Always a pleasure. But, the last time was extra special... I'm recovering from surgery and can't lift anything. When I asked for help they were ready to do so, but, before they could, a young man (in line) offered. Not only did he get the bag of dog food but, waited at my car to put it in my trunk for me. Plus, I had enough "points" to get FREE dog food. Great Day!

I can’t remember their name, but whoever helped me with my beta fish setup- THANK YOU! First time fish caregiver, and they listened when I said I want to do it right. This employee helped me to buy my female half moon, a few plants and a log, a tank, tank pebbles, a heater, food, thermometer, and water detoxifier. This was all around $130. She is so happy in her new home. ♥️

It’s always a delight to visit this store! The staff is kind, efficient, and knowledgeable, and they offer unexpectedly good deals. My cat comes here for her nail trimmings. She is a rather feisty and aggressive cat (I love her of course!), but the staff always does a great job and raves about how good she is for them. One day a few months ago, I was there purchasing my cat’s food, and they told me that since it was my 13th time purchasing the same product that it was free! I indulge my cat with top of the line food so I was excited about my savings. Today I visited the store to grab some routine items, and noticed that there was a 20% off EVERYTHING sale going on for Black Friday. I once again relished in my savings and left with a smile on my face! I recommend Feeder’s and this store in particular to all of the pet parents I know. Thank you!

I love this location! We have several exotic pets and 2 cats, and this is our go-to pet store. The exotic pet section is well kept and the staff is very knowledgeable. If you have exotic pets, this is the pet store I recommend!

The people that work here are absolutely fantastic. I love going to this Feeders Supply. They always have what I need, and the store is really nice. I love the store cat that knows how to walk on the mat, to open the door, to come in.

I saw a few hamsters at this Feeder's Supply with mites infestation. This tells me that the display cage isn't getting cleaned and/or something else is going on. I saw a few black spots walking around on the hamsters' fur and then hide within the fur.

The staff here is very helpful and kind. I like that I see a good portion of the same staff in there often and longer than a year. I go here multiple times a month for treats/food/toys/bathing and every experience has been good.

This is the Feeders Supply on Baxter and Jefferson.This is my home base for all pet supply needs. I've been going there since I moved here in 2001. First we had two cats and a dog, then a dog. When my dog died at age 15, I wandered into the Shamrock section of the store one day and was literally embraced, through the "cat condo" bars, by a gray cat... I immediately adopted him and FS has been my go-to for his special-needs food and litter as well as (in recent years) anxiety treats. I always like to stop by the Shamrock area and see the cats and kittens. The staff there is knowledgeable and helpful.FS Baxter has a dog grooming service, too, and there are always lots of sweet pups & people to meet in the store. It's got a great selection of foods, treats, supplements, beds, & crates for dogs & cats, plus harnesses & leashes, litters, thundershirts, and other things you may need or want, including locally-made items.FS also has fish and tank kits, small mammals, lizards, and birds. The demand for these is not nearly as great as the dog and cat trade, so do not be disappointed if you don't find a wide variety. Go to FS McMahon if you need more in these departments.However, FS Baxter has a good selection of wild bird foods and it is always well-stocked.All FS stores use a "Feeder Repeaters" card so that when you buy a certain amount of a product for your pet over time, you will get a free one. The stores' recent conversion to barcode tags makes this easy and convenient.

I love this location. Staff is always friendly and helpful. It has 3 tubs for its dog wash. All of the same departments as the larger Feeders stores. There is more parking behind this store if all spots out front are taken.

There are two Jackson chameleons here being co-habitated. Both chameleons, male and female look to be in very poor condition. The female is beyond stressed and black. She is emaciated and severely dehydrated. The male is most likely keeping her from eating and drinking.These chameleons will die if they are continued to be kept in these conditions.
