We have been very fortunate to have Sandra at Honest Home work on two important projects for us. She converted an ugly and worn brass bar top and replaced with a beautiful new bar and a beautiful stone tile back splash. It brightened our entire kitchen. She also gave us excellent suggestions on solving the problem of shower water splashing out on the bathroom floor and gave us the name of the company to do it for our home in Michigan. It was done quickly and exactly as she suggested. We trust Honest Home's judgment and their work and highly recommend them.

Do yourself a favor. . .avoid this place. We paid them $250 for an estimate/design on a bathroom renovation. She came out to our home to take measurements, and then we never heard back from them. After two months, I called them and she said they'd follow up the next week to show us the design. Again, nothing happened. After numerous unreturned phone calls, I went into the store FOUR MONTHS LATER and asked for a refund. She cut me a check on the spot and gave a nonsensical story about why they hadn't followed up. Can't return our calls, but can still cash our check. Pure malarkey. Unprofessional & just a waste of time.

Honest Home refinished the flooring in my 110 year old house. There was a paint or some other coating on the original pine sub floors of the home and we initially feared it would take longer to get the sanding process done. To our surprise though it was done not only on time, but with much care. HH didn't have as dark of a color stain in stock as I wanted initially, but went beyond and found an acceptable substitute to try and we ended up with a gorgeous (not yellow at all) pine floor! The update was just what the house needed and I am so happy to have worked with Sandra and her crew on getting it done.

Beginning of April '18 I began calling Honest Home regarding Solar Tube installation. No call back so went to Solar Tube for a recommendation....Honest Home! Well, finally got Story Simpson to call & email me. He passed me off to a (sounded like) young woman. They hemmed & hawed 4 over 2 weeks now about setting up a date just 2 come look at. I finally asked who owned the company & young lady said she did. I finally gave up & told her I would find someone else that does want my business. She kept making excuses for 2 weeks her scheduling system wouldnt open up.

More like dishonest, Sandra is the one who help us remodel the business which she accepted and did not have enough workers at all. She delayed the project and we let it go because we was being patients and she delay it again 3 more times! When we ask questions, she was not straight forward. Work was half done and charged us double as if it was finish and the finishing was horrible.
