Took my Ashby moomoo there to give her a bath love it they had shampoo and continued stuff to clean her ears a blow dryer to dry she and a treat after she was done and the good time to go is about 7pm know won was there just me and my son and are dog Ashby moomoo

Staff is always amazing, they may be a little pricier, but my cat loves her food and I trust that's better for her than any typical store brands. My cat tower/scatch post/perch is solid and she loves it, too.

Several employees, none were very willing to help during my visit. Most things are very overpriced. The fish assortment is poor with several dead in many different tanks.

I used the pet wash stations located inside of the store. It great there is a place like this. However, it wasn't very clean. There was hair in the tubs, and not just a little. It looked like 20 dogs had been bathed, and it was not cleaned out. There was also hair on the brushes that should be sanitized to prevent the spread of fleas or contagious skin conditions. Like I said, it's a great option but needs to be cleaned after each wash.

Stopped by today on my way home from brunch. First time customer and was pleased by the selection of aquarium decore and rabbit necessities. I really enjoyed walking around checking out all the live animals!

Had amazing help from a young woman, who not only looked up the ingredients for my unattainable dog food, but found a reasonably comparable dog food. I also love the nail trim clinic on Sundays.

We took our dog for the self service wash. $15 isn't bad but it was really gross in there. I thought they would somewhat spray each stall or something... there were used towels lying around and dog hair everywhere. I get it, people take their dogs there to clean them, but come on.... it was just bad.

So I have had my aquarium for a few months, completely cycled and healthy with 10 betta female in a sorority and 6 corys. I went and bought some guppies and mollies. I should've known by the look of their tanks, black alage, dirty murky water and dead fish in every tank. However, I bought the guppies and mollies anyway. My bettas and Cory's started dying. I thought they were fighting with the mollies so I took them out and gave them to my dad. Nope. It was a fungus. I've lost all the guppies, 5 bettas and 2 Cory's. DO NOT BUY FISH FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! I'd give them 0 stars if I could.

Bathtime without the mess at home or hurting my back (I don't bend like I used to)! Of course I was more excited than she was. ;) Area and equipment were clean and well maintained, with a note saying that they're doing extra sanitizing between clients due to Covid–19. Blow dryer was at a nice cool temp while being powerful enough to get the job done, yet quiet enough not to bother Herself. I really like that this location has separate cubicles with gates (see second pic) for each tub instead of an open area with multiple tubs. If your pup (or you!) is super shy, nervous, reactive, etc, I highly recommend this location because of this.The only downsides were the condition the aprons were in—ties on one were so knotted as to be unusable, while the other had a lot of stitching pulled out, meaning the top of the apron sort of flopped around, not giving the coverage it should have—and having to hunt through all the stalls to find the shampoo I needed. The latter would have been a real pain if I wasn't the only person in there at the time. Both are things that management could easily rectify.All in all it was a positive experience—and Grey thought the after-bath chicken foot was great—and we'll definitely be going back.

They are decently stocked and have most of everything you'd need. If you need to engrave some tags I'd suggest coming with some time to spare as it can sometimes break down. The staff is amazing here though!!

Used to love Feeder Supply, lately it has gone downhill. The dog wash is hardly clean, the store has lacked stock. Set up the auto order for every two weeks hoping that would help alleviate any outages of the dog food brand I purchase, but no. They just call and say they are out of stock and then cancel the order, as well as they have yet to deliver the food on the day it’s supposed to be delivered. It seems I must find a new source for my pet needs. I liked the idea of supporting a locally owned company, unfortunately they don’t seem to care about their own company.

I needed advice on my leopard gecko and we looking into bearded dragons. I have attached pictures I took to show my husband of the bearded dragon stuff I looked at.I received excellent help from the lady that works evenings in the fish area! Very nice, and I honestly did test her a little, and she truly does know what she is talking about!My daughter had to use the bathroom, it was supposed to be locked, but it wasn't for some reason. Buy it was very clean!The prices here are hit n miss. Sometimes PetSmart will have better deals. For instance, I got my leopard gecko from PetSmart as it was $20 cheaper at that time on sale. However, some tank items are cheaper here than PetSmart, like tank carpet is half the price here!I will be returning on a Saturday evening soon to get my bearded dragon set up and my beardy! I will more than likely stick with this same lady for advice as well.

This store has the best customer service. All the employees go out of their way to help customers. The store is clean and shelves are neat. Fish dept is awesome. Elizabeth is a great fish supervisor. All employees are knowledgeable.
