Big parking lot, wheelchair accessible, lots of room inside the store, doesn't smell funky, was very clean with friendly staff, and a whole lot of options for cat and dog food. I was sad that they barely had any cat toys though and don't carry horse products. The prices are great though and they had a surprising selection of birds and smaller animals. I especially appreciated the cat laying by the desk happily accepting love from everyone. What a WONDERFUL way to brand the store and chill out the customers as soon as they come through the door!

I have shopped with them for years with my daughters growing up and they actually have some of the same staff. My daughter had adopted a rescue kitten and I had looked everywhere for the little open woven plastic balls with bells in them that our cats always enjoyed and had been unsuccessful. I found them and a cute little collar with a bell caught my eye. I was purchasing them when the collar wrang up higher than what was signed. They checked and then changed the price. I was asked if I needed help while shopping and the cashier was friendly. They are always helpful and friendly and my daughters always enjoyed going there.

Ladies working in store were very helpful with the questions that I had in regards to my senior dog and kitten. The prices were a bit higher than what I normally spend, but I was willing to pay extra with the assistance and not wanting to venture to any other stores during this time. Check out was quick and friendly as well, so no real complaints.

Tama turned me into a rat lover. I felt guilty feeding it to my snake. Also, she pointed me to the bully sticks to save money. However, nothing compared to ostrich. Those bones last a very long time. I need to go back with the incredipet skunk wash because it doesn't work.

Can not brag enough on the manager, Chris! He was sooo helpful and knowledgeable!!! We are trying to transition our 9-year-old cat to a raw diet for health benefits, and we just got a kitten. He took his time showing us different brands and explained the differences. He also recommended some food for our VERY PICKY 9-year-old cat that he absolutely loved! You could tell he really cared, which meant a lot. We will definitely be back to this location!!!

I loved the atmosphere of this store and all the staff were very friendly. They loved seeing my cat bring walked on harness and leash and were intrigued. We, ourselves, were pleasantly surprised to see that they had a personal store cat. Their cat was cautious of our cat and they became acquaintances.

Wide variety of pet food and supplies. Be sure to sign up for the Feeder’s Supply rewards program. Helpful staff. The dog wash is convenient and large enough that you’ll be able to take care of your dog & not be bumping into others doing the same thing. Easy access in a tight strip mall parking lot.

Took my cousin for his birthday to get his new cat a collar, and we were gonna get a few other things but after price checking with Walmart/Amazon everything in there was 3x from other stores. Their employee Jason took a picture of our license plate and accused us of stealing the collar. Even tho we put it back after finding out Walmart sells a 10pack for what 1 of them cost

It's frustrating that I can no longer find items. Today's disappointment was a different flavor of Pro Plan sport to no longer selling niche items like belly bands. Every time I visit a feeder's supply I end up coming home to shop on chewy or Amazon. For the same reasons I stopped shopping at (Other corporate chain) I'll eventually stop shopping at feeders.And I wouldn't recommend incredipet brand of food at all. There's no research to be found on those foods. I'm lucky enough to not be Joe.Public, but I can't even send my clients there to shop anymore.

The sweetest staff ever!!! I was buying a harness and leash for my cat so that she can go outside, and all I saw were the dog harnesses - after asking which one they think would work for my cat, an employee showed me that they did have cat harnesses, and she even opened one to show me exactly how it worked! Everyone who works there is so kind and extremely helpful, definitely will be my go to place for supplies and petting kitties 🧡🧡🧡 thank you to the all of the employees who helped me!

I like this place better than the national box stores, their fish are usually healthy, and they have a good variety of products. Downside: their stock is inconsistent - out of superworms on my last visit. Can be hard to get help sometimes, I was there last week and only person in the fish department was too busy cleaning tanks to give any assistance.

The store was very clean and organized, and looked like a great place to find pet supplies.I was looking for supplies to feed the rabbit herd I'm planning to start soon to provide meat for my family which is admittedly a niche market in Louisville. The supplies they carried were geared toward the pet rabbit market.

I went here to purchase a bunny. I have never owned a rabbit before but the employee, Tori, was so helpful with informing me on what I needed and how to care for my new family member. She was very smart and knew a lot about rabbits. My mother and I were very inpressed with her knowledge and how friendly she was! She took her time with us and didn't seem rushed and made us feel important. Thanks so much for your help.We named the bunny Lulu and she is already so happy and giving us kisses!

Slowly getting disappointed with their petwash area. The shampoo products are slowly dwindling, the aprons they provide are and have been ripped, no more treats for the pets and the booths are often dirty. I hold the customers responsible for that. Shame on them for not cleaning up after theyre finished using the facilities. Just like everything else, prices up supplies down.

My favorite place to get the dogs their things. VERY helpful staff goes out of their way to save me a few bucks and they know their products well. They are always able to help me with any problems with their own personal knowledge. Plus the Feeder Repeater card gives me a free bag of food from time to time!

Very nice staff. They are always willing to answer questions. We have a Great Pyrenees who has allergies to grain and chicken. Several staff helped us pick a food that is grain and chicken free that offers our large breed dog all the nutrients she needs. They are very knowledgeable!

Love this place and the workers are always helpful and polite. Yet, in the pet wash there are many broken parts. The supplies, such as shampoo and washing tools are fine, however the drain was missing the filter which caused water to pool after washing multiple dogs and the dryer didn't have the cone which really helps dogs with thick fur. The ramp was loose and kept falling off the base. When you pay $11 per dog you should expect full services. Thank goodness I had a coupon. Feeders is my favorite and their pet services are beyond compare, usually!
