This place was AMAZING! The staff are funny and courteous and the sheer availability of flavors, toppings, add-ins, and drizzles is enough to boggle your mind. The ice is nicely crushed and just melts in your mouth. The flavors are nice and light, without a hint of syrupy, stickiness. To add to that, the staff are willing to try new variations and combinations, resulting in a wonderful, personalized experience from start to delicious finish. I went here with friends and will absolutely be revisiting soon.

The employees are very friendly, patient and informative. The servings are well over the money spent and The variety of shaved ice combinations are uniquely pleasant. I love how they make your treat right in front of you also. Kids were amazed by the process. The banana cream is one to talk about. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

The best shaved ice in town. It beats a slushie any day. It's a good way to cool down and enjoy a delicious refreshing sweet treat! My favorite is the watermelon flavor with the sour gummy stripes on top. There are so many choices to chose from the flavors to the toppings. You can definitely taste the difference from regular syrups. The staff is friendly and the customer service was exceptional. I will definitely be back time after time.

By far the absolute best shaved ice that I’ve had the opportunity to taste in Louisville, Ky. It’s always busy, but well worth the wait! This place has the largest assortment of flavors. Opened late! Even my dogs enjoyed their tasty treats from Inolvi’s Shave Ice Temptations. Family friendly and pet friendly. Can’t beat that! If you’re ever in Louisville, Ky with a taste for shaved ice, I highly recommend that you stop here! Help support locally owned, minority owned, veteran owned business!

We've been there several times! Super cute shack! They have lots of flavors and toppings! Very nice staff! The only down fall to this place is you can't sit anywhere due to the syrup and bees everywhere! Other than that it is great! We loved it! 😍

Took my kids here and the shaved ice was very flavorful all the way to the last bite! The lady was working by herself and the line was long she maintained her friendliness and quickness! Great customer service!

The guy Gator that is in there is awesome. Today is his first day on the register and he had messed up the order but was able to correct it and was very nice. I believe he is going to be a great addition to the team. You did awesome Gator!

Was not worth the money or the drive here. There was only enough flavor to cover the top of the shaved ice and the rim down was pure ice. Would not reccomend.Edit to respond to owner: If you truly cared about how you make your customers feel, you would have not left such a snarky and unprofessional response. It's ironic how you mention how much negative energy I put into a review when literally the majority of your personal reviews for other businesses are negative. As you can see I have supported several Latino establishments, and just because you are a fellow Latino, it does not change the poor experience I had at your business. Your response just shows me how unprofessional you are. I understand she was new and would have changed my review if you would have left it at that. You didn't want my expierence to be anything but unforgettable, and believe me, I will not be forgetting this expierence for a long time.

Terrible experience. Area is not well maintained and my nephew fell in a manhole cover, which was under the tent set up by this place. My sister in-law told an employee and they said the manager told them they did not care. The manager heard them say that and started yelling at them in front of the customers. Then the manager fired the employee. The manager then told the customers that it is not his responsibility. When asked why he did not move the tent away from the manhole cover he said it was his employees fault. Making it obvious that he really did not care about the customers wellbeing. Another customers mentioned that they too had a child fall in the manhole cover and the manager did not respond. This happened after the purchase of our snowcones. We asked for a refund instead of the snow cones. The manager was very slow to refund us our money, which felt like a power play to control the situation. His lack of concern and quickness to blame reflected poorly on his character. His poor management style became more apparent when another employee quit on the spot. I will not be going back.

Since new ownership this past year this place has gotten a million times better. So many toppings flavors and extras. They have new things on the menu every single time I go and they even have pup cups! Absolutely love this place

Out of 5 shaved ice's, only 2 was made as ordered. Even though the 3 wrongly made cost nearly $30, they did not want to re-make the order. It was quite an ordeal. I expect to pay for what I order.

The person at the register was eating a snow cone while also trying to cash me out but couldn't figure out how the register worked. It appeared that the two young boys that were supposed to be helping him were sitting outside sharing a bag of chips. The music was also so loud I couldn't hear the cashier and the tables were sticky.
