I visited this location last night, and they only had 2 self check-outs open and a pretty long line. an employee decided that she would open a check-out to make a purchase and then get a really bad attitude when someone tried to use it before she could close it back up saying that it was broken and didnt work. If thats the case she did not pay for the items she left with and stole from the company!

I regularly shop here every week and everytime I go I see the same items lying around like they don't even restock there items and organize. I brought a charger from there and a few weeks later my phone keeps saying slow charging. It's a great store and the prices are not bad but it's just the electronics are not worth it 😕

This is a very innovative and different approach and a store. You know you mostly just ring yourself up yourself and it has a lot of new age products on the shelves that are hard to find other places. This time I did a return was the first time I've ever done that well when I walked in there was no one in the front not one single worker there was a vendor Midway hanging some items on the shelf. I waited it from for a long time and then finally I went and looked and hunted down an employee. What I found her my return was quick and easy pretty much painless. The only problem I have is this I think I only kept two items out of my bag almost a Bluetooth I used another was a book that I wanted to read everything else I returned my total was 43 I think when I left the store the first day and my return money was $27 she kept my original receipt so I don't know where that makes up was but once I was already out the door was too late then.

Came in to take a look at some of the knick knacks and my experience was significantly better than last time. Large selection of toys and cheaps gifts. Extra rare $10 finds.

Store did have some supply chain issues as the very helpful and friendly woman working that morning explained to us as we were looking for a phone cord. She said it had been an issue since the store opened. She was very friendly and helpful. Even with some supply chain issues, the store was pretty decently stocked with lots of your Five Below favorites/regular items

I purchased a phone charger and it had the wrong end on it, i was literally gone less than a minute as I discovered this in my car, I walked back in to try to exchange it and was told "nope can't help you". don't waste your money on the b.s. store there customer service is Terrible.

Highly disappointed! Shelves were practically empty, the store was disorganized and there was no help to be found. Two self checkout machines were down and a few items on the shelves were broken.

The web site says they're open until 9pm an we get here at 8:15p and the lady said they was closed i was in the middle of getting my disabled child out of the car and the worker watched me get him out as she was Standing outside the store and not once did she say they were closed until we got to the door I won't be back to the Dixie store again

they are very racist in here and always stand directly behind you and act like your stealing a 10 cent candy it's ridiculous I'll never be back everytime I come in here it's the same thing and they charged me more money said I had to ring up that I had 48 candy's when I only had 10 pieces I had 3 employees right behind me while I'm scanning a few pieces of candy like I'm really gonna steal that lol never coming back
