I go in there and get 70 crickets every week. Normally, the employee counts and puts in a few extra when the crickets are super small. My supply of crickets lasts the week and then I go back.Normally I go during the week. I went last Sunday around 2 and the employees tried telling me this was 70 crickets. I told her I counted and thought it was closer to 50 and asked if she could toss a few extra in. She said no. I counted carefully and even put about 10 extra in. She definitely did not.I ran out just today, 3 days later. Maybe my lizard started eating a little more, but definitely not 70 in 2 days!

A good place to give your dog a bath. No appointment necessary. Three bathing sinks with sprayers, aprons, shampoo & conditioners. Blow drying available too.

Awesome place for pets!! They have the greatest variety on food and toys. And they always have cute and happy pets for sale. Wish the prices could be a little cheeper so we could enjoy it more. But my pets always live when I got to feeders for their treats.

Friendly and attentive staff, allowed me space to choose while still letting me know they were available to help with any questions. Quick service and simple service! I came in @840pm and I felt comfortable enough to relax and make a few decisions before the store closed.

So the store was nice. But when you walk in the door what you smell is dirty hamster/bunny/mice whichever. Not very inviting.

Went in today to buy a heated food bowl. There were several too high to reach, so I went to ask for help. They didn't have any in the back, and they didn't offer an explanation as to why they wouldn't get one down that they had out on the shelf. Not going back. Other local Feeders Pet Supplies have more variety and better help. Go elsewhere.

I go and buy my pups their bones and treats from here. They have a great selection, their prices on bones easily beat out Krogers, Walmart, etc. They have decorated treats, cookies, cupcakes, there too. They also have a great area to go and give your pet a bath. Less then $20. Beats the hassle of getting them in your tub at home.

I don’t care for the pet wash at this location. The drying areas are for small dogs only. They have tables set up for you to put your dog on and the air tubes don’t reach low enough for large dogs. The store is nice but some things are way overpriced.

This store offers a simple layout making it easy to find what you need amidst a sea of products that they offer.Animals that they care for waiting to be adopted seem to be well cared for, and it is always clean and in good shape.Employees are prompt and kind. And I'd say you'd be hard pressed to find a better place to shop for your animal companions

I went in for cat food. I couldn't find the type I wanted so l decided to ask an employee. I didn't find one until I went to the cashier. I had to wait while she finished checking out a customer. She was courteous and helpful. Overall a good place to shop but there seems to be a lack of employees.

Awesome customer service! They had a small staff but they were friendly & one asked me if I needed help finding anything! The cashier was able to save me $30 with my Feeders card! Great experience!

Feeders Supply is the only pet store I go too. They have everything you could ever need for your babies! This location is my go to and the store is very clean and staff is always very polite and helpful. There was a young man at this location that answered all 101 questions I had about Leopard Geckos. Above and beyond service and great products. You won't be disappointed!

I have a new-to-me puppy and Feeders Supply is a life saver! Despite his soft and silky fur, the pup has issues. Constant chewing and a path of destruction.Instead of waiting even just 2 days for Amazon Prime, I can run up the street to Fedders Supply and get new chew toys.When our adorable adoptee had Giardia, we got pupper training pads that enriched all our lives.And there's no need to worry when your aggressive chewer consumes the latch to his no-pull nose-loop training collar because Feeders Supply has a million options.And you can even bring your pets inside the store so they don't eat the floor tiles while you're out getting a replacement kennel ... Update, 2022, better merchandise selection (thanks!). Must say staff is always courteous and kind and do their best to answer questions and offer suggestions. Additionally Feeder's is very community minded working for animal welfare and with rescue groups. Thanks for that, Feeder's! Great example! We need more business that give back.

I bring my dog here for baths. Its so convenient and affordable. Everything is always nice and neat in the bath area. After bath time, we get treats and Feeders always has a great variety of treats by the counter. Great store!

The bathroom was one of the worst I’ve seen in a long time . The toilet would not flush because the handle just spun in circles, not connecting to anything. I went to the sink to wash my hands and as I started to pump the soap the dispenser fell off the wall. I tried to get a paper towel to dry my hands and the paper towel dispenser was empty. So then I thought I would use the alcohol gel on my way out of the bathroom, but despite pumping several times against the push handle nothing came out! These employees should be ashamed of how they keep this bathroom. I can only hope they keep the pet cages a lot cleaner than they keep the bathroom.

Thankfully the chinchilla that was here was rescued from their grasp, not only did she pay WAY to much for that poor baby, but he’s not in good condition, I really wish stores like this would learn about an animal before they take them in and assume they know how to care for them.He was about 4 years older then what she was told and came with a fractured foot. Prayers that this baby can survive what has been done to him. He’s in a much better place now, but PLEASE do not sell you pets to store like these!!

I like this feeders supply location. It's in a great location close to a lot of neighborhoods and right next door to a Kroger and attatched to a strip mall in Holiday Manor. They have lots of pets small and big. Amphibians to fish to rodents. I have bought plenty of fish and if they didnt make it through the night they always replaced them but usually they are super healthy. I purchased a hamster there last year and he is still healthy. I don't remember what breed they called him. I think Syrian but he was definitely a teddy bear hamster. Don't know If the two are synonymous. I don't love that this pet store also sells betas from little, lonely, dirty cups. I think its cruel and unusual treatment for pets in America and if anyone shouldn't it should be them making the change. The prices are also a little high on all the supplies I have purchased but they do sell specialty supplies and I realize there is overhead so I get it. I don't mind supporting my local economy and businesses. Overall I totally recommend this business as a whole and this particular location. In this location the kids working here are always nice and helpful and the store is always clean even if the employees don't seem to be super knowledgable about the animals they sell.

Stopped by this morning to get hummingbird feeder and bird food. Walked in the door girl at the counter looked at me didn’t acknowledge me went back to her phone, three other employees were there none of them even spoke except to each other! Got in my car went to springhurst feeders, greeted immediately by Holly, ask if she could help me find anything, which I had questions about bird suet, tremendously helpful. Will not shop Holiday Manor feeders again!!!!!!

Clean and friendly environment. Their associates, while young, were knowledgeable and helpful in helping me select the proper kitten food for a newly acquired kitty. The kitty was adopted from a different feeders supply than this location.
