Company I was working for wanted us to fuel the vehicles here since they offer gas and diesel both. 2 separate times I had my company card hacked. We never kept but a few dollars on them so both times the transactions were denied, luckily. Both times I went inside and explained to the cashier and manager what had happened, they acted as either they didn't care or they didn't know what to do. I usually used pay at the pump so I'm guessing card skimmers with cameras to grab your code. I even checked the terminals and nothing. But I was 100 % sure it happened here.

I live right up the street so I am in this store multiple times a night. The young black guy on 3rd shift is so nice and always in a great mood. Always helpful and attentive. ❤️

This place is awful. All employees are high on pills or something. They are aggravated if you buy something because they have to work. The Deli that makes the food for people on the go has absolutely Nothing. It doesn't matter what time I've gone in there is nothing. She is always to busy to cook because she is busy on her phone. Don't go in there expecting to get service.

The employees are always nice and welcoming but it does seem like u have a couple that just stand around while a couple are working there a## off.that dont seem fare maybe im wrong.i love the food they serve its always hot and fresh.and they have a large selection of snacks and drinks.Fivestar is one of my favorite gas stations.i definitely would recommend

Trash service at night. Dude at the counter having a full out conversation ignoring people in the line waiting to get gas.. learn proper customer service skills and maybe you'll get better reviews!

Inconsistent. One time they’re great the next thing they are terrible. Never count on their tire machine to work. If you need to air up your tire drive to the Thornton’s on Dixie Highway off of the Snyder. Usually the bad service is early in the morning before they’ve had their coffee I guess. The bad thing about it is that you are at their mercy because they are basically the only station around. Remember though that not all of the workers are disrespectful to the customers. It’s just a few of them. The steam table has pretty good food though.

If you fill up and use your debit card when they asked you if you want to receipt always say yes because I put way too much and usually when I don’t use all the gas it goes back to the card but it didn’t and they happen to asked me if I wanted a receipt, and I said no so I lost out on $25 never again

Color me impressed! I've not seen a 5 star food mart before but I will be on the alert for them now as I travel.Clean bathrooms, hot food and baked goods. Hard to beat, except this one also sold BP gas. All the fuel me and the Cadillac Express needed.Keep up the good work guys and gals.

Disrespectful management, they talk down to employees. I even over heard a blonde manager with glasses taking about an old employee saying negative things, no common sense and faked a mental illness. That kid helped me anyway he could. Hope you see this kid, you deserve better than here. Im never shopping here again. Corporate needs to get rid of this store immediately. -Will C.

I dropped my debit card early in the morning I went back not even 10 minutes later and they told me they couldn’t give it to me. I went back 8 hrs later after work and they told me to come back tomorrow. They are some thieves and liars. Watch your money and debit cards.

Should be called One Star Food Mart. Very rude, bad and greedy people. I stopped by thinking its a truck stop and I can fill up quick, get some food and go since I was in a hurry. Well I was in for a surprise. There is a young blond cashier lady there that has no idea what she is doing. Long story short, I had to start both pumps on both sides on my truck, guess what, its only prepay and have to set amount. There is no big receit even tho she told me there is and I wasted 45 min fueling there because of her laxk of knowledge how commercial fueling works. Than on top of all the frustration, I decided to get some wings, a salad and a hot cup of water. I was a lil surprised when she told me six wings and a small salad cost $15.50. When a looked at the receit, the wings were 1.25 a piece plus she charged me 1.44 for the foam cup. I have just spent $550 American Dolars in diesel fuel there and she is charging me 1.44 for a foam cup? The lady menager came and said she overcharged you, should have been 50c. WHAT? No humanity what so ever, so rediculous! I just left, wasted enough time with those ...

I love this place. Always have had a great experience. Same workers all the time so it’s nice to come somewhere you know the service you will receive. Oh and I heard a guy say they have the best coffee !!

was there this morning, a lady was just packaging fresh cinnamon rolls, i asked for a fresh one twice, she was rude with me and told me to take one of the old ones. i travel up cane run to the express way ill take my business to better way from now on

I usually go in to this store olmost everyday on the way to work or on my lunch and the employees has gotten so rude and careless I went in there this morning around 7:00am and the two female employee's kept laughing calling each other babe and walking up to each other as they check customers out it took the black haired girl cashier to tell the blonde a secret while checking out a customer they are very childish and rude and stuck up
