in front of the checkouts using foul language and treating the employee like a child. That should have been done behind the scenes not in front of customer's that's uncalled for

Quick and friendly service. Store aisles are sometimes cluttered with inventory and stockers aren't much help. Most were busy and wearing ear buds. But it's not to hard to navigate with detailed signs above each aisle. plus they offer western union

Was in this store the other day and got something from the deli. The man who waited on me wore his mask and properly. But the other worker did not even have one on, and she kept coming around me and talking. As I left 3 workers in the bakery department, behind the counter were all standing right at the counter and all of their masks were under their chins. Really don't put them on if your not going to wear them right. It looks stupid! Useless

Well kept up. The customer service man made sure to help me first even though he was obviously bust with something else. The bathroom was clean and well kept even though there are so many people from the comunity that use it. They had a good variety of items on sale each time I went.

I prefer this Kroger to the larger more modern stores. First of all most of the employees are very nice, well informed and fast at the checkout. One example, I was on phone with husband, who was parking car and told him to download a coupon (we were in big rush) employee over heard and let me know that we didn't need coupon. Its things like that, I really appreciate. They always have someone available in meat dept, produce dept, and manager in aisle by registers. Its my main store and most likely always will be. I don't need to be able to buy work boots, snow tires and underwear at my grocery. Good ground beef and some fresh veggies is good enough for me. Keep up the good work 2nd Street Kroger.

I love Little Kroger! The parking lot isn't littered with carts so you can park easily. The store is clean and the employees are always helpful. There is always someone to bag your things and walk you out if you need help. New Cut Kroger could learn a lot from them.
