I live this location of Feeders Supply! The pet washing stations are a lot better than many of the other locations I have been to. The staff is very friendly and always loves saying hello to my dog! They also deliver his dog food with no fee! It makes life so much easier to have his food delivered right to my door!

Great pet store, it's not a corporate chain and it shows. They have a lot of locally sourced treats and a fairly wide selection of food. My only gripe would be that there are only frozen foods and no refrigerated foods but, we switch to freeze dried food anyway so, it's cool.

I stopped in today to buy dog food and was helped by associate Nick. He went above and beyond for me by offering to bring the large bag of dog food out to my car, I was unable to carry it due to a broken rib but was able to get what I wanted with the help of Nick. We love feeders supply. The only carrier that I’ve seen in Louisville that has eagle pack brand dog food. We’ve taken advice from this location on dog training programs. Can’t say enough good things about feeders supply.

This place is very awesome, especially the fish expert named Jim. He has 40 years of experience with the aquatic animals as well as the rest of the store. I can't tell you enough how much he has helped me ! I appreciate all the staff as well because they all do a great job!

I shop at this location to get supplies for my bunny rabbit, and I occasionally buy some litter box supplies for my cats. The staff is always extremely personable and kind, but my favorite part about this location is the cat that lives full-time in the store - Scruffy! I always make sure to give him love and attention whenever I stop by.

As much as I love this feeder’s supply location, the staff needs to learn that not every dog is friendly. It is not appropriate to approach any dog without asking the owner first from a distance. Not every dog is a happy go lucky golden retriever. as much as some people can say, “don’t bring your dog out in public if he’s not a people person“ I should be able to bring him to a pet store to practice training without having to worry that staff and/or customers are going to try and touch my dog without permission.

I have been to three of their stores. Each can be counted on for friendly, helpful assistance. Most recently, I have been in to purchase fish and was given a lot of good advice on their care. They even tested my water to be sure it was safe for the new fish. When I needed a refund for an expensive, dead fish, it was given quickly and with congeniality.

Friendly staff and love that it's a local business! The electronic frequent buyer cards are a nice perk of you're a regular shopper. They have a nice selection of premium holistic foods as well as other brands.
