Pretty good. A bit of a smaller pet store but overall they have everything I have needed so far. I wish the crickets were a bit smaller and sometimes I drive a little farther to another store to get smaller live crickets but that is my only negative comment.The staff is always friendly and helpful and the store is always calm and clean.

Not a reptile store pls stop buying reptiles walked in to see live mice being fat to juvenile ball pythons those mice will eventually eat the snake due to lack of food and this boor geco passed away from no food the krickets they tried to feed him were too big for this guy he needed super worms this location disappoints me everytime I go in I try not to enter but sometimes I wanna look around and she what they got worst one yet

I went for a bath and groomed for my dog. That told me that I need to pay extra for dropping my dog earlier than his appointment. When I went to pick up my dog, she cut his hair but seams that no bath was given to him because I saw some areas in his back legs and butty dirty like it wasn't scrubbed. he did not smelled clean. It seems like they use a dry shampoo instead of water and soap.

Adeline helped me out so much. She was my consultant and helped me pick out specific supplements and products for me to try on my dog with anxiety. Their dog food selection is superb, as well.

The groomers were really nice and gentle with my old man😊 and who would not love this face? They made recommendations for good bones and toys (it's been a while since I had a fur baby) and or course were so understanding when Cheesebro had to pee on EVERYTHING he thought needed his marking 🤦🏼‍♀️😂

Having to go in the groomer to help a trained employee cut our dog is ridiculous. Getting there to find our doodle in a crate laying in her own urine and no one else in the room with her was heart breaking. Then to be told the staff is not allowed to take dogs out to use the bathroom is absurd. Our doodle was traumatized. Hadn’t had any water for hours. Hadn’t been able to potty and only been groomed 40% between 9am and 3pm. She had been cut with 2-3 different guards on the clippers, some spots to the skin. Having the owner of a dog help a trained groomer to complete a job is astonishing. Then being told that if she wasn’t finished we would have to bring her back in two days. Our Bella will never be back to feeder supply. We will never recommend feeder supply to anyone.Clippers were purchased elsewhere and the grooming was finished at home in roughly an hour with having no experience grooming before.

I like taking my dog for a self bath there. I go there almost every 2 weeks. The baths are clean and updated,Getting hold of the groomers was a hustle. I just moved to the area and need to find a groomer and so far no luck. I keep taking my dog to other places.

Terrible. Brought my dog in for a bath and facial/sanitary trim, nail trim. Only got a bath. The worker called me within an hour of dropping him off and said she had done all she could do. She did not display patience or a willing work ethic to complete the task at hand. This dog weighs 13 lbs and is a year old, he’s not a beast who one cannot control during a clipping. If you cannot handle the job, perhaps you’re in the wrong profession. I always bath him at home, I only booked a bath because the online system would not allow me to book only a face and sanitary trim. Now, I am out $42 and I have to take him somewhere else to be cut. I really wanted to like this grooming location, perhaps the head groomer would have been a better option. But again, the online site would also not allow me to book with him.Picture attached of the poor pup who cannot see due to lack of cut from the “professional”.

Convenient location for pewee Valley. Friendly helpful staff seem to be the norm. Havnt had a bad one yet. I like that the animals that come in are pound animals and not "factory made." All around good experience. Only 4 stars because of a lack of fish, dogs, and rodents. I only ever see cats. Nothing against cats ... !

Tried to get my cat's nails trimmed here 3 times. She's a ragdoll and extremely chill.I got the run around every single time. Finally, I got somebody to trim them the first time. The next 2 times, I was sent back and forth a couple of times, then told they didn't have the time to do it. There were no other pets - dogs or cats being groomed.This ended up working to my advantage cos I got a pair of nail scissors and now trim them myself. They need to stop advertising that they provide this service when they clearly don't.Another time, I went to pick up some treats. Had to abandon the treats are the counter after waiting in vain to check out. Pity the store's resident cat couldn't check me out.

I was able to get a next day appointment to get my arlo groomed. I asked them to shave him down and clean him up because I did a home grooming that wasn't too good lol. Prices were great, especially compared to other places near. Kevin stayed late just for my baby to make sure I was happy.

My wife and I stopped in to buy some things for our dogs back home. The store had a great selection and variety of treats, food, supplies, etc. We left with way more than we intended to buy.The service was friendly and fast.We'll definitely stop in again when we're in the area.

If I could give this grooming salon 0 stars I would. So, made an appointment several weeks ago to get my Aussie groomed. More like touched up from where I had shaved her. Yes, I know all about Aussies and shaving them and everything. However, I had it done once bc her fur got so matted with swimming in water. She felt so much better and was more vibrant. So, just needed her to be trimmed up and even. I walked in, told them what I wanted done and they immediately refused. Bc she's got a double coat. I respect opinions and stuff. But they never once mentioned this too me before the appointment. They said I could get a note from the vet s and then they'd do it. I asked them eBay they could do. And they said they might be able to trim a tiny bit of her fur. I told them nevermind. And then the lady pooped off and said I was a bad dog owner. Also, my senior dog was nervous and I bent down to her level to help. The groomer kept reaching for her age petting her. Even when my girl clearly was not about it and I kept telling her to stop reaching for her. I'm extremely disgusted! I wish I was told everything earlier. So I wouldn't have had to waste my time and more importantly stress out my girl.

This particular Feeders is outstanding. The associates here are incredibly helpful and ready to assist customers with whatever their needs may be, whether it's a particular type of food for their pets, grooming needs or recommended brands - they are all very pet-health conscious and only promote what's best for the pet & owner's situation. They have saved me so much money and time with their recommendations. Chris recently suggested Stella & Chewy's chicken dinner patties and these are so much easier to sprinkle over Pancake's food to whet her appetite (rather than opening a can) - they are also lighter to carry when we're on the road. Another great suggestion by Chris was the Acana Pork & Squash singles formula - a Kentucky product! Thank you again for picking two winners here for Pancake!

Horrible place. If I could give it a -0 star I definitely would. I had an appointment for my dog ​​to be groomed and just because my dog ​​barked at her (at a stranger, which is normal ) and I had drove almost 18 miles they canceled my appointment with a mediocre excuse.When has it been seen, a dog groomer afraid of dogs, literally, she panics.I mean if she is so afraid then she should change profession. Olivia is her name. Total disappointment with this place. Don't waste your time or your miles.

Ashlie did an incredible job with both our dogs!! The deshedding treatment really helped and our carpet has been a reflection of that. :) The dogs were happy and so clean when I picked them up. We will be back for sure!

I've tried them twice for a grooming now and both times the groomer called and said she could not complete his grooming because she was afraid of being bit. I have a 7lb Maltese and supplied a muzzle for her to use during the grooming. I was charged for a bath both times. She is definitely not in the right profession if she can't handle the grooming of a 7 pound dog with a muzzle. Don't waste your time booking there your pet won't get groomed.

Grooming isn't top notch, but is easy to get an appointment without waiting 3-5 weeks. Appointments can be scheduled online, usually with a few days.

Simon spent time with me up front to make sure to really understand what I wanted for my puppy's groom. In the end, my pup looked great and had a happy experience! ...Once we bribed her with treats so we could cut the hair around her eyes. Ha! She's only 7 months old, and still learning to be tolerant of grooming. Everyone treated her with kindness and gentleness. I would recommend Simon and crew to anyone in need of great service and attention to detail!

Called prior to coming in for a bath. When we arrived at 4 pm on Wednesday afternoon store wasn't busy, only one other customer using self serve bath. The remaining stalls were so incredibly dirty that we headed to the front for a refund. No "apologies" or I'll get that cleaned up for you". Very disappointed.

Great value! My kids wanted to stay and watch and all of the staff members were so gentle and loving with the pups! Mine smells better than I've ever been a able to get her and her nails are perfect! They spent 2 hours on her and she's a medium sized short hair. Very happy and it was fun letting her pick out a treat when she was finished. We're all looking forward to her next bath at Feeder's!

We scheduled a nail trimming for our dog one day prior to the appointment. Ashlee was gentle with our pup and quickly took care of her nails. Afterward, we rented a bathing station for just $12.95. It was fully stocked with various types of dog shampoos and conditions as well as grooming tools, cotton balls, ear cleaner and doggie treats. The stall was clean. Great experience for us and our dog. Highly recommend!

We love taking our Sheltie to Peewee Valley Feeder Supply for nail trim on Saturday. The groomer is amazing. Plus our dog loves the no-hide chews sold there, and the staff loves him.
