Amazing experience today I came in with a concern of a new dog with separation anxiety. The lady at the counter was quick to pull out a binder and show me the top 3 recommended and helped ease my mind with being overwhelmed. We are just now trying it so I cannot say how it's gone, but my experience in the store was great and appreciated all the help.....update... they are helping so much everyone has been able to get sleep at night and long walks during the day. We have weened her down now that she's gotten more comfortable and we are only needing when absolutely necessary but highly recommend!!

Feeders Supply, the pet lovers store! Excellent visit but there wasn't a feline to be found??? 😆 Don't change a thing, it's the best pet supply since I raised my first feline friend while attending college as a freshman at UofL. Hands down 5 stars!

Generally this store has been great, but there is clearly not enough care put into the fish tanks at the moment. You don't just suddenly have that many dead fish in a tank in such a short time. This is clearly neglect to properly maintain these tanks. Go somewhere else for fish.

Feeders pet supply has just about any and everything a pet owner could need or want. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats, and this is our go to place for pet supplies. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Kim was EXCEPTIONAL in helping me find foods for my senior schnauzer girl. Kim took her time and we chatted for quite a while. She truly cares about animals but has such a heart for owners of loving pets.I am so glad I came in and she found me in the store. Blessings to her. Everyone else in the store was very nice.

Everyone was very lovely & very accommodating with my wild & animal loving 5 year old. We saw several cats & one just staring out the front door. He was amazed it was not running out the door...lol

Love this company! Great prices and availability. If something is out of stock, they are quick to restock, usually in a week's time. They carry many options for feed and even have a good selection of backyard bird and chicken supplies. The Feeder Repeater card is awesome too, I love it when I'm surprised with a free bag of dog food as we buy a $60 bag every month and a half! It really helps out, and I love supporting local businesses 💜

I actually like Feeders supply, usually. But I don’t like being treated like I’m an inconvenience because I want to buy bulk, a whole bag, and don’t personally know how much is in a bag. Wouldn’t the items need to be counted to be checked out? I was totally confused by the situation and unsure if they wanted me to count them and take my word for it or just not buy it all. Then tried to make the assumption there was double than what there actually was. Set the tone for an awful experience. I was upset after and it was hard for us to work together moving forward.

Feeders has always been my universal pet go-to. They will probably have it, can get it, or knowledgeable staff will sure direct me to who will! Bonus is the vet clinic comes every Thursday for walk ins at a discount rate! Definitely recommend this pet store!

Called ahead to ask them if they had a specific dog food. Was told yes. Then came in & none was out on the shelf. They sent a guy to the back to check for the food who acted sooo put out. I even took him a cart so he didn't have to carry the bags. No thank you....no nothing. I even said thanks twice when he put the food in the cart. Zero response. Just a sad little put out teenage zombie I guess. Spectacular customer service training there. Hats off to management.I also asked when I called if the 20% off coupon they texted me was good for the in store dog food purchases as well as online and I was told yes.Then at the check out I'm told the coupon does not include dog food.I mean really ? This store is an absolute farce. To say these people need training is an epic understatement .I have a dog rescue and buy several large bags of high end dog food bi weekly. So you can do the math of how much money your stores bad management has cost you. Bye bye.

Normally I enjoy shopping at Feeders Supply and have shopped several other locations. But this visit wasn't a good experience. I went there specifically to look at water fountains for cats. I found several on the shelf, but the one I wanted was a display and it was the only one like it. I went to check out and asked the girl working and she called the manager to help. He said I should just get one already in a box in the lower shelf and on checking he saw there wasn't any. There were other more expensive fountains but I only wanted that one. I asked if I could just buy that one since the box was there behind it and he reluctantly said ok. It sort of felt like he was doing me a favor selling it to me. When we went back to check out we noticed the bar code had been marked out with black marker. He then tried to call the manager over him who wasn't in the store but got no answer. He then said he couldn't sell it to me. So I left, went home, and ordered the same fountain, same price, from Amazon. It was only $19.97. not a huge loss for Feeders Supply but probably won't shop there again for awhile.

I already shop at feeders supply for my sweet pup! But yesterday I found a adorable cat scared and hiding behind my trash can made multiple posts on social media.. the manager got a call from a lady heart broken about her cat getting out and the manager reached out to me and we were able to get that sweet kitty home! This manager went above and beyond by helping this sweet lady! This makes me happy I am already a customer!

Everyone is always knowledgeable and willing to share their knowledge. We just got a new puppy and the staff was very helpful in getting us setup. We've been customers for years with other dogs and Feeders is always a big part of their care from quality food, gear and toys to bathing in the pet wash.

I called the Hikes Pt store to see if they carried replacement dog kennel plastic trays. Sarah, not only identified herself, when she answered the phone, she went out of her way to provide me with all the information I needed. Such a nice surprise.
