Hailey groomed our standard poodle and did a fantastic job! Hailey also communicated with us what she could and couldn’t do based on our dog’s current coat length and style. This helped pin down what we wanted and define our expectations.I also appreciate the sweet butterfly bandana for spring. We will be a returning customer.

The grooming staff was super friendly and did a great job with a puppy in need of a good grooming! The checkout staff ensured we got registered for the rewards program! An overall very good experience for first-time dog owners!

Friendly management and workers are always willing to help you find what your looking for. You really can’t beat their prices for your pets food plus they have rewards after you buy so many bags you get a bag free, They always have some type of special it could be 15 or 20 percent off different things food ,toys etc. Thanks Feeders Supply

Went in to use the pet wash Sunday January 14th at 7:40pm. Guy with long hair at the counter said they stop sales for the pet wash at 7:45 and that he won’t sell me one. Make it make sense. The store doesn’t even close till 9pm. I recently moved to this side of town and this was my first time in here and probably my last. It is closest to me but I’d rather make the drive to petco in Indiana after this.**here’s an edit after store response**I will repeat what I stated above because these people can’t read. I came into the store and tried to purchase a pet wash during its operating hours and was denied sale. The employee clearly communicated that they stopped sales in 5 minutes because they need an hour and 15 minutes to spray out the tub.

Went in trying to find something for my fish. After some help i did get something but when i went to check out there was a price issue that took some time to resolve as the irem was priced wrong.

We took our new puppy Buddy. He is small dog of 12 lbs there was 2 big dogs in there everything was fine. We walk in was greeted by cashier then before we ask for some help the man was almost to us. He was very friendly and most helpful. Had 6 to 10 items we needed in about 10 minutes he help us with all. Put us in line to check out. Less than 5 minutes we was on way home. Must wear mask which is a good thing. Thank you Feeders Supply.

Store was clean, staff was friendly. We used the self wash station at it was very convenient. They provided shampoos and towels. The self wash had a raised tub and dryer.

Beware the dog wash may be closed for no given reason despite the dog wash hours listed online and on the storefront. (The obvious reason is they’ve already cleaned the wash room and don’t want to clean it again before close.)

You can wash your dog for $14. They have various shampoo and conditioners to use, towels and dryers. Sometimes they do pet clinics a couple times a year. Always a Good Experience ❤️

There was ALOT AND I MEAN ALOT of dead animals dirty tanks the animals where not good taken care of there was a lot of sick animals they didn't have that much options either

The adoption coordinator was so pleasant to work with. She enabled my autistic son and I to go through the adoption process quickly. She gave us advice on how to manage our new furbaby who was very excited to be adopted. The whole process took only about 30 minutes to complete and we were leaving with our "little girl". I appreciate everything she did for us.

The service was great. It has all of your pet needs. It's small, but it is perfect. The clerks of the store were super friendly. I think it has more pets than a large store of its kind.

I have been to this store many times. If I ever have a question they are always more than happy to help like I'm the only customer in the store. My only complaint would be.. their prices are a little too high for my liking. Sometimes that is the only store that has what I need or want. Needless to say I have spent my share of money in that store.❤️

Was given the wrong price for grooming services when scheduling appointment. When u arrived the appointment was actually $45 more then the price stated. The groomer did a very good job but they need ro updated pricing and communicate it better ro customer when scheduling.

Well I went to get a rat for my snake Kane. He is a Queen Bee Ball Python, but there smallest ones this time where a bit to big my my little guy. I did however see this Beauty, Pie Bald Ball Python.Employees are friendly and always ready to help.

Tons of great stuff for dogs. Horrid check out. I walked up to check out and the dude didn't say anything. Literally didn't even tell me the cost of the item. Lol.
