I was just checking out at the self checkout when a female cashier was loudly degrading and other employee John. John clearly has some special needs and was bringing coffee to this employee who scolded him for thinking it was Hers, then continued to speak to him like he was a toddler. This behavior is absolutely disgusting! I tried to tell a manger but no one was around.

Nice. For quick shopping of fruits vegetables and milk. Great neighborhood Kroger with pharmacy and gas station. Conveniently located with big parking lot. Neatly organized. Fresh fruits and vegetables. You get almost all the groceries here. Great price too. Have good collection of wines and beers.

For the most part this is a very good store. The two stars are for the deli department, which seems to be hardly open anymore. Half the time I go there it is closed with a couple of employees in back that are unable or unwilling to help actual customers. The store is convenient but isn't anymore when I have to go there more than once to get groceries. I am going to start shopping at different store where I only have to make one trip and their deli is open.

Don’t bother going to this location. Store is dirty, has very little selection. They will also refuse to help you. Stood at deli and while multiple workers passed me, nobody said a word. I tried to flag someone down and they all ignored me. I called the store and they said no one was available in the deli while they had an entire hot bar full of food. Last time visiting this location despite its very convenient location to my work. Super disappointing.

Kroger-LInn Station Rd. is generally well-stocked. Produce is fresh. Pharmacy works well. Staff are helpful and friendly. Parking can be tedious. Checkout time varies considerably depending on the day/time. This store operates better than most other Kroger stores.

This Kroger is good for anyone with grocery anxiety. I’m in and out pretty fast. It’s usually not busy when I go. The people that work there are extremely nice and helpful. It’s nice to actually not dread going to Kroger.

I stopped by to get a money order for my rent. The cashier at the customer service desk was on lunch break. I asked a lady working in the self checkout area to get someone to help me and she proceeded to answer phone calls and assist other customers. Finally I asked another cashier to call the manager. The manager was outside and after I finally got him he had to go find someone else to help me. Thete were about 4 other people waiting also. I spent my whole lunch break in line waiting for a money order 😡

I needed assistance at the customer service counter , when I arrived it was closed . I looked over at my friend and quietly said of course they are closed this was the third store we had been to. A lady ( I believe her name was Kelly ) said what is wrong , we explained what we needed and she grabbed a girl going to lunch ( Marie I believe ) and had her help us at the desk . She was so pleasant and quick to help even though they were short staffed and we interrupted her lunch break. Good customer service is so rare these days and I just wanted to give a shout out to them. Ill come back to that Kroger just because of them ! I hope Kroger knows what great staff they have and appreciates them.

Best Kroger in Louisville!!! All the staff is amazing and they are always so friendly. My elderly mother requires the use of the little auto carts and they just got all new ones so well done Kroger!!! Keep up the great work! 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽

Usually a decent experience shopping at this location. Some of the staff / employees here are rude and there are sometimes nats / flys on the vegetables but overall a decent spot to get groceries.

Kroger is my grocery haven! Fresh produce, great deals, and friendly staff. Plus, the variety is unbeatable. Shopping here is a pleasure every time. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I went today on 03/04 at 12:41 PM to customer service Kelly was working and refused to serve a customer "me".All I asked for is can I get a money order and she said no I can't because I have to open another line due to other customers.This is horrible customer service and I will not shop at this Kroger location.Kroger should fire this kind of people because it's bad reputation for this kind of big company.Anyways if anyone need to reach out and apologize you can contact me back.I spend 15 minutes in traffic to get to this location which is in my neighborhood.For customers please don't go and shop here. Their attitude is horrible and stupid. Very disappointed from Krogers.

I had just had a very hard day at work and stopped in to buy some soft drinks. I was $1 short but the wonderful cashier took money out of her own pocket to pay the $1 + tax. I did not catch her name, but I was in the serve yourself lane 5/16 at around 4:15. I really demand that this wonderful lady should get a nice raise, as she got me to be a very loyal customer. I wish to thank her again for her kindness.

Everyone is so nice here. So easy to get in and get out. 6:41 of a Friday and busy, but the new person at the deli was a joy as was the cashier over toward the greeting cards and exits. Runs smoothly and just enough selection to get everything I need.

Produce always looks picked over and new self checkout system on the long conveyer belt requires every single item to be weighed on the belt or it will kick the item back for rescanning. I had to have the poor employee sit there and override almost all of the items because the belt doesn’t seem recognize items that weigh less than 5 lbs.

The Kroger is usually accurate in regards to pharmacy services. My prescription is usually correct. Except for the few times when it is not.If you let them know ahead of time, you do not need to tell them you need GoodRx if you are a regular.I have used this location for about 5 years to get my prescription. Every 30 days. They do a well enough job to where I can say I am satisfied.

Good kroger there all pretty much the same one complaint is that I can no longer find a kroger store that sells lime jarritos a couple claim to have them online but when you get there there always sold out bring back lime jarritos and give me a reason to shop here and not walmart

This Kroger is just hard to navigate for a quick stop. I'm sure it's super convenient for those as a frequent customer, but I always feel like my 1 stop every 2-3 months is just long enough for them to move things around and be lost again. I'm not going to lose my stop on the way home from work, so I'll just get over it that it takes longer than a quick run in and out.

I've shopped at this great little Kroger for about a year and a bit..it's always clean, the staff friendly, very efficient at the checkouts, best fruits and veg (okay, Valumarket is great there too). I've also found them willing to order in product that they normally don't carry. More than once at the checkout I've had staff unloading my cart onto the belt, another checking it through and another bagging. I've NEVER had awesome service like that at ANY other store! Highly recommend.

Visted today March 8, 2016 and was highly impressed. I have never felt so welcomed at a store. I visit different Kroger stores all the time and this one really stands out every time I visit. The staff asked if I needed help and as I walked passed other employees they all asked how I was doing or politely said hello. None of their smiles seemed "forced" and everyone was working.

This Kroger Signature carries and excellent and unique selection! Being a vegetarian, I love their produce and soy product choices. To top it off, the store is always very clean and bright, the shelves are kept full, and the staff make a point of being friendly and helpful. I always shop here; even if I could possibly get a cheaper price elsewhere, no other store matches them for overall shopping quality.

I love how small this Kroger feels, it seems like it's a secret between those that work in the area and especially those that live in the area. It is often stocked with exactly what I need, except Heineken I suspect it's an area favorite as often as it's sold out. The people see you enough that they understand just about how each customer operates. Personally I'm not a talker, after about two times seeing someone they accept this and will carry on a lengthy conversation with the next person. They cater their attitudes depending upon the customer...sometimes.The gentleman that often runs the U-Scan lane is often very rude like he has a chip on his shoulder. He has little spring to his step and often is fully decorated with a scowl just in case you thought he'd have a nice word or even a "thank you" when you see him. The more "experienced" cashiers are often the same as well. I feel that they guess they experienced this planet for long enough so they'll be damned if they have an attitude that is above the "go to hell" level. Outside of these two types of employees everyone else that works there has been nothing but friendly and helpful.

Very unpleasant today Sept. 16 about 2:30. First of all the store was busy but only TWO lanes were open! In one of those lanes was a new checker who was having some difficulty. Part of it was the fact there was no management to assist him. He had to ask the checker in the next lane for help. This backed up BOTH OPEN lanes.I felt sorry for this gentleman. Management only came to assist after lanes were very backed up and someone finally called the office.I just couldn't believe the new checker wasn't put either in an express lane with a smaller number of items or someone wasn't there to help him.Very disappointed with the management.
