We have had an Invisible Fence for around 10 years now with multiple dogs. When our dog Lola began "escaping" we called Invisible Fence and they were quick to assess our situation. Everyone I have ever encountered at Invisible Fence has always been nice, but Kaleb went above and beyond. He made multiple trips out to work with us and our dog and to make sure Lola was safe. We have had our invisible fence for nearly 15 years—since we have been in our current home. We have two older dogs who really don’t even use the collars anymore, but know their boundaries. Recently we added a third dog, a highly active 1 year old standard poodle. We have had excellent service—from the initial phone call talking to a lovely girl who was in Texas (who let me talk through how I was going to introduce the new dog to the older two)—to the skilled trainers who visited the home to train Lamar! Caleb was so patient with me as I needed to understand how some of the training had changed through the years. Chris was excellent with Lamar and even offered a technique to stop him from pulling. And finally, Whitney was amazing!! She is so great at training!!! She offered her own dog as a distraction and was so patient with Lamar. We are on track to zoomie freedom for this big guy…which will make life much easier in the house for my 2 older dogs. I've had IFB for years and have been very happy with the fence and their services, until my last appointment. I had one of my German shepherd running through the fence (3x in 10 days). I'd even put 2 B+ receivers on her.When I called for an appointment I'd specifically for Jake the trainer to come. That I was sure that my shepherd would need a Max collar, I was told Jake would be there.To my surprise another trainer/service tech showed. He didn't bring Max collars but said he turned up the B+to 5.5, I had been under the impression that that collar had already been turned all up. He didn't work with either of my shepherds!!!Needless to say my shepherd ran through the fence that night.I have figured out how to keep her in the yard... So far anyway.The technician was here for approximately 15 minutes the cost was $197.62.... as far as I'm concerned he didn't do anything to help with my situation..

I've had my invisible fence for 12 years but we recently rescued 2 new dogs and they needed to be trained on the fence. The original collar we had broke and they honored the lifetime warranty and gave us a new one. The trainers were different for every training session and that offered a lot of knowledge from each one. The last trainer (Haley) even gave my dogs a toy out of her own pocket. The dogs love it, see pic attached. Everyone with this company really does love dogs.Update: a new photo is attached showing the dogs staying in the fence boundaries while the kids hunted for Easter eggs. It took about 2 months of work but the girls BOTH are now staying in the boundaries.

I was extremely cautious on whether this would be a good investment for us because our Jasper is an 80 lb baby with lots of energy who loves to run and explore. I am now a believer! Everyone was extremely courteous and engaging from the installer, sales team, scheduling and of course our special trainer. Jasmine was a fantastic, patient and caring trainer. She was wonderful training Jasper (and mostly myself :) ) on how to successfully learn the barriers and use the entire yard. He definitely tested limits and our trust, but we can now feel comfortable with him spending alone time outside! I never thought I would see that day. We are forever thankful for Jasmine and the entire staff at Invisible Fence of Greater Louisville.

We chose Invisible Fence because of the provided training as well as the continuing training. We had a trainer come 5 times to work with us and our two pups. We have an anxious dog and we needed to work up to the full power setting gradually so as to not scare him. It worked! Our trainer, Jasmine, was so kind and helpful. I will begin by saying it wasn't as expensive as I feared, and follow that by saying that even if it had been, it would have been well worth it. Installation was easy (at least for me -- I didn't do anything), and what has really impressed me is that they didn't take the money, install the fence, and disappear: Anita has come back repeatedly to get to know our dog, train her with the fence, and make sure her collar was adjusted properly. It is NOT a one-size-fits-most product -- they take as much time as needed to fine tune the system. Our dog and we are very happy.

I would like to mention how satisfied I am with the Services I received from Chris Disponett and Anita Anderson in helping to solve my latest issue with my Invisible Fence. My fence was down and two previous technicians came to my place to troubleshoot the cause. These two were unable to solve the problem and even misdiagnosed the causes. These technicians then recommended that I install the GPS System because they said my underground wire system covered too much of an area and was most likely damaged by moisture.Since my fence was only a few years old, I felt uncertain about their recommendations. In my frustration, I contacted Anita who took my case seriously and told me that they would try their best to correct the problem. She then dispatched Chris to my place and he took the job very seriously. He found where there was a break in the line and repaired it immediately.I am so grateful to Anita and Chris for their sincere concern about my problem. The professionalism and diligence they extended to me not only corrected my problem but restored my faith in the Company. My fence is operational and I’m so relieved.

We have a very active, energetic and FAST mixed-breed puppy and, having a big yard, we wanted her to have the opportunity to run and play and expend some of that endless energy. INVISIBLE FENCE just fit the bill…we now have a very large area for Asta to romp and play in and she is a happy dog…which makes us in turn happy owners!Our experience with Invisible Fence was positive from Day 1 which was the sales call by Nicole. Knowledgeable, personable and obviously the ultimate dog lover…we clicked with her right away…as did our pup. Then came training, first indoors with the magic disk to get Asta used to the warning sound of the device in an area I want to keep her out of. Trainers Anita and Jasmine worked with her on this and they were both wonderfully enthusiastic, friendly and encouraging. Next came installation by TJ and we got to know another impressive member of the Invisible Fence team. He explained what was involved and how he was going to do this project. Because the ground was solidly frozen on installation day, he pinned the wire so the fence was operational and we could start training. Which we did and Anita was wonderful and patient getting Asta used to her boundaries and we all bonded in the process. Then, on the first warmer day, TJ returned and buried the wire with his helper (I didn’t catch his name). Here I have to mention the only (minor) thing I was not quite happy with…namely that clumps of the removed soil were left on my lawn along the fence line. I guess I’ll have to remove those myself once the weather gets nicer.All in all, our experience was a good one from start to finish and the fact that there is a lifetime guarantee for the system gives us peace of mind.And we have a happy puppy who now can run off-leash to her heart’s content!! THAT really is the most important thing to us as loving and caring dog owners.🐾❤️🐾

We had the Invisible Fence installed at our home knowing we'd be adding a rescue to our family soon, and didn't want to ruin our back yard with the addition of a fence. The technology fit our property much better than that of the competition and the service has been outstanding. We've had follow up training (for us and Macy) for several weeks after the install while she gets comfortable with the yard and system. You may pay a bit more for their newer perimeter technology and product, but the service that comes along with it is well worth the investment. Nicole has been great to work with and even came out immediately when Macy had a "breakout," to test the equipment. Turns out, it was just Macy testing us! This product can and does work on larger/stronger dogs, don't be discouraged by those who say it doesn't. We're happy to be able to enjoy all of our open space without the boundaries and eyesore of a fence!

We have owned and raised weimaraners for more than 30 years and we've always used Invisible Fence of Greater Louisville because we know it works. Over the years we have corralled and returned several dogs wearing other brands that had escaped their containment areas. That never happened with our dogs. And with this heat, very diligent in doing the work to get the system up & running again.Due to breaks in the line from excavation work, I fortunately had upgraded on my maintenance plan because I had to call for service 3 different times.First time Jacob got the system going again. The second time Jacob & Brendan were here & had to hand-dig to bury the line across the driveway.This third time, the neighboring field was being re-terraced & I didn’t think to warn them about the line. Brendan Ronk made quick work of locating the breaks in the line & relaid a portion of new line. I think when Brendan was here the last time he was in training. We absolutely love our Invisible Fence. We have a new puppy (5 months old). It only took about 4 visits from Lyndsay (the invisible fence trainer) and a little practice with the puppy, and she was 100% trained in about a month. Now we can let her outside, and even if joggers, other dog walkers, or kids come down the sidewalk, she will sit just short of the fenceline and not cross.It has given our puppy complete freedom of the entire yard, without the need of a leash or chain. The puppy is very happy with the yard, and we are very happy with the invisible fence.If you have a dog but don't have an invisible fence, we highly recommend you get one!
